Purpose: Clear cell hidradenoma, now regarded as an eccrine sweat gland tumor on the basis of its enzyme histochemical and electron microscopic features, occurs as a solitary tumor in most instances. Methods: A 17 year old male presented with asymptomatic nodule, which had developed on nipple with a four years of history and total excision and purse-string suture was then performed. Results: No recurrence was observed 2 months after excision. Histologically, it showed a well circumscribed tumor composed of characteristic clear epithelial cells which are focally arranged in glandular patterns. Conclusion: This case is unique in that the tumor developed on the young male nipple, unusual site and this report emphasizes the benefit of local excision to prevent recurrence of these tumor.

The traumatically induced mass lesions of the posterior cranial fossa are unusual. Various types of traumatic posterior fossa hematoma have been described ; the most common forms is epidural hematomas, and frequently traumatic intracerebellar hemorrhage is encountered. A sixty-six-old male patient was initially presented with the occipital skull fracture and contusional hemorrhage on the both frontal lobe, a developed delayed cerebellar hemorrhage. The patient was operated for hematoma removal with good postoperative recovery. We advise a consideration for delayed intracerebellar hematoma in patients with cerebellar contusion following trauma.

Recently, there is a growing interest of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in many fields of medicine. We had a 43-year-old female patient presented with severe necrosis of the nose, philtrum, and upper lip due to retrograde arterial occlusion after nasolabial fold hyaluronic acid filler injection. Our patient went through 43 sessions of systemic hyperbaric oxygen therapy from December 2, 2017 to January 18, 2018. We administered 2.8 atmosphere absolute (ATA) for 135 minutes in the first session and the remaining sessions consisted of 2.0 ATA for 110 minutes. In reporting this case, we wish to provide a warning regarding the latent risk of filler injections and share our experience about minimizing soft tissue damage in the early stages with systemic hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

수중 다중매체 통신 또한 수중 통신과 마찬가지로 에너지 확보 문제로 노드의 마비, 높은 에너지 교체 비용등의 문제를 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이전 연구에서 제시된 에너지 소모 산출 모델을 이용하여 수중 다중매체 통신 네트워크를 대상으로 하는 에너지 기반 라우팅 알고리즘을 제시한다.

점심이나 저녁을 위한 간단한 음식을 주문하고자 할 때 배달료가 비싸서 망설이거나 포기하는 경우가 많다. 이 발표에서는 가까운 지인이 아니더라도 배달 장소가 동일한 어느 누구와도 함께 주문함으로써 배달비를 절감할 수 있는 앱을 설계하고 구현한다. 개발된 앱은 여러 음식점을 등록하여 각 음식점에서 판매하는 다양한 메뉴 주문과 배달지 선택 기능을 제공한다.

운영체제(Operating System)는 사용자의 하드웨어, 시스템 자원(System Resources)을 제어하고 프로그램에 대한 일반적 서비스를 지원하는 시스템 소프트웨어(System Software)이다. 시스템 하드웨어를 관리할 뿐 아니라 응용 소프트웨어를 실행하기 위하여 하드웨어 추상화 플랫폼과 공통 시스템 서비스를 제공한다. 최근에는 가상화 기술의 발전에 힘입어 실제 하드웨어가 아닌 가상 머신(HyperVisor) 위에서 실행되기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 다중 코어 프로세서를 타겟으로 한 소규모 운영체제 개발 프로젝트의 일환으로 화면 모드를 전환해 주고, 화면을 그리는 기능을 작성해 주었다. 이를 잘 활용하면 고해상도 그래픽모드에서의 보다 심도 있는 그래픽의 구현, 나아가 임베디드 시스템, IOT 등 다양한 분야에 이용할 수 있다.

본 논문은 반려견의 사회 이슈 및 사육과 관련된 정보를 제공하고 반려인들의 소통을 원활히 수행할 수 있는 커뮤니티 '멍글멍글'을 개발한다. 반려견에 대한 관심이 계속 늘어나며, 이에 따른 시장 및 제도의 확장으로 반려인들이 얻는 정보의 불확실성과 제도에 대한 이해도가 감소하고 있다. '멍글멍글'은 이러한 맥락에서 출발하여 반려견을 키우는 사람들에게 신뢰성 있는 정보를 전달하고 원활한 소통을 촉진하기 위한 목적으로 개발되었다. 선정된 크리에이터가 정리한 객관적인 정보를 비롯하여 누구나 질문하고 답하며 소통할 수 있는 커뮤니티 기능, 반려견의 건강기록과 일정 관리 등의 기능을 제공함으로써 사용자는 한곳에서 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. 이를 통해 반려동물의 양육 난도를 낮추고 양육 만족도를 높여 더 건강하고 행복한 생활에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.
