Purpose: The purpose of the study was to have an in-depth understanding of delivery room nurses' experiences of caring for stillborn babies and their parents. Methods: After obtaining approval from the Institutional Review Board, data were collected from March 1 to August 30, 2016. A total of six nurses participated in the study. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted and the data subsequently analyzed. Results: Using thematic analysis, six themes were defined and refined: Emotional distress as a result of encountering stillborn babies; Caring for the deceased baby; Concerns for the mother's pain; Consideration for the father; Conflicts between accepting and dismissing parents' requests; and Strong mindset for the stillborn babies and their parents. Conclusion: The results showed that the nurses' experiences of caring for stillborn babies and their parents might be a difficult and lonely process. However, it could also be a process of attaining maturity by finding meaning and value in one's work. It would be helpful for the delivery room nurses to share examples of effective communication, train through simulation, and learn useful strategies that each nurse can use.

Except for traditional industrial art and history of design development, Korea jewelry industry before 1980's, had little meaning in the aspect of marketing and business. Domestic jewelry market which have changed from the value of goods to value of ornaments, faced important transition point for jewelry industry by the chance of in Asian Game held in 1986, and money of overseas traveler after 1980s. The rapidly-grown Jewelry field by the introduction of detail casting method to make it possible mass-production of the products before 1990's, began to change into new system, with introducing CAD/CAM after 1990's. Jewelry industry has changed from manual work called handmade to the detail casting industry based on master for mass-production. For this, the development of master, with the design development, have been suggested as important task to jewelry industry firms, and by the introduction of CAD/CAM, the diversification of design and master development has been made up. In this study, we would try to find out current status of domestic jewelry field and to understand CAD/CAM, and advantage of CAD/CAM, and through this, suggest good solution to precipitate domestic jewelry market.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of tax officials' perceived self-leadership on their empowerment and organization commitment, improve the effectiveness of human resource management of tax organizations, and provide measures for effective organization management. The study results show that the more their self-leadership improves, the more their empowerment improves. Firstly, the reason why their self-leadership has a positive influence on empowerment is that they set their own purpose about their task by themselves, make efforts to achieve the goals, and do their job with optimistic and constructive attitude. Secondly, the study results that their empowerment has a positive influence on organization commitment show that organizational members with high-level empowerment attach significance to their work and it makes their organization commitment high. To maximize organization performance, tax officials should recognize their work's value, meaning, and importance by himself, be equipped with sufficient knowledge for their work, apply their leverage and control in their job, have their self-determination, and improve their organization commitment.

The happiness of social worker's role in promoting the happiness of the people has been relatively overlooked. Despite the importance of the ultimate value and meaning of eudaimonic happiness felt by social workers as a value-oriented profession, negative aspects such as work-related burn-out or hedonic happiness such as pleasure has been mainly focused so far. Happiness is a concept that must be met with both hedonia and eudaimonia, and it is necessary to understand both two dimensions of job satisfaction experienced by social workers. The purpose of this study is to investigate 376 social worker's hedonic and eudaimonic job satisfaction and factors associated with them by analyzing "Social Worker's Eudaimonia" dataset in which the Korean Version of Global Hedonic & Eudaimonic Job Satisfaction(K-GHEJS) scale was used. The results showed that the factors affecting hedonia and eudaimonia were different so that hedonia was statistically significantly associated with the levels of education, income and workload while eudaimonia was not. Based on these results, how to improve the hedonic and eudaimonic job satisfaction among social workers was discussed.

Kinect sensor has two output data which are produced from red green blue (RGB) sensor and depth sensor, it is called color image and depth map, respectively. Although this device's prices are cheapest than the other devices for three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction, we need extra work for reconstruct a smooth 3D data and also have semantic meaning. It happened because the depth map, which has been produced from depth sensor usually have a coarse and empty value. Consequently, it can be make artifact and holes on the surface, when we reconstruct it to 3D directly. In this paper, we present a method for solving this problem by using implicit surface representation. The key idea for represent implicit surface is by using radial basis function (RBF) and to avoid the trivial solution that the implicit function is zero everywhere, we need to defined on-surface point and off-surface point. Based on our simulation results using captured face as an input, we can produce smooth 3D face and fill the holes on the 3D face surface, since RBF is good for interpolation and holes filling. Modified anisotropic diffusion is used to produced smoothed surface.

The purpose of this study is to investigate sustainable fashion flows and to outline their characteristics by analysing Esthetica as the largest trade-based sustainable fashion exhibition in the UK. Most of the researchers have focused on its ethical meaning rather than on fashionable criteria or marketable value. This pioneer work could be helpful in order to plan and study sustainable fashion flows. The research method is to identify characteristics of sustainable fashion trends through literature reviews and case studies focused on the UK, Esthetica events and participating brands. The following results were obtained. Upcycling suggests the extension of a product's lifecycle, a trend on the increase. Transparency is the crucial issue in sustainable fashion. Estethica shows that nurturing sustainable brands is one effective way of boosting the sustainable industry, as well as encouraging the production of sustainable products. Sustainable fashion has come to be included in mainstream fashion in terms of aesthetics and commercial competitiveness. Finally, sustainable fashion highlights quality of garments. Thus, Esthetica shows the present of sustainable fashion and its future, that is, sustainable fashion not just as a trend but a lifestyle for both its consumers and the industry. As the sustainable industry is a growing sector, it would be useful to carry out separate in-depth case studies on leading sustainable brands and qualitative aspects.

This study is intended to understand the styles, colors and color arrangements of costumes expressed on Kisan Kim Jun-geun's genre paintings of Joseon in the late 19th century. The paintings vary according to the status and gender of the person wearing the costume as well as the time period and different situations the person belongs to. Also, this study aims to examine the meaning and value of Kisan's paintings in terms of the history of Korean costumes. The result of this study are as follows: The basic and common attire for people of all status and class is the jeogori(jacket), baji(pants) for men and Banhoijang jeogori, chima(skirt) for women. Men wear Po(coat) that represents their status and age, and they put on various hats according to different weather conditions or work-skill even when in the same status and class. However, women wear the Baeja(vest), Durumagi(coat) and head-dresses when they are cold. Overall, the costume patterns and shapes that appear on Kisan's paintings show the same patterns and structures when compared to different data during the same time period. Thus, they provide useful information to help not only understand the changes of patterns and structures of costumes, but also the situations and emotions of the people of that time period. Moreover, it can be understood that various colors and color arrangements that reflect the situations and emotions of the late 19th century were used. This study that analyses the colors and color arrangements used in Kisan's genre paintings can provide the very basic and systematically arranged data to help understand the unique colors in Korea. These data can also provide important information to understand the use of dyes and pigments during that time. Therefore, Kisan's genre paintings are meaningful and valuable in terms of the history of Korean costumes for these are the data, from which we can review the costumes, colors and color arrangements in the years from 1890 to 1910.

Robert Frost's poetry has generally been considered fairly readable partly because of the simplicity or down-to-earth-ness of the messages that go along with the poet's projected public image and the 'traditional' forms he used. Against the grain of such general perception, this study reads some of the early poems of Robert Frost to re-characterize the beginning of the poet's career as a modernist attempt to challenge the dominant poetic conventions of the time: the genteel conventions. In reading the poems, this study focuses on frost's strategic method of using the speaker or persona regarding the delivery of meanings. Those readers who would like to find the immediate presence of Frost's voice in the poems, fail to distinguish the speaker and the poet, readily accepting the face value of what the speaker tries to convey: those messages which are in line with liberal individualism, like self-reliance, autonomous self, work ethics, etc. Frost's speakers, however, are rarely the mouthpiece of the poet himself. Rather, they are fictional characters who, while on the surface of the text appear to be hammering out a stable theme out of their everyday experience, under a heuristic scrutiny of the textual structure, turn out to be undermining the logic or the rationality of the theme, which can be identified as a modernist textual strategy that challenges the traditional conventions regarding the stability of meaning in a poetic text.

As the has been recreated as modern poetry, it shows the current chaotic situation specifically by embodying it and actively seeks expressing human character, agony and longing, etc, by excluding factor of the original mythical interpretation. Also it rouses situation of reality as detained and repressed. , recreated as modern novel, expands narrative structure and shows portrait of various characters and speaks diverse human condition about reality and suggests plan for dealing with that. Basic emotions of the original is strongly passed to modern popular song . It makes us know that universal emotions which human has across generations can touch people transcending time and space and it is a fresh discovery and possibility that reaffirms the emotion of our people. Ancient song has been studied with emphasis on resignation and grief by focusing on the subject, simply parting and death. But recently, through transformation between a wide range of genres. it carries the spirit of the times that author toward, showing realistic and specific situations. Flexibility of ancient song is expected to continue its vitality transcending generations. This study is subjected to two linked research. First is the creation process of dance work applying noise and non-musical sounds in our daily life based on understanding the classification, perception, and factor of the sound, through Murray Schafer's concept of 'soundscape'. Second is to find the value of new type of choreography and musical effect of creation process of the dance work . According to methodological research of practice-based research, three stages which is practice, theory and evaluation were accumulated as somatic data, And the analysis was provided a basis by presenting in a figuration, form of the movement and method of specialization with reference to the paper 『space design and forming practice』(2003). As a result, the creation process was able to discover the musical effect of the sound in daily life and new method of choreography, and also find the possibilities that sound could convey the theme of the dance work, the meaning of the movement and the overall atmosphere of the work to audience. In addition, It is expected that will have been made another new creation environment by potential that music has based on concept 'soundscape'.
