직무스트레스가 보육교사의 소진에 미치는 영향: 소명의식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Job Stress on Child Care Teachers' Burnout: The Mediating Effect of Career Calling)

  • Objective: The purpose of the present study was to examine the mediating role of career calling in the relationship between job stress and burnout as well as the association among job stress, career calling, and burnout. Methods: A sample of three-hundred and seven child care teachers in the metropolitan area of Seoul completed questionnaires on job stress, career calling, and burnout. Results: Correlation and regression analyses indicated that lack of directors' leadership and administrative support, work overload, and career calling significantly predicted child care teachers' burnout. Moreover, the association of lack of directors' leadership and administrative support of burnout was mediated by career calling. Conclusion/Implications: The findings suggest that directors' leadership and seamless administrative support need to be emphasized in order to reduce burnout and mitigate work-related stress among child care teachers. The findings also highlight the important role of career calling in reducing burnout among child care teachers and suggest the consideration of career calling as a target in interventions and educational programs.

취업부인의 스트레스원, 내외통제성 및 디스트레스에 관한 연구 (- A Study on Stressors, Locus of Control, and Distress of Employed Wives -)

  • The purpose of this study is evaluate by using ready prepared question-naires consist of items including perceived stressors. locus of control and distress to classify the different characteristics due to occupations and ages. The sampling groups ranges from 20 generations to 50 generations employed wives living with husband and children dwelling in Seoul. Finally, the sampling data used in this study are the number of 412. The major findings are as follows; (1) All employed wives feel less perceived stressors but more perceived stressors for insufficient understanding of their childrens, overload of housework, willingness of stop of employment by their parents of both families, economic expenditures, and various problems in work places. (2) There appear signigicant differences for perceived stressors and mental and physical distress due to the occupations and the ages of employed wives. Otherwise the locus of control appear clear differences due to the ages only. The more perceived stressors and mental and physical distress appear for laborious and service occupation than professional and administrative occupation. (3) The variables related to physical distress and mental distress are occupation, age, martial status and work allocation of housework, relationship childrens and relationship kinship.

Effects of Childcare Teacher's Perception of Organizational Justice, Collectivism and Job Burnout on Turnover Intention

  • This study is focused on the factors that reduce the high turnover rate of early childhood teachers against the backdrop of their poor work environment including long hours, work overload and low wage by identifying the effects of three sub-factors of justice on the collectivistic tendency and those of the job burnout on their turnover intention. To conduct this study, a survey was carried out childcare teachers of the Seoul and Metropolitan Area. Total of 283 valid female questionnaires were collected and utilized for analysis. According to the analysis, both procedural justice and interpersonal justice have positive effects on the collectivistic tendency and decrease the turnover intention. The interpersonal justice decreases the job burnout, whereas the distributive justice statistically significantly increases the job burnout. Also, the collectivistic tendency reduces the turnover intention. The job burnout increases the turnover intention, which is consistent with previous studies. Hence, increasing the interpersonal justice and the collectivistic tendency could be an option for dealing with the issue.

기혼여성의 비정규 노동과 일/가족 갈등 -학습지 교사를 중심으로 (Married Women's contingent Work and Work/Family Conflicts - Concentrating on Study Paper Instructors)

  • The goal of this study is to analyze the complicated and diverse nature of the relationship between work and family life for the study paper instructors of whom are married women. The survey data for these analyses were from an in depth interview which was conducted with the 21 contingent female workers as study samples. They are the married women, who started to work or returned to work after an absence to raise a family. The results showed that in reality the contingent female worker faced worse working conditions than the full time female labour force, even if women were determined to be a study paper instructor to meet work and family demand. It was the contingent women worker with a short time work experience who were in the worst position tlo adjust their working arrangements to suit their family needs and were confronted with the greater inter-role friction as a vulnerable group. The study revealed that instrumental and emotional support of husband has a positive effect on maintaining job role and lessening role conflicts and stress of the women. The work/family relationship indicated its double side, conflict and support. The women simply could not afford to depend on the psychological support form family in the midst of the inferior employment conditions and the absence of social support. This strategy, however, was based on the family ideology and the patriarchal gender division of labor. It caused the overload, stress and poor health of women involving some risk to give up the work.

태블릿PC 주문서비스 재사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 그림자노동 관점 (Factors Influencing Reuse Intention of Tablet PC Ordering Services: From the Perspective of Shadow Work)

  • 현재 태블릿 PC 가 점점 더 인기를 끌면서 매장 운영에 있어 편리함을 제공하지만, 일부 고객은 불만을 느낄 수 있다. 그림자노동의 관점에서 고객은 태블릿 PC 를 사용하는 것이 추가 작업, 즉 서비스 직원으로부터 업무가 이전되어 고객 스스로 작업을 해야 한다고 느낄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 고객이 태블릿 PC 를 이용할 때 그림자노동에 대한 인식(지각된 사용 어려움 및 지각된 사용 강제성)의 원인과 그림자노동에 대한 인식이 태블릿PC 주문 서비스에 대한 재사용 의도에 어떤 영향을 미칠 수 있는지를 조사하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 고객의 그림자노동에 대한 지각이 디지털 리터러시와 정보 과부하에 영향을 받는지 여부를 조사하며, 태블릿 PC 를 사용할 때 발생하는 혜택이 그림자노동 지각에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 조사한다. 본 연구는 음식점에서 태블릿 PC 를 이용하여 주문하는 고객을 대상으로 중국의 설문조사 전문 사이트인 "원쥬엔싱" (Wenjuanxing)를 통해 온라인 설문조사를 수행한 후, 총 376 개의 유효한 데이터에 대해 SPSS 24.0 을 활용하여 인구통계학적 특성, 빈도 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 타당성 분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 실시했다. 또한 가설들은 회귀분석을 통해 검증하였다. 376 명 응답자의 실증분석 결과, 디지털 리터러시와 정보 과부하가 그림자노동 인식에 영향을 미치며, 태블릿 PC 주문 서비스 재사용 의도에도 영향을 미친다는 점을 밝혔다. 또한 혜택은 이러한 관계에 대해 유의한 조절 효과를 보였다.

항공사 승무원의 이직요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -상사지원 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of the Turnover Intention of Flight Attendant on Job satisfaction -Focused on Supervisory Support-)

  • 본 연구에서는 개인적 이직요인과 업무적 이직요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 이들과의 관계에서 상사지원의 조절효과에 대하여 분석하고자 하였다. 상사지원이 낮은 집단과 높은 집단에서 유의한 차이가 나타난 경로는 직무탈진감 ${\rightarrow}$ 직무만족, 업무과부화 ${\rightarrow}$ 직무만족의 경로에서만 집단 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 직무탈진감 ${\rightarrow}$ 직무만족과 업무과부화 ${\rightarrow}$ 직무만족 경로에 대한 집단 간 영향력 차이에 대한 분석 결과 낮은 집단의 영향력이 더 높다고 말할 수 있으며, 일 가정에 대한 갈등은 상시지원이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단 모두에서 직무만족에는 영향을 주지 못하는 것을 알 수 있다. 연구 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 개인적 이직의도 중 경력개발/기회부족이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 상사지원의 조절효과에 따른 집단 분류에서 각 경로가 차이점을 나타내고 있다는 것은 매우 의미 있는 결과이다. 이러한 결과는 승무원 신입교육을 시작으로 상위 Class에서 필요한 직무교육을 받아야만 해당 Class에서 근무할 수 있으며, 진급의 수요 공급의 차이가 매우 크다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 과정에서 조직 내 상사의 지원은 진급과 직무자 업무에 대한 자긍심을 갖게 할 수 있는 해결책으로 작용함과 조직의 충성도 또한 높아지게 만드는 중요한 요인으로 볼 수 있다. 여성근로자가 대부분인 승무원 집단에서 상사는 개개인의 정서를 어루만져 더 나은 기회를 갖을 수 있도록 해주어야 하며, 이로 인해 상사와의 진실되고 두터운 인간관계 형성을 위해 최선을 다해서 노력하여야 한다.

건축공사 목공 및 철근공의 수작업 부하 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Workload Evaluation of Hand-intensive tasks of carpenters and structural steel workers)

  • 건축공사에서 종사하는 기능인력의 근골격계질환은 직업병으로서 매우 심각하다 이와 같은 질환은 반복되거나 불편한 작업자세 및 방법에 기인한 것으로서 본 연구의 목적은 건축공사의 대표직종인 목공과 철근공을 대상으로 수작업 부하를 측정하여 부하정도를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 부하정도를 평가하기 위하여 건강한 대학원생을 대상으로 동일한 작업자세에서의 부하정도를 측정하는 실험을 실시한다. 본 연구의 결과는 근골격계부담작업의 개선을 위한 작업형태 및 작업자세의 개선, 사용하는 수공구의 인간공학적 기술 개선을 위한 매우 소중한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

허리굽힘과 다리자세가 작업지속시간에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effect of Trunk Flexion and Low Extremity Posture on Maximum Holding Time)

  • Despite most of tasks in manufacturing, construction and agriculture, etc., were currently mechanized and automated, manual materials handling still existed in atypical working condition. In case of manual materials handling, repetitive work, inappropriate working posture, excessive force, contact stress might cause overload, which could lead to work-related musculoskeletal disorders and low back pains. On this basis, the goal of this study is to reveal the effects of various lifting postures of trunk angles and lower extremity postures on maximum holding time(MHT). Twenty two subjects were recruited from a university population. The experiment was designed by a combination of three trunk angle ($0^{\circ}$, $20^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$) and three lower extremity postures(straight, bent, kneeling). Before experimental trials, subjects performed MVC(maximum voluntary contraction) exertions in three trunk angles ($0^{\circ}$, $20^{\circ}$, $60^{\circ}$) to calculate 30%MVC at designated postures. In each trial, they were required to hold the handheld load(30%MVC) for a designated posture as long as they could. The results of MVC by trunk angles were measured in $0^{\circ}$ > $20^{\circ}$ > $60^{\circ}$ orders, but those of MHT measured in $20^{\circ}$ > $0^{\circ}$ > $60^{\circ}$ orders. These results showed that straight posture is the ideal working posture in work exerted a strong force for a short time, but the ability to work might be improved in the trunk angle $20^{\circ}$ in work required 30%MVC for a long time. Also, results of MVC and MHT by lower extremity postures measured in straight > bent > kneeling orders.

성인의 직장-가정에서의 갈등과 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the conflicts and satisfaction at the adults' places of work - family)

  • The purpose of this study is to make it clear that the influence the adults' work-family conflicts affect the family life satisfaction and the work life satisfaction of theirs, according to the personal backgrounds (sex, age, monthly income and whether the person works S days a week or not). The target group of this study is the selected 754 adults who are married with children that are in the employ of the various companies in Seoul and Incheon. The picked data are analyzed to factor analysis, frequencies, means, One-way ANOVA and multiple regression analysis etc..using Spss 11.5 version statistical program. Following is the result of the study: First, the level of work-family conflicts have been shown to be different as the result of verification by sex, age, monthly income and the type of duty(whether working 5days a week or not) out of the personal variables. The study shows that the level of work-family conflicts is different by the subordinate variables of work-family conflicts as the results of male and female comparison. And the older the age, the higher the level of family conflicts.'rho study shows that The level of the places of work conflicts is the highest in the 30s. The smaller monthly income, the higher the level of work-family conflicts. The study shows that the level of family conflicts is high in working 6days a week and the level of work conflicts is high in working 5days a week. Second, such factors for conflicts at home as family support, family expectations and financial difficulties affect the level of satisfaction at work, while such personal backgrounds as monthly pay, kinds of work and age level also play a role. At the same time, satisfaction in family life is influenced by such factors for conflicts at the places of work as support, involvement, expectations and work-overload at the places of work, with such personal backgrounds as monthly pay, age and sex compounding the impact. On the point how much conflicts at work and home affect the satisfaction at home, work and leisure, the study shows that family life does not have noticeable influence in the level of satisfaction at the places of work, whereas situations at the place of work have significant impact on the level of satisfaction in family lives. In other words, the lesser conflicts the work situations cause to family lives, the greater the level of satisfaction at work, home and at leisure.

간호사의 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경 요인의 융합적 상호작용 (Convergent Interaction Effects of Six Worklife Area on Relation between Nurse's Patients related Stress and Burnout)

  • 본 연구는 임상 간호사 개인이 지각하는 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경이 미치는 융합적 상호작용을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울소재 상급종합병원에 근무하는 168명의 간호사였으며 자료는 2014년 7월 1일부터 15일까지 편의표집 되었다. 구조화된 설문지로 환자관련 스트레스, 직무환경, 직무탈진을 측정하였다. 연구결과 환자관련 스트레스는 직무탈진을 증가시키고 있었다. 환자관련 스트레스와 직무탈진의 관계에서 직무환경 요인의 역할을 분석한 결과 업무부하가 낮을수록 그리고 통제감, 보상, 공정성, 가치가 높을수록 환자관련 스트레스가 직무탈진에 미치는 부정적 영향이 감소하는 조절효과를 보여주었고, 커뮤니티는 직무탈진을 낮추는 주효과를 보여주었다. 이상의 연구결과로 볼 때 간호사의 직무탈진 완화를 위해 병원 차원의 직무환경 개선전략이 필요할 것으로 보인다.
