As the demands of manufacturing automation is increasing, lots of efforts are devoted to the applications of Computer Integrated Manufacturing(CIM) concept in manufacturing shop floor. A workstation is a computer which controls differnet machines in the low level of factory(shop floor). A workstation can be utilized efficiently to enhance the coopetative work of machines. A scheduler is a component program in a workstation and it controls the operation of machines according to a fixed plan. A scheme for the scheduler has been developed for selected machines and software has been made. The fixed plan is stored in a schedule file which keeps machine names, communications methods, information for communications and time for the usages, etc. The scheduler carries out its role by the information in the schedule file. Although the developed software has some Iimitations, the test results show that the scheduler can be applied easily to the automation of the low level of factory.

1970년대부터 고도의 산업발전을 이루기 시작한 국내 건설현장에서 저렴한 공사비용 및 간편한 시공성 등을 장점으로 샌드위치패널을 활용한 건축물이 급격하게 증가하는 실정이다. 하지만 샌드위치 패널의 시공을 담당하는 기업들은 대형 건설업체보다 중소건설업체인 관계로 생산성 향상을 위한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 샌드위치패널공사 현장조사를 하여 작업조별 작업싸이클을 분석하고 Webcyclone을 이용한 모델링을 하였으며, 각 작업조별 생산성 및 공사금액을 분석하였다. 또한 생산성 영향요인중 하나인 패널의 가공장소에 따른 생산성 및 공사금액의 변동을 민감도 분석하여 각 작업조별 최적화된 생산성 및 공사금액을 분석하였다. 분석결과 공장가공 작업조가 현장가공 작업조에 비하여 약 30% 정도의 생산성이 향상됨으로 조사되었고, 공사비용 분석 결과 약 15% 정도의 공사비용이 증가됨으로 조사되었다. 또한 개구부 요율에 따른 민감도 분석에 의하여 약 20% 정도의 개구부를 공장에서 가공을 하였을 때 공사금액 최적화가 이루어짐을 보여준다.

The purpose of this study provides a high consumer-oriented wedding dress on the consumer and offering the consumer-oriented product and provide a basis data to develop a wedding shops so it can stable and manage of effective marketing. Wedding shop for a survey of consumer preference, and based on this wedding dress designed and made. The results are summarized as follows. First, when wearing wedding dresses and "graceful and feminine" image that seek to pursue an image that showed the highest response, "simple and stylish", "cute and vivid" image was in order. In the survey of wedding dress preference, lace is preferred, in tone of color white is preferred by and large. In silhouette, A-line is preferred most, in neckline, exposure of the shoulder, in sleeve length, sleeveless, in decoration, beads. Second, on the basis of these results, depending on the image to pursue the design, wedding was made of 3 creations. The work I is a target of the early 20s, the concept "simple and stylish", and A-line is adopted in silhouette focusing on modern simplicity, soft satin material used of high class. The work II is a target of the late 20s, the concept "cut and vivid", and fit-and-flare made of many folded tulle mesh material. The work ill is a target of the 30s overall, the concept "graceful and feminine", and high-waist- empire-line is adopted in silhouette, splendid lace material used, is of the gorgeous and mature beauty.

본 연구는 커피전문접 브랜드 체험 및 개성이 소비자-브랜드 관계와 브랜드 애착도, 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 커피전문점 국내 브랜드와 국외 브랜드를 비교하여 커피전문점 브랜드의 성공적인 마케팅전략에 대한 전략적 시사점과 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 자료수집은 자기기입방식을 활용하였으며, 서울, 경기 지역의 20~40대의 커피전문점을 이용해 본 소비자를 대상으로 2014년 8월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 조사를 실시하였으며, 설문지 500부를 배포하여 495부를 회수했으며 그 중 493부만이 분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 커피전문점 브랜드 체험 중 인지적 체험이 감각적 감성 체험에 비해 소비자-브랜드 관계에 더욱 크게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 브랜드 개성 중 세련이 흥미에 비해 소비자-브랜드 관계에 더욱 크게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 브랜드 체험 중 인지적 체험만이 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 감각적 감성 체험은 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 브랜드 개성 요인 중 흥미만이 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 세련은 브랜드 애착에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 소비자-브랜드 관계가 브랜드 애착에 비해 브랜드 충성도에 더욱 크게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 국내 브랜드와 국외 브랜드를 비교분석한 결과, 국내 브랜드의 경우, 브랜드 개성 요인 중 세련만이 소비자-브랜드 관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 국외 브랜드 경우, 브랜드 개성 요인 모두 소비자-브랜드 관계에 전혀 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

Steel frame construction is divided into subsidiary materials with column, beam, girder and bracing. After these are processed in factory for using installing in construction field. These prefabricated furniture is very important in accordance with design drawing about processing and prefabricating. In the case of design process using information transmission in blueprint, omission of material number, processing measure and finishing material, or discordance of each structure drawing and selecting incongruent structural material generated an error in the process of design. These error caused delaying time and increasing cost and increasing safety accident in the steel-structure work operating process. therefore, design process should consider problem of operating process.

피부미용숍의 증가로 차별화된 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서는 고객의 욕구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 서비스품질 개발이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 피부미용숍을 이용하는 고객의 서비스품질이 호혜성지각과 장기적 관계지향에 미치는 관계를 알아봄으로써 피부미용숍 운영에 필요한 마케팅 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서울·경기도, 전라남·북도, 경상남·북도에 소재한 피부미용숍을 이용한 여성 고객 290명을 대상으로 직접방문 및 E-mail, 우편 등을 이용하여 설문조사하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 18.0과 Amos Ver. 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 설정된 연구가설에 대한 이론적 모형에의 전반적인 적합도는 양호하다는 것이 증명되었고, 가설 1은 관리사 업무능력, 시설 및 위생, 관리제품은 호혜성 지각에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 부분적으로 채택되었고, 가설 2는 관리사 업무능력, 관리제품, 기기 및 도구가 장기적 관계지향에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 채택되었으며, 가설 3은 호혜성 지각은 장기적 관계지향에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나 채택되었다. 따라서 관리사의 업무능력, 시설 및 위생, 관리제품, 기기 및 도구는 고객에게 고마움을 느끼게 하거나 피부미용숍의 지속적 방문을 유도하기 위한 서비스 품질 요소라 할 수 있다.

Reinforcing steel work plays an important role in terms of its structural performance or weight of construction cost for reinforced concrete structures. Precise estimation of re-bar quantity gives a basis for managing the reinforcing steel work effectively. However, the estimation process is still performed ineffectively based upon the expert's experience or manpower in spite of the advanced technology or improvement efforts. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop a prototype system for taking-off the quantity of reinforcing steel bars quickly and accurately in an order consistent with the specific members identified on the drawings. An estimate algorithm considering the connection, settlement and coating thickness of re-bars was suggested regarding to their replacement conditions which places more emphasis on constructibility. Also, this system produces the shop drawings automatically with the calculation results with work zone information.

The purpose of this welding process of the exclusive welding-machine using welding torch-rotation type is to develop a mechanism which can solve the problem of twisting of welding wires and cables. The technique was developed by revising the torch position and smooth controlling of both the normal and reverse rotation. Some of the advantages of using the torch-rotation type apply to the work-rotation technique are the practical uses of increased work space and link work with the factory automation system. Do apply the welding process, I designed and made a special unit so called torch part in order to solve the problems of kinematical. And I made a control panel which can manipulate the progress of the entire process at the work shop. Even if it will be applied to another kind of axle casing's welding work, this process can be utilized if other sizes of the fixed pin and work part is produced and changed. The development of this exclusive welding-machine could reduce the manpower of skilled welding labor and increase productivity and better quality product in comparison to the handmade product.

미지의 세계를 추적하는 인간의 노력은 끊임없이 진행되고 있다. 신비와 암흑에 쌓인 대륙을 벗겨내는 여러가지 형태의 탐험, 무한한 우주공간을 향해 쏘아 올리는 각종 인공위성, 그리고 광막한 해저를 파헤쳐나가는 일들이 모두가 그것을 충분히 증명해주고 있는 것이다. 삼면이 바다로 둘러싸인 우리 나라의 입지조건을 살펴볼 때 해양개발은 그 어느 것보다도 우선되어야 할 과제가 아닐까? 금번에 열린 한ㆍ미 과학기술 협력 공동위원회 Work Shop에서도 이 문제에 깊은 관심을 갖고 진지한 토론 및 대책을 토의하였다. 여기에서 발표된 연구논문과 함께 최근에 KIST부서로 설치된 해양 발전 연구소에 관해 알아본다.

It is a time-consuming work to develop a control software for AGVS considering different physical arrangements and transport requirements in automated manufacturing systems. An integrated software environment is suggested to support the development of the control software by utilizing a simulation software which imitates changes in the target shop floor. First, the basic functions of the controller are defined and interactions between modules(function) are identified to enhance the modularity of the controller. Prototype software is developed for the simulation station and the control station, respectively, which are connected with each other by a communication link to transmit predefined messages.
