It compared subcontractor with contractor that are wages, the labor hour and labor condition of the work environment back are inferior relative. The subcontractor which basically the contract workers evade the dangerous process or the difficult work, the dirty work back what is called 3D the case which does to keep a business is many. so With life it will be threatened consequent health directly. The possibility where the subcontractor will be exposed to danger work came to be high. Together the reason of subcontract at managing the big business the case which becomes accomplished in objective, about lower the immediacy safety&health problem, subcontractor assigned workers is the actual condition only it could not be deteriorated more in public finance of the supply and enterprise and technical ability insufficiency. Consequently it prevents the subcontract which danger work is insensitive from this research and immediacy of the subcontract workers who is weak hygiene circumstance complement the plan it will be able to secure the immediacy safety&health subcontract workers, substantially to prepare in the hazard subcontract proprietor.
This study was undertaken to evaluate the living condition and the reality of visiting part-time workers through the survey. On the matter of living condition, the most difficult problem is financial problem followed by residential problem. On the matter of female's household labor, there was a considerable difference according to the houseband's age and academic background, and family monthly income. On the question of family relationship, it was found that there was rare communication between children and father because father was rigid to talk with. In the case of mother and children, they could not find time to talk with each other. In the group of the old aged, they work to make their living. On the other hand, in the group of younger generations and the higher educated, they replied that they should work whatever the work is. It was found that they were subjected to their work because of their financial situation and that they were under the double yoke of family and work because there were no legal protection and organizational devices.
Dent resistance is determined by both shape characteristics, i.e., local radius of curvature and sheet thickness, and material properties such as yield strength. This work presents results of a study on the effect of work hardening and bake hardening on dent resistance of aluminum alloy sheet parts by considering the forming condition and baking temperature.
Inspection works are mainly carried out with the help of human sensory organs and are relatively simple and repetitive, so that the workers easily become to feel fatigue and monotony, and their mental activity levels attenuate. Consequently, during the work time, it is natural that various lighting conditions around the workplaces may have in-fluence on work performance. This study aimed to analyze cortical fatigue of inspection workers. Thus, an inspection work was simulated on a computer monitor under various lighting conditions, and CFF, EEG, EOG, and HRV were analyzed. According to the results, fatigue symptoms turned up about $60{\sim}90$ minutes after the onset of the work. The work performance also decreased when the fatigue symptoms due to lighting conditions turned up. The variations of fatigue and work performance were affected by illuminators, illumination levels, or interaction of those two factors. The spiral fluorescent lamp seemed improper to the inspection work, because the work performance under that condition was lower than under any other illuminators.
In finishing work, defects are often taken place by many factors. One of them is the thermo-humidity condition on the work surface as coating and anointing adhesives. Thus, the condition of thermo-humidity on work surface should be checked prior to the finishing work. However, many construction companies show a tendency to overlook it because not only are measurement tools so expensive but they don't have skilled hands about those tools. Therefore, we propose the measurement method that makes it easy to recognize surface thermo-humidity condition so as to reduce constructional flaws. And then we test this product. The test progresses to four stages with various conditions. We evaluate its usefulness and application possibility of this product in the field.
A Study is a experiment which is figure out to aptimum discharge cutting condition of the surfaceroughness, electric discharging speed and electro wear ratio with Ton Toff and V(voltage) as an input condition according to the current(Ip) in an electric spark machine ; 1)Electrode is utilized Cu(coper) and Graphite. 2)Work piece is used the material of carbon steel. The condition of experiment is; 1)Current is varied 0.7(A) to 50(A). 2)Pulse time(Ton) is varied 3($\mu$s) to 240($\mu$s) and also Toff is varied 7($\mu$s) to 20($\mu$s). 3)The time of electric discharging to work piece in each time is 30(min) to 60(min) 4)After the upper side of work piece was measured in radius (5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) of syulus analyzed the surface roughness to made the table and graph of Rmax by yielding data. 5)Electro wear ratio is; \circled1Coper was measured cx-machining and post machining but the electronic baiance. \circled2The ex-machining of graphite measured by it, the post-machining was found the data from volume specific gravity and analyzed to made its table and graph on ground the data 6)In order to keep the accuracy of voltage affected to the work piece was equipped with the A.V.R(Automatic Voltage Regulator). 7)The memory scope was sticked to the electric spark machine. 8)In order to preserve the precision of current, to get rid of the noise occured by internal resistance of electric spark machine and to force injecting for the discharge fluid, it made the fixed table for a work piece to minimize the work error by means of one's failure during the electric discharging According to above results, the surface roughness by the variation of electrodw and current was analyzed to compare KS(Korea Standards) It was decided the optimum condition of electric discharge cutting through analyzing the effect of electric discharge speed and electro wear ratio.
The injuries as a result of fall accidents is the one of the most common kind of injuries in Korea, especially fall from height is the top most common kind for fatal injuries. Futhermore, the number of fall injuries in manufacturing industry has been steadily increasing from 2000 to 2007. In 2007 the number of fall fatal injuries increased 10.6 % in comparison with the number in 2006. These numbers are 6~17 times higher than those for foreign countries such as the U.K and the USA. So, it is needed to make a study to reduce these numbers for manufacturing industry. To get the goals, we did research as followings. First, this study analyzed statistics by industry, by fall height, by common agent and so on to gain an insight into real aspect of fall injuries. It showed that ladder is the commonly cited agent for manufacturing industry, and 3 risky activities ; the ladder work, the load/unload work, and the maintenance work. Secondly, this study made a survey of manufacturing workers for their understandings of the most 3 risky activities. It showed that 'tendency to work easily' and 'difficulty of applying measures due to inherent working conditions' are main reasons for workers not to implement the preventive measures against the fall accidents. Thirdly, this study tested the slip characteristics of ladder base and lungs. The tests were done based on ANSI standard and KS. In addition to the standard condition, this study performed slip tests in wet and sandy conditions and compared the results with the those of standard condition. It showed that friction coefficient is standard condition > wet condition > sandy condition, and the friction coefficient of ladder for sandy condition is measured to be reduced by 63.9% compared with that for standard condition. Finally, this study developed safety work models for using of portable ladders in consideration of the safety standards of foreign countries such as the U.K, the USA, and the Australia.
Stress is a primary health promotion issue in worksite research because psychological distress is closely related not only to workers health status but also to their job performance. This study identified the work environment and work condition factors affecting workers stress symptoms among the Korean manufacturing factory workers. A total of 7,818 factory workers employed in 1,562 manufacturing companies participated in the Korean nation-wide occupational health survey conducted by the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency in 2003. Participants were selected by the stratified proportional sampling process by standardized industry classification, company size, and locations. Trained interviewers visited the target companies and interviewed the factory workers randomly selected in each company. Work environments included physical work environments (temperature, noise, hazardous organic compounds, and so on) and psychological work environments (job demands, job control, and social support at work), and work conditions included daily working hour, rest time, and so on. Men were 71.5% and the mean age was 34.0 years old. The average working period in the present company was 6.9 years. The average stress score was 26.2 under the perfect score, 50, which means the moderate level of stress. Perceived stress had significant correlations with young age, poor physical work environment, high fatigue, bad perceived health status, and high job demands in Pearson's simple correlation analysis. Perceived health status and perceived fatigue explained 21% variance of stress symptoms and the work environment factor explained 4.8% of that; however, work condition did not have the sufficient effect. In particular, psychosocial work environment variables (job demand, job control, and social support at work) had a clear effect on stress symptoms rather than the physical work environments. Poor perceived health status, severe perceived fatigue, poor physical work environment, high job demands, low social support, heavy alcohol consumption and little exercise were significantly related to high stress symptoms in the Korean manufacturing workers.
In this work, optimal finish machining condition considering total time for mold or electrode manufacturing was investigated. First, manual finishing time according to the machining condition was analyzed for the work material. The effect of runout and phase shift of tool path on surface finish was also considered in those analyses. Secondly, optimal manual finishing processes were determined for various machining conditions. Finally, finish machining time and corresponding manual finishing time were taken into account for the estimation of the total time of manufacturing mold. Though small feed per tooth and pick feed reduced the manual finishing time, the finish machining time increased in such conditions. With a machining condition of feed per tooth of 0.2 mm and pick feed of 0.3 mm, the minimum total time of manufacturing mold was achieved in our machining condition.
In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between employment stability, wage level, welfare system, working condition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to find out ways to develop and competitiveness of the nano-convergence industries. Through this study, we conducted the possibility of deriving organizational commitment by job satisfaction which is given through employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition for continuing their work life. In order to find relationships between each concepts, we used a multiple regression analysis with job satisfaction and commitment as dependent variable and employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition as independent variables. Through this study, it was expected to increase the organizational commitment through the job satisfaction of the employees if a changing method of employees management is centered on some tasks suggested for the sound working condition and efficient utilization policies.
