AHP기법을 활용한 간호사의 NCS직업기초능력 우선순위 분석 (Priorities Analysis of NCS Vocational Key Competence of Nurse using AHP Method)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the research is understand the priorities of national competency standards vocational key competence factors in nurse who is work in Seoul and Incheon. Methods: The design of this study is descriptive investigation research, and the subjects were 144 nurse. we establish the vocational key competency defined in national competency standards as analytic hierarchy analysis model. The vocational key competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. And based on the survey in nurse, the weight representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using analytic hierarchy process method. Results: The analytic hierarchy process analysis on 10 categories showed that professional ethics(0.149) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.040) was at the bottom. And the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the Ethical community(Professional ethics), Conflict management skills(Interpersonal skills), Problem solving capability(Problem-solving skills), Listening skills(Communication skills), Applicable technical skills(Technical skills), Ability to understand business(Ability to understand organizational structures), Information processing capabilities(Information capacity), Self-management skills(Self-development capability), Ability to manage time(Resource management capabilities), Basic math skills(Numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for Nursing.

  • Best value is the ultimate goal of the owner and can thus have diverse meanings according to the project characteristic, owner's purpose, user groups' payment capability, etc.. Recently, resettlement problems of the marginalized members in the urban regeneration area have been issued in Korea because they have no capability to purchase (or lease) redeveloped housing (or apartment). It means that a minimized production cost for reducing supply price of housing is a key factor in establishing the best value of the marginalized members. The lowest-price bidding system serves the purpose of ensuring a minimized production cost, but due to the low-cost investments, it creates various problems, such as sloppy construction, lowered quality, an increased LCC, and worsening profitability for builders. Thus, to help them resettle, it is necessary to supply affordable housing geared towards a certain appropriate quality and minimum construction costs. Towards this end, this study aimed to propose a cost reduction bidding system based on a technical proposal. The proposed technical-proposal-based cost reduction bidding system consists of the following components: work-unit-based, project-unit-based, and construction-period-reducing technical proposals. These components are evaluated to select the best bidder for a given project. The technical proposal based cost reduction bidding system proposed herein is expected to provide facilities with appropriate supply prices and appropriate quality levels, to bolster the technological competitiveness of builders.

  • Entrepreneurs are valuable assets for any country. Rather than being confronted with new obstacles, they should be fostered and nurtured. Entrepreneurial firms have the power to influence how we live and work, in addition to producing jobs and contributing to economic progress. Entrepreneurs have the ability to change the world by creating diversified skill sets and profitable businesses that are vital to the advancement of our economies. How does one go about being a successful business, though? More resources are believed to be needed to create entrepreneurial environments in higher education that foster progressive ideas and innovation while also providing students with the practical knowledge and skills they need to navigate the troublesome, difficult, and uncertain situations that come with owning a business. This article will outline the scales of components from which to measure variables impacting universities' ability to encourage entrepreneurial behavior among students, based on the aforementioned significance of universities. This article is based on a survey of 507 students from different universities and backgrounds in Vietnam. The research methods used are Cronbach's alpha test and Structural Equation Modeling. From the research results, it can be seen that the university's environment plays a significant role in fostering entrepreneurial behavior among students.

  • 글로벌 금융위기 이후 건설시장의 변화와 함께 건설기업과 프로젝트를 대표하는 건설현장소장의 직업적 역량 또한 변화하고 있다. 특히 현장소장은 건설공사의 설계부터 시공까지의 프로젝트 전 생애주기에 이르는 단계에 관여하기 때문에 현장소장이 느끼는 사업 역량의 중요도는 건설경기 변화에 중요한 요소로 치부되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현장소장들의 업무 수행과정에 있어서 필요할 것으로 판단되는 역량 항목들에 대한 중요도와 현재 역량 수준의 분석(IPA)과 향후 개선이 필요한 역량 항목을 도출하고자 한다. 도출된 분석결과는 (1)대외관리역량에서는 수주영업능력과 정보력, (2)현장관리역량에서는 관리자적 경영마인드와 적극적 돌파력, (3)자기관리역량에서는 사전문제예측능력과 자기계발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내 기업들이 현장소장교육과 지식공유 등의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

전직지원상담자의 역량분석 (Analysis of Outplacement Counselor's Competency)

  • 본 논문은 전직을 원하는 내담자들에게 전직지원 서비스를 수행하는 상담자들이 갖추어야 할 역량을 분석한 연구로, 최근 다양한 영역에서 전직에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있는 경향성을 반영하였다. 아직까지 전직의 영역 및 조직화는 명확한 대한 체계가 잡히지 않아 그 영역을 단정하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전직지원서비스 및 상담을 실시하는 전문가들에게 특별히 요구되는 전문역량을 파악하고, 실제 상담 장면에서 그것을 적용하여 내담자의 필요를 조력하는데 그 의의가 있다. 연구문제의 해결을 위해 본 연구에서는 델파이 기법을 사용하여 총 3회의 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 전직지원상담의 현황 및 전문가들에게 요구되는 구직자들의 다양한 수요를 총 3개의 역량군, 13개의 역량요소, 55가지의 역량지표로 도출하였으며, 이를 토대로 현재의 전직지원 여건 및 향후 전망을 논의하였다.

한국 벤처기업의 국제화를 위한 전략적 대안에 대한 실증분석 - 국제적 창업가정신과 실현화 이론을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on the Strategic Alternative for the Internationalization of Korean Ventures - Based on the Theories of International Entrepreneurship and Effectuation -)

  • 본 연구는 벤처기업의 다양한 국제화를 야기하는 주된 요인으로서 국제적 창업가정신과 실현화 이론의 역할에 주목하고, 그에 입각한 모델을 구성한 다음 실증분석하였다. 기회의 창출과 활용이라는 창업가정신의 발현이 국제적인 범위로 이루어지는 것으로 기업의 국제화를 해석하는 국제적 창업가정신의 관점과, 그러한 발현이 어떠한 과정을 거쳐 이루어지는지를 보다 현실적으로 설명하는 실현화 이론의 논리를 통합시켜 모델을 구성하였다. 벤처기업의 국제화를 가능하게 하는 역량으로 국제화결과 창출능력을 상정하고 그 구성요인으로 임기응변적 대처능력과 자원기반적 실천능력, 네트워크 구축 활용능력을 설정하였다. 기업의 국제화 성과를 나타내는 해외시장 매출액 비중 성장과 해외시장 지명도 상승 그리고 해외수출 대상국가 다변화 성과에 대해 국제화결과 창출능력이 미치는 영향에 대해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 대상 벤처기업의 본글로벌적 성격이 그 관계에 대해 조절효과를 지니는지도 검증하였다. 검증결과 네트워크 구축 활용능력과 자원기반적 실천능력은 유의한 영향을 미치는 결과를 보였으며, 조절효과에 대한 검증에서는 본글로벌적 성격을 지닌 벤처기업의 임기응변적 대처능력과 여타 기업의 자원기반적 실천능력이 성과에 유의한 영향을 미침으로써 조절효과가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 실현화 이론으로써 벤처기업의 다양한 국제화 과정을 설명할 가능성과 국제적 창업가정신의 핵심적 역할을 제시한 것이 본 연구의 의의라 할 수 있다.

Work and Travel Experiences of Filipino Tourism Students in Selected Universities

  • A cultural exchange program widens the horizons of students. It gives them the opportunity to associate with other societies and learn their cultures at the same time. This program also serves as a training ground where students enhance their skills, acquire learnings, and gain experiences that will help them in their future careers and make them more competitive than others. Hence, the objective of this study is to come up with an output from a set of guidelines established and gathered from the different "work and travel" experiences of the participants. This study adopted the phenomenological and was conducted in places that are relatively quiet for recording, and suitable and convenient for both the researchers and participants. The researchers gathered data through in-depth interviews of samples gathered through snowball sampling. Cellphones were used to record interviews. At the end of the thematic analysis of information, the researchers came up with three major categories which included: (1) 'having the opportunity to know the industry well and improve one's capability', 'undergoing different cultural exchange experiences for better development', and 'being able to practice intercultural immersion'. Some of the researchers' recommendations would be to institute a feedback mechanism such as personal interviews, monitoring visits, etc. and use the output, a set of guidelines, that would help the future 'work and travel' participants to prepare and anticipate the program they would undergo.

NOVA System을 이용한 CMP Automation에 관한 연구 (The Study for the CMP Automation with Nova Measurement System)

  • There are several factors causing re-work in CMP process such as improper polish time calculation by operator. removal rate decline of the polisher, unstable in-suit pad conditioning, slurry supply module problem and wafer carrier rotation inconsistancy. And conclusively those fundimental reason for the re-work rate increasement is mainly from the cycle time delay between wafer polish and post measurement. Therefore, Wafer thickness measurement in wet condition could be able to remove those improper process conditions which may happen during the process in comparison with the conventional dried wafer measurement system and it can be able to reduce the CMP process cycle time. CMP scrap reduction by overpolish, re-work rate reduction, thickness control efficiency also can be easily achieved. CMP Equipment manufacturer also trying to develop integrated system which has multi-head & platen, cleaner, pre & post thickness measure and even control the polish time from the calculated removal rate of each polishing head by software. CMP re-work problem such as over & under polish by target thickness may result in the cycle time delay. By reducing those inefficient factors during the process and establish of the automatic process control, CLC system need to be adopted to maximize the process performance. Wafer to Wafer Polish Time Feed Back Control by measuring the wafer right after the polish shorten the polish time calculation for the next wafer and it lead to the perfact Post CMP target thickness control capability. By Monitoring all of the processed the wafer, CMP process will also be stabilize itself.

Development of Traditional Indonesian Boatyards: The Simulation of Collaborative Working with a Large Shipbuilding Facility

  • As Indonesia determines to increase its marine fishery production, the development of tradi-tional boatyards has to be included in the agenda as it will give the local fishing communities a better chance to compete with large capital intensive fishing companies. It will also spread job opportunities evenly throughout the country instead of concentration fishing vessel con- struction in a few large shipyards located primarily on the highly populated island of Java. However development every single boatyard in indonesia would not only be prohibitively ex-pensive, but it would also create social tensions as the introduced technology would not be immediately accepted by the rural societies whose own traditions are still culturally signif-icant. Both these problems can be reduced by developing a collaborative scheme between traditional boatyards and a larger shipyard. The shipyard, with modern facilities, can develop work packages containing knock down components which are then assembled in the tradi-tional boatyards. The work packages are planned and designed so that every component can be assembled with relatively simple tools. Radical changes can be avoided as new techniques can be introduced gradually, responding to the boatyard\\`s own requirements and aspirations. While this manufacturing procedure is conceptually straightforward its efficient implemen-tation is in practice complicated by the fact that each traditional boatyard has unique char-acteristics in terms of labour resources, technological capability, and transportation links. By developing a computer model to simulate the interaction between the main shipyard and small traditional a computer model to simulate the interaction between the main shipyard and small traditional boatyards work packages can be designed that ensure that activities at all manufacturing locations are efficient.
