By studying 3-D virtual human modeling, motion-capturing and clothing simulation for easier and safer work clothes development, this research aimed (1) to categorize heavy manufacturing work motions; (2) to generate a 3-D virtual male model and establish painting work motions within a 3-D virtual clothing simulation system through computerized body scanning and motion-capturing; and finally (3) to suggest simulated clothing images of painting work clothes developed based on virtual male avatar body measurements by implementing the work motions defined in the 3-D virtual clothing simulation system. For this, a male subject's body was 3-D scanned and also directly measured. The procedures to edit a 3-D virtual model required the total body shape to be 3-D scanned into a digital format, which was revised using 3-D Studio MAX and Maya rendering tools. In addition, heavy industry workers' work motions were observed and recorded by video camera at manufacturing sites and analyzed to categorize the painting work motions. This analysis resulted in 4 categories of motions: standing, bending, kneeling and walking. Besides, each work motion category was divided into more detailed motions according to sub-work posture factors: arm angle, arm direction, elbow bending angle, waist bending angle, waist bending direction and knee bending angle. Finally, the implementation of the painting work motions within the 3-D clothing simulation system presented the virtual painting work clothes images simulated in a dynamic mode.
Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of shift work on occupational safety in various industrial sectors. The study analyzes the effects of shift work on the health of workers by considering factors such as the workplace environment and welfare. Methods: Focusing on the $4^{th}$ Korean Working Conditions Survey, this study used an ordinary least-square multiple regression analysis. The dependent variable was the annual frequency of injuries reported by workers. Independent variables were categorized as demographic, shift work, workplace environment, and welfare variables. The analysis was conducted on two levels: 1) Shift work and nonshift work groups were compared, and 2) Shift work was compared with fixed and rotating shifts. Results: For the entire group, age, a low level of education, work hours, and daily and dispatch work negatively impacted the frequency of injuries. Shift work was negatively affected by workplace environment and welfare factors. In the shift group, the frequency of injuries was lower than that of regular workers, and the higher the autonomy in the choice of work hours, the lower the frequency of injuries. Furthermore, shift workers in Korea have more extended work hours (49.25 h/week) than other workers (46.34 h/week). Conclusion: Overall, welfare factors such as workplace satisfaction and worke-life balance reduced the frequency of injuries. The effect of shift work was limited, but it was confirmed that shift worker autonomy could reduce the frequency of injuries.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of the principal's democratic leadership style, teacher competency, work discipline, and work environment on teacher performance during the pandemic. Using the proportional random sampling strategy, a sample of 468 respondents consisted of kindergarten teachers, elementary school teachers, junior high school teachers, junior high school teachers, and high school/vocational school teachers. The study revealed that the principal's democratic leadership style, teacher competence, work discipline, and work environment substantially impact teacher performance. However, the principal's democratic leadership style does not affect teacher performance, whereas teacher competence, work discipline, and work environment have a minor impact on teacher performance. Furthermore, during the COVID-19 pandemic, work discipline is the most critical variable influencing teacher performance. The findings of this study suggest that the principal's democratic leadership style, teacher competence, work discipline, and work environment have a positive impact on teacher performance during the pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, work discipline is the most important variable influencing teacher performance. Considering that democratic leadership has no effect on teacher performance and that this leadership style is widely used by school principals in the world of education, it is assumed that there is no effect on teacher performance.

Background: The aim of the study is to examine whether mediating or moderating effects of stress between teachers' work environment and work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Methods: Two hundred nine participants took part in the study and completed the surveys including work environment, stress and work-related musculoskeletal disorders questionnaires. Hayes's PROCESS macro was used to test the research models for mediating and moderating effects of stress between work environment with teachers and work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Indirect effect was tested using bootstrapped confidence intervals. Results: The result confirmed that Stress served as a indirect mediator between work environment and work-related musculoskeletal disorders, whereas there was no significant the moderating effect. Conclusion: Stress mediates the relationship between work environment and work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Therefore, it is crucial that teachers' work environment that increases stress should be enhanced to reduce work-related musculoskeletal disorders.

The psychological work environments which facilitate technology innovations in organizations are divided into two dimensions of supportive work environments and challenging work environments. The confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the construct validity of two work environments. And simple and hierarchical regression analysis confirmed the significant effects of two work environments on motivations to the technology innovations. Therefore, Both of the challenging work environments(uncertainty of exta- organizational environments and tasks) and supportive work environments(managerial environments of intra-organizations) are the two important psychological work environments which facilitate technology innovations in organizations.

The purpose of this study was to find out the actor effect and the partner effect in relation to spousal support, job support, work-family spillover, and work-life balance in dual-earner couples. The subjects of this study were 176 dual-earner couple, whose youngest children are under the age of 16 and who work over 15 hours each week. The research tool was a questionnaires. Factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, and APIM were performed for the data analysis. The main results of this study as follows. First, for both wives and husbands, perceived spousal support had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. However, perceived husband's spouse support for wife's support had positive partner effect on the wife's work-life balance, the wife's perceived spousal support for her husband' did not have a partner actor effect on the husband's work-life balance. Second, for both wives and husbands, job support had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. In addition, the wife's job support had a positive partner effect on the husband's work-life balance, however, the husband's job support did not have a partner actor effect on the wife's work-life balance. Third, for both wives and husbands, work-family conflict had a negative actor effect on work-life balance. In addition, the wife's work-family conflict had a negative partner effect on the husband's work-life balance, however, the husband's work-family conflict did not have a partner actor effect on the wife's work-life balance. Fourth, for both wives and husbands, work-family enrichment had a positive actor effect on work-life balance. The purpose of this study is not only to provide students in the fishery high schools with source materials and opportunity, but also to contribute to a comprehensive development in educational program of the fishery high schools. It investigated various factors of aquarium related 6 new occupations : job contents, educational-level for job performance, training period, worker's capacity, the degree of physical activity, working place, and working environment. Construction industries is a labor intensive industries. According to Korea Productivity Center, most OECD members indicate high labor productivity more than Korea labor productivity in construction industries. First of all, for increasing labor productivity work efficiency and work condition should be managed by administrator in work site. Especially, work condition could be controlled by the management behaviors of administrator in work site such as work management type. This indicates that work management type could influence strongly work condition. But although that work management type could influence work condition is the characteristic of construction work is recongized to many people, the quantitative analysis on the relationship between work condition and work management type is not enough. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Work Management Type on Work Condition.
The purposes of this study were to : a)determine the percentage of labor activities expen-ded in various work functionsof hospital foodservice b)estimate the labor time utilized in each work functions c)investigate the overall work patterns of hospital foodservice and d)provide the basic data for effective labor control This study was conducted in two hospitals with 1300 and 1200 ed capacities and every employees of the dietary department were included in 10days work measurement. Work sampling methodology developed by Donaldson and Ostenso was modified and used for observing overall activities of hospital dietary department. Consistency of data and observa-tion period were verified by 3$\delta$ control chart and control chart. Observed data were satisfied with confidence level of 95% and confidence interval of $\pm$0.05, The results of this study were as follows: 1) The direct work function indirect work function and delay were 74.8%, 9.2%, 16.0% respectively with A hospital and 82.2% 7.2%, 10.6% respectively with B hospital 2) The productivity indices of direct work indirect work and delay were 9.05 min/meal 1.12 min/meal 1.94 min/meal respectively and total 12.11 minutes were utilized per meal served in A hospital and 10.72 min/meal 0.94 min/meal 1.38 min/meal respectively and total 13.04 minutes were utilized per meal served in B hospital 3) Full time equivalent(FTE) utilized in daily work of irect work indirect work and delay were 62.24 men 7.69 men 13.35 men respectively in A hospital and 64.09 men 5.63 men 8.22 men respectively in B hospital. 4) The contents of work activities of each employee group showed that delay time of the service personnel group was more than any other employee groups in both A hospital and B hospital 5) Examination of daily work schedule by time intervals showed that transportation work function was carried out all day so it is necessary to improve this work.
It is essential to consider the heavy industrial working environment factors which are regarded as harmful to workers' health and safety and suitable work motion factors for the workers' motion while developing the work clothes for painting workers in the machinery and shipbuilding industries. This study suggests the use of 3D virtual clothing simulations as a solution to protect the human body from hazardous working conditions accompanying the development of painting work clothes and assessing the work motion performance associated with the comfort while workers wear them during the work clothes. The initial aim of the study is to examine a male avatar to run work motions simultaneously within a 3D virtual clothing simulator, secondly, to present the simulation images of coverall type men's painting work clothes with the application of two experimental painting work motions and one control motion to the avatar, and finally, to present the distance analysis images of the painting work clothes and the avatar body and air gap rates through the analysis of cross-sections of the avatar body while wearing the coverall work clothes according to the work motions. The results showed that the distance degree of painting work clothes to the avatar body for each part of the human body when performing painting work motions. Moreover, 3D virtual clothing simulations enabled the creation of a male model avatar to run painting work motions together and the painting work clothes developed were found to be suitable for the painting work motions.
