Evaluation of Structural Behaviour of High Performance Permanent Form with Stainless Steel Fiber

  • Nowadays, the stripping work of form has generated some problems such as increasing total constructing cost result from delayed work schedule by the stripping work of form and environmental issues by wasting the debonded form. According to recent research for form work, it has studied about permanent form to solve economic and environmental problem which is commented above. In this study, high performance permanent form method was developed and tested by adopting COM and TEN specimens adopted on the Compression and Tensile section then the structural behaviour was investigated. In the test result, the specimen adopted the form showed better structural performance than control specimen in the point of ductility, failure mode and ultimate load.

건설현장 관리자와 안전관리 담당자의 근로조건이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 분석 (Work Condition Effects of Construction Field Managers and Safety Managers on Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구에서는 건설 현장에서 안전사고를 사전에 방지하기 위해 중요한 역할을 하고 있는 안전관리자와 현장 근로자를 대상으로 근로조건과 직무만족도의 비교를 실시하고, 현장관리자와 안전관리자의 근로조건이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 비교분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과, 기본임금과 의료, 여가가 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 현장관리자와 안전관리자의 비교분석결과, 안전관리자는 현장관리자보다 기본임금에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 현장관리자의 경우, 기본임금을 제외하고, 의료, 여가가 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나왔으나, 안전관리자의 경우, 산재, 숙소가 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 건설현장에서 안전관리자의 근로조건에 대한 개선방안을 도출하여 현장 안전관리에 대한 건설기업과 정부 측면의 정책 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Centralized Smart Government Architecture based on Trust Manager

  • The rapid growth and development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and internet services has boosted the adoption of Mobile Government services all around the globe. There is a huge increase in the adoption of government services during COVID-19 pandemic. Existing Mobile Government (MG) solutions are not trustworthy and secure. This paper provides secure and trustworthy solution for mobile government, proposes a centralized smart governance architecture which is based on trust manager. Our proposed work has Wireless Bridge Certifying Authority (WBCA) and Wireless Public Key Infrastructure (WPKI) thereby ensuring security and privacy. Our proposed work ensures trust with WBCA as WBCA acts as a Trust Manager (TM). Proposed protocol has less computational cost and energy cost

  • 저가의 개인용 컴퓨터를 고속 네트워크 장비와 시스템 독립적인 통신 라이브러리를 이용하여 연결함으로서 병렬처리 프로그램을 수행할 수 있는 클러스터 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 클러스터 시스템은 이를 쉽게 구성하는 개별 시스템의 교체 및 추가로 인해서 이기종화 된다. 본 논문에서는 이기종 시스템으로 구성된 클러스터 시스템의 성능 향상을 위해서 MPI Work Packet Manager (WPM) 라이브러리를 제안한다. 실험 결과에 의하면 이기종 시스템으로 구성된 클러스터 시스템에서 WPM 라이브러리를 적용한 병렬처리 프로그램이 이기종 클러스터 시스템의 성능을 적절히 활용하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • 고속 네트워크를 통해 연결된 다수의 컴퓨터를 호환성 있는 통신 라이브러리를 활용하여 병렬처리를 수행하는 클러스터 컴퓨팅은 가격대 성능비에서 장점을 가지며 다양한 응용분야에서 실용화되고 있다. 이기종 클러스터 환경에서는 클러스터 시스템을 구성하는 개별 노드의 성능이 직접적인 영향을 주기 때문에 효율적인 자원 관리가 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 DWM(Dynamic Work Manager)라 불리우는 동적 자원 관리자를 제안한다. DWM은 성능이 다른 이기종 클러스터 시스템에서 각 노드의 자원을 충분하게 활용할 수 있도록 설계되었다. DWM을 사용하여 다양한 벤치마크 프로그램을 클러스터 시스템에서 실행시켜 봄으로써 DWM의 성능과 프로그램의 복잡도를 측정한다. 실험 결과로부터 DWM의 사용은 이기종 클러스터 시스템의 성능을 효율적으로 활용하는 동시에 MPI 병렬처리 프로그램의 작성을 용이하게 함을 알 수 있다.

  • It is necessary for the park tree manager to have the current information about the status of trees, which can help him with right decisions. However, there are many problems in the existing management method such as huge amount of data, tedious work, and the difficult update work due to the lack of necessary data or the inappropriate data record and management method. The sole use of database management system(DBMS) cannot slove these problems because it cannot handle graphic data based on the locational information. So, it is imperative for the park manager to have locational data as well as attribute data of the park tree concerned. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop the personal computer-based, user friendly park tree management information system, which deals with attribute data(DBMS) and graphic data(using the CAD) together within the integrated environment. The park tree management information system developed in this study provides a complete operating environment for data input, update, query, delete, and retrieve. The major advantages of this system are as follows: 1) To search the location and distribution of trees. 2) To record, store, and manage data easily. 3) When the manager is changed, delivery of the park tree work is convenient. 4) The system can help the manager with the correct information for the efficient park tree management.

  • The current evaluation time period for the construction management service is the project completion or after project completion. Therefore, the construction manager has the following problems. First, it is difficult to prepare the evaluation due to the new field movement of the existing participating engineer. Next, the CM work is complex as well as extensive. Therefore, the critical success factors of the construction technology services evaluation are required as a systematic performance standard of CM work. In this study, we extracted the critical success factors that can systematically prepare the evaluation from the early stage of the project through in - depth interviews with experts. And, this study was analyze the priority of each factor by using AHP technique. As a result, the most important factors were related to the systemization of the preparation process, the construction manager work capabilities and practical construction management. And the priorities of all factors were analyzed high in the factors suggested by the owner groups. The results of this analysis are expected to provide the standards that construction management service performer carry out structured management of construction management throughout the project.

경남지역 일부 산업간호사의 업무수행에 관한 연구 (Study on activities of some occupational health nurses in Kyungnam area)

  • Authors purposed to observe activities of occupational health nurses and it's related factors, and to suggest the way that induct better occupational health nurses' activities with questionaire to 87 occupational health nurses who individually work as health manager in the plant. The questionaire included type of plant and number of workers, general characteristics, work conditions, activities, etc. Major findings are as follows. 1. 82.8% of occupational health nurses were third decade. 93.1% graduated junior college or college. And 82.8% were not married. 2. General work conditions: 40.2% were belonged to safety-health section, 98.85% were mere clerks. 60.9% worked less than weekly 44 hours, and an annual salary of 50.6 % was between 10 million and 14 million won. 3. Work condition related to health manager work: there was separated health care room in 94.3%, working period as health manager(occupational health nurse) was less than 5 years in 70.1%, 49.4% had the out-of-health manager work. In 87.4%, occupational physician was appointed, only 6.9% of them were full time, 52.9% of them worked little in the plants. The problems related to workers' health were discussed with industrial nurses in 88.5%. 4. Attitude for their work: 88.5% were thought that their work is important for workers' health care, 57.5% satisfied to work as health manager. In 51.7%, motive to being industrial nurse were the appropriate aptitude. 5. Activities: General medical care in 100% were carried out, in 97.7% works related to general health examination, in 100% works related to special health examination were carried. But works related to use of protective apparatus were carried out in 20.8%. 6. Factors related to level of activities: In cases who solved the health related problems by themselves, the level of activites was significantly higher than in others. In cases there were full time occupational physician, the level of activities was significantly lower. 7. Occupational health nurse's needs: 100% wanted regular education, 89.7% wanted the qualifying examination. As the results, author suggests that the right of self-control is given to occupational health nurses and the work of occupational physician is clearly defined for the induction of the better activities of occupational health nurses.

웹 기반 사회 안전 서비스를 위한 오류 관리기 (A Web Based Error Manager for Societal Security Service)

  • 본 논문은 웹 기반 사회 안전 서비스를 위한 오류 관리기에 대해서 제안하였다. 본 시스템은 멀티미디어 협동 작업 환경에서 소프트웨어 오류를 감지, 공유, 복구하기에 적합한 시스템이다. 이 시스템에 의해서 오류를 공유할 수 있다. 웹 기반 사회 안전 서비스를 위한 오류 관리기는 사용자들에게 상호작용 인지를 통하여 오류 객체 공유를 가능하게 한다. 인지의 구현 방법에는 파일 공유, 윈도우 복사, 윈도우 오버레이, 또는 윈도우 공유 등이 있다. 본 시스템은 공동 작업에 참여한 사용자들이 다른 참여자들에게 같은 뷰로써 공유된 오류 객체들을 참조할 수 있도록 구축하였다.

Exploring the Difference in Acceptance of Smart Work among Levels of Leadership Styles

  • According to the development of smart technologies such as smart phones, tablet PC, and SNS communication, the necessity of smart work that can change the working environments in organizations has been emphasized. However, while there are many organizations that wish to adopt smart technologies, there are those that have been skeptical until now about its potential success. Leaders may especially have different viewpoints concerning the efficacy and effectiveness of smart work depending on the industries, characteristics of the work, etc. Therefore, this research looks to investigate whether there may be differences between leaders (manager, project manager, supervisor, etc.) and non-leaders (team member, staff, etc.) group in accepting smart working through empirical and exploratory approaches.
