마스크 착용의 보편화로 청각장애인들이 일상에서 소통하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 청각장애인들의 소통의 불편함을 줄여주기 위해 AR 글래스를 활용한 수어 통역 애플케이션을 구현한다. 구현한 통역 애플리케이션은 STT 를 활용해 텍스트를 지문자로 분리하여 수어 애니메이션을 AR 글래스로 확인할 수 있다. 또한, AR 글래스를 활용해 대화 상대자와 눈을 마주 보며 원활한 소통을 할 수 있다.

Shen-Xiao-Zhan's 『Zi-Ping-Zhen-Quan』, which is called a commentary on Chart-Structure in MyungLiollgy, After selecting the Chart-Structure and classifying the good luck and bad luck of the case, the Phase-usage is set up according to the principle of Shun reverse. At this time, if two or more the sky symbol hidden in the ground of Monthly intertwine to form several Structure and become Adjunct-Structure, the subject of Structure must be finally known to set up Phase-usage and succeed Structure and failure can be judged. However, in 『Zi-Ping-Zhen-Quan』, only the structure and meaning of Adjunct-Structure were explained, and the method of determining the final subject of Adjunct-Structure was not described. This researcher reviewed various literatures for a study on selecting the subject of Adjunct-Structure, and compared and analyzed various actual cases of Adjunct-Structure by dividing them into Monthly and Chart-Structure. Common results related to the type of sign of the land that met with Monthly, the energy force of the sky sign projected from the sky symbol hidden underground in Monthly and the strength and weakness of the body were drawn. and the law was organized subjectively. It is believed that the results of this study will serve as an opportunity to reduce the confusion of Adjunct-Structure.

Objective : Recently scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture has been a good effect on pain control but it has not been known about clinical safety. The purpose of this study was to investigate acute toxicity of scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture. Method : In order to prove the clinical safety of scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture, We have observed a bacteriological examination and clinical pathology test after scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture treatment. Balb/c mice were injected intravenous with Scolopendrid aquaacupuncture treatment for $LD_{50}$ and acute toxicity test. We analyzed physical reaction(side effect)and clinical pathology test before and after Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture treatment of mice and 20 patients suffering from pain, who admitted department of Acupunture and Moxibustion, College of Oriental Medicine, Won-Kwang University Kwangju hospital. Results : In the Blood agar plate and Nutrient agar plate, a bacteriological examination did not show a bacillus. In acute $LD_{50}$ toxicity test, there was no mortality thus unable to attain the value. Examining the toxic response in the acute toxicity test, there was no sign of toxication. In acute toxic test, running biochemical serum test couldn't yield any differences between the control and experiment groups. In the 20 patients treated with Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture, hematologic test did not show remarkable change. In the 20 patients treated with Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture, Liver function test(AST, ALT, ALP) showed a slight decrease on the contrary, and abnormal rate showed a decrease of 5.0% compared with previous study. Reanl function test(BUN, Cr) and abnormal rate showed a decrease of 5.0% compared with previous study. In the 20 patients treated with Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture, Electrolyte were normal range before and after treatment. In the Urine analysis of 20 patients, Leukocyte, Protein, Glucose, Keton, Bilirubin, U-bilinogen were not detected before and after Scolopendrid aqua-acupuncture treatment, and the rest almost made no difference.

To evaluate the effects of critical pathway on the length of hospital stay, the cost and quality of care provided to gastrectomy patients in a tertiary care academic medical center. The basic research design is a retrospective case-control comparative study. 470 patients of gastrectomy were included in the study; 180 before pathway development (control), 163 right after pathway implementation (path group I) and 127 one year after pathway implementation (path groupII). 476 patients of modified radical mastectomy were also analyzed to examine whether the reduction of the length of hospital stay is from the hospital-wide trend or due to the critical pathway. Death after operation, ICU stay, unplanned re-operation, readmission after discharge, the length of hospital stay and cost were analyzed. 2-test, one-way ANOVA, Bonferroni and Turkey's test were used for statistical analysis. (1) There were no significant differences in patient clinical conditions and no sign of deterioration of quality from critical pathway. (2) The length of hospital stay was 13.0 days in control group, 12.2 days in path group I and 10.0 days (p<0.01) in path groupII. (3) The total costs during the hospital stay were reduced. However the cost per day was significantly increased from reduction of hospital stay (358,488won in control, 366,017won in path group I and 413,220won (p<0.01) in path groupII). Critical pathway reduced the length of hospital stay, total hospital costs and resource utilization without harming quality of patient care.

Thymolipoma is rare benign tumor of the thymic gland and mostly occurs at anterior mediastinum. Thymolipoma comprises 2~9% of thymic tumor and less than 1% of mediastinal mass. Therefore, thymolipoma should be differentiated from anterior mediastinal tumor such as thymoma, germ cell tumor and lymphoma. These tumors resemble cardiomegaly, pleural effusion, basal atelectasis, pericardial tumor and cyst, pleural tumor, lung cancer and pulmonary sequestration, and differentiated from above mentioned diseases. Though most cases are asymptomatic, there can be dyspnea with compression of adjacent organ by mass effect, and myasthenia gravis. We experienced a thymolipoma simulating cardiomegaly and report the case with the review of literatures.

Pemphigus vulgaris is a rin, chronic intraepidermal bullous disease with potentially fatal outcome. Oral lesions precede skin lesions in at least $70\%$ of cases, and in cutaneous disease, concomitant oral lesions are encountered in $90\%$ of patients. This disorder involve the skin and mucous membranes, especially the oral and pharyngeal mucosa, but may also involve the nasal, oropharyngeal, laryngeal and esophageal mucosa. Oral lesions are initially vesicobullous but rapidly rupture, leaving a painful erosion that shows little tendency to heal. Pemphigus vulgaris affecting the oral mucosa is still diagnosed only after considerable delay, because oral ulceration in common, and clinicians believed the lesions to be caused by more common conditions such as recurrent aphthous stomatitis rather than a rare disorder such as pemphigus vulgaris. The definitive diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris should be undertaken as early as possible, so that treatment can be started at an earl·y stage. Because of the presence of nonspecific oral ulcer, high degree of suspicion is often required to ultimately make the diagnosis of pemphigus vulgaris and then we report a case of pemphigus vulgaris with a literature review.

Single and 4 weeks oral administration of New wonbangwoohwangchungsimwon (NSCH) which was used l-muscone as substitutive material qf musk, to beagle dogs of both sexes were per-formed to investigate both acute and subacute toxicity. Beagle dogs (3 males and 3 females) in acute experiments were administered orally with single dose of 2,000 mg/kg and groups of 9 male and 9 female beagle dogs in subacute experiments were given daily different dosage of NSCH, 160 mg/kg/day (low dosage group), 400 mg/kg/day (middle dosage group), 1,000 mg/kg/day (high dosage group) once a day for 4 weeks by oral route according to the Established Regulation of Korea Food and Drug Ad-ministration (l996. 4. 16). $LD_{50}$ value for beagle dogs was more than 2,000 mg/kg per oral for both male and females. In animals administered with NSCH, there were neither dead animals nor significant changes of body weights. In addition, no differences were found between control and treated groups in clinical sign, urinalysis, eye examination, hematology, serum chemistry, organ weight and other fingings. No histological lesions were observed in both control and treatment groups. Above data strongly suggset that NSCH in beagle dogs is considered to be safe.

In order to eliminate the phase errors caused by the finite GB product of operational amplifiers, novel integnator circuits are proposed. These circuits are characterized by their positive phase error angles and integrator selectivity. The positive sign of the Q and of the circuits compensates the negative selectivity and phase error angles, inherent in the integrated operational amplifiers. Miller inverting intergrator of a biquad circuit realized by Thomas is replaced by the proposed circuit and the band-pass frequency response of the modified biquad network is experimentally analyzed. A considerable improvement is recognized to such extent that the center frequency of the band-pass filter is allowed to be shifted up to 20KHz, which has been infeasible with conventional biquad networks.

The error diffusion is a good method to reconstruct the continuous tones of an image to the bilevel tones However the reconstruction of edge characteristic by the nor diffusion is represented work when power spectrum is analyzed fer display error. In this paper, we present an edge enhanced error diffusion method to preprocess original image to achieve the enhancement for the edge characteristic. The preprocessing algorithm consist of two processes. First the difference value between the current pixel and the local average of the surrounding pixel in original image is obtained. Second, the weighting function is composed by the magnitude and the sign of the local average. To confirm the effect of the proposed method, it is compared with the conventional edge enhanced error diffusion methods by measuring the radially averaged power spectrum densities (RAPSDs) for their display errors. The comparison result demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method over the conventional ones.

Objectives : The objectives of this study were to examine the specificity and the sensitivity of tenderness testing on the ear about the postpartum breast pain, and to improve the efficacy of the tenderness test. Methods : Thirty women who visited in the hospital for recuperating 2-14 days after childbirth participated in this study. They answered the questionnaire of the severity of breast pain and their auricular acupuncture points were tested by a long metal probe with round tip 1.1mm in diameter. We analyzed the relationship between auricular tenderness testing on mammary gland zone[CW6] and postpartum breast pain with validity and significance as grouping 8 diagnosis methods. Results : When we consider above 'moderate pain' or 'severe pain' in the auricular tenderness testing as a positive sign, and above 'evere pain' or 'very severe pain' in the self-reported breast pain score as a positive symptom, the diagnostic efficacy was highest. The sensitivity for tenderness testing was 0.62-0.75, and the specificity was 0.64-0.72, and the sensitivity and the specificity in the contralateral ear were a little higher than in the ipsilateral ear. Conclusions : These results suggest that auricular tenderness testing can be objectified clinically and be used in diagnosis.
