This paper proposes a novel acceleration method for particle based large scale fluid simulation. Traditional particle-based fluid simulation has been implemented by interacting with physical quantities of neighbor particles through the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics(SPH) technique[1]. SPH method has the characteristic that there is no visible change compared to the computation amount in a part where the particle movement is small, such as a calm surface or inter-fluid. This becomes more prominent as the number of particles increases. Previous work has attempted to reduce the amount of spare computation by adaptively dividing each part of the fluid. In this paper, we propose a technique to calculate the motion of the entire particles by using the physical quantities of the near sampled particles by sampling the particles inside the fluid at regular intervals and using them as reference points of the fluid motion. We propose a technique to adaptively generate a triangle map based on the position of the sampled particles in order to efficiently search for nearby particles, and we have been able to interpolate the physical quantities of particles using the barycentric coordinate system. The proposed acceleration technique does not perform any additional correction for two classes of fluid particles. Our technique shows a large improvement in speed as the number of particles increases. The proposed technique also does not interfere with the fine movement of the fluid surface particles.
Based on a two-year measurement data, major sources for the ambient carbonaceous aerosols at the Anmyeon Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) station were identified by using the Positive Matrix Factorization (PMF) model. The particulate matter less than or equal to $2.5{\mu}m$ in aerodynamic diameter (PM2.5) aerosols were sampled between June 2015 to May 2017 and carbonaceous species including ~80 organic compounds were analyzed. When the number of factors was 5 or 6, the performance evaluation parameters showed the best results, With 6 factor case, the characteristics of transported factors were clearer. The 6 factors were identified with various analyses including chemical characteristics and air parcel movement analysis. The 6 factors with their relative contributions were (1) anthropogenic Secondary Organic Aerosols (SOA) (10.3%), (2) biogenic sources (24.8%), (3) local biomass burning (26.4%), (4) transported biomass burning (7.3%), (5) combustion related sources (12.0%), and (6) transported sources (19.2%). The air parcel movement analysis result and seasonal variation of the contribution of these factors also supported the identification of these factors. Thus, the Anmyeon Island GAW station has been affected by both regional and local sources for the carbonaceous aerosols.

In this study, bedclimate was investigated depending on three bedquilts used on ondol in winter. The environmental room condition and the ondol surface temperature were maintained $20{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, $50{\pm}3%R$. H and $30{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, respectively. The materials of the experimental quilts were not different from each other. But the weights of cotton filler were 1.5, 3.0, and 4.5kg for the bedquilts. Two healthy young women were subjected for seven hour's sleep with two replications for this study. The results are as follows. 1) The range of temperature under the mattress was higher($38.5{\sim}43.2^{\circ}C$) than that of the temperature on the mattress($32.4{\sim}37.0^{\circ}C$) or that of the temperature inside the bedquilts($30.2{\sim}34.5^{\circ}C$). The humidity inside the bedquilts was 40~73%R.H. 2) The range of bedclimate which subjects feel comfortable were $33.6{\sim}37.1^{\circ}C$ on the mattress, $30.2{\sim}33.6^{\circ}C$, 42~67%R.H. inside the bedquilts. At this range, the mean skin temperature of the subjects was was $34.7{\sim}35.6^{\circ}C$. 3) When there was heating, the weight of mattress increased due to evaporation by heat from below, while wehght of other bedding increased. 4) The lower limbs are noted to be a good representative for the prediction of the skin temperature during sleep. 5) The thicker the bedquilt, the warmer and more humid the bedquilt, which induce frequent body movement during sleep, hence inferior comfort properties of bedquilts.

The purpose of this paper is to develop waist coat designs that can be worn in the present day by researching design techniques and traditional waist coat forms shown on Korean patchworks called 'Jokakbo', which was commonly used in our traditional culture. By selecting patchwork as the primary motive in particular. The Bojaki, also known as deungguhli or baeguhli(背巨里), gives off a natural and vibrant color sensation. A new design that could be practically worn with modern clothing was developed by sufficiently reflecting this color sensation as well as the aesthetic quality of its geometric shape. On the basis of theoretical consideration of traditional cloth and vest, total of 7 points were designed and produced. These works contain diverse application of the traditional Bojaki and vest. The design of the Bojaki grants rhythmic sense to the side where diverse colors and formative patterns shown on the cloth can be seen as monotonous. The entire side opening of the traditional waistcoat can cover multiple sizes. Depending on the movement, the front and back naturally spreads. The vest can also be worn in layers or used as a cotton quilt depending on the season. And after minimal design alterations, it will be possible to wear the vest with diverse modern clothing due to its straight line and form.

Objectives: According to preceding studies, many people with mental disability have unbalanced dietary habits or excessive intake of calories. Most of them are overweight or obese due to lack of self-control for food consumption, swallowing with inadequate chewing and physical inactivity. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the nutritional intake, including carotenoid, in mentally disabled people and find out a possible solution for nutritional improvement. Methods: People with intellectual disability (N=28), emotional disability (N=44) participated in this study. The disorder grades were from I to III and ages were between 20 and 65 years. Assessments included anthropometry, daily intake of nutrients, including carotenoid, ROMA III questionnaire for assessing bowel movement. Results: The average BMI of intellectually disabled people and emotionally disabled people was in the range of overweight and obesity respectively ($23.7{\pm}6.3kg/m^2$, $25.8{\pm}4.1kg/m^2$). Overall, the frequencies of vegetable and dairy product intakes were lower in this population. When compared with Recommended Nutrient Intake (RNI) from Dietary Reference Intakes for Koreans 2010, the intakes of vitamin $B_1$, vitamin $B_2$ and calcium were insufficient in both groups. Also, lycopene intakes of carotenoid were low, compared with traditional Korean diet of the non-disabled people from the second year 2008 of the 4th National Health and Nutrition Survey. In addition, emotionally disabled people also had lower intake of cryptoxanthin. Conclusions: The mentally disabled people in this study showed lower intakes of vitamin $B_1$, vitamin $B_2$, calcium and carotenoids. Based on these findings, we recommend that it is important to encourage mentally disabled people to consume sufficient amounts of such nutrients in order to promote nutritional status.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the stability and balance of the body, mobility complex exercise group and a student group for FMS tests to compare the differences between the two groups to identify its purpose. Method : The subjects of this study FMS measuring D University Physical Therapy, a student enrolled patients (7:7), and 7 patients total of 14 patients was conducted, compound exercise group weekly stretching 10 minutes, the 24 members who have run a complex exercise, 10 minutes of cool down stretching, 20-minute aerobic exercise were included in the study. Result : The results of this study, according to 1) Deep squat, Inline lunge, Trunk Stability Push-up there was significant difference(p<0.05), compound exercise group came out significantly higher. 2) Hurdle Step, Shoulder Mobility Reaching, Active Straight-leg Raise, Rotary stability in measured target these women flexibility because the test items that did not show a significant difference(p>0.05), the two groups averaged compared to the other items were higher. Complex exercise group, a statistically significant difference was overall average. Conclusion : FMS can not be resolved because of a compensatory mechanism to identify disparities and unbalanced movement patterns can help. Therefore, if the FMS and other tests conducted by splicing, will be utilized more profitably, and you will be able to suggest ways that can have a positive impact injury prevention is added to the side to expand the scope of the physical therapist.
Red ginseng (RG, the extract of Panax ginseng Meyer) has various biological and psychological activities and may also alleviate fatigue-related disorders. The present study was undertaken to evaluate what kind of fatigue red ginseng alleviate. Animals were orally administered with 50, 100, 200, 400 mg/kg of RG for 7 days. Before experiments were performed. Physiological stress (swimming, rotarod, and wire test) are behavioral parameters used to represent physical fatigue. Restraint stress and electric field test to a certain degree, induce psychological fatigue in animals. Plasma concentration of lactate and corticosterone (CORT) were also measured after these behavioral assays. RG supplementation (100 mg/kg) increased movement duration and rearing frequency of restrainted mice in comparison with control. 100 and 200 mg/kg of RG increased swimming time in cold water ($8{\pm}4^{\circ}C$) while at 100 mg/kg, RG increased electric field crossing over frequencies. 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg RG prolonged running time on the rotarod and at 100 mg/kg, it increased balancing time on the wire. RG at those doses also reduced falling frequencies. RG supplementation decreased plasma CORT levels, which was increased by stress. Lactate levels were not significantly altered. These results suggest that RG supplementation can alleviate more the damages induced by psychological than physical fatigue.
In the present study, the anticonvulsant effects of Artemisia capillaris Herba (AC) and its major constituent, esculetin (ECT), were tested and the mechanism studied. Locomotion, Myorelaxation, motor coordination and electroshock seizure experiment were conducted in mice. To identify the anticonvulsant mechanism effect of this drug, chemical-induced seizure in mice and the ionic movement in neuroblastoma cells were also observed. The ethanol extract of AC was orally administered to mice 30 min. prior to testing and ECT was intraperitoneally injected. AC and ECT treatment did not change locomotor activities as well as activities on the rota-rod, which indicates that they did not cause a sedative and myorelaxation effect. AC and ECT treatment increased threshold of convulsion induced by electroshock. AC treatment also inhibited convulsion induced by pentylenetetrazole. In the case of strychnine however, only high dose of AC treatment inhibited convulsion. AC and ECT treatment increased the $Cl^-$ influx into the intracellular area in a dose-dependent manner. On the other hand, bicuculline, a GABA antagonist, inhibited the $Cl^-$ influx induced by AC and ECT. These results indicate that ECT induces the anticonvulsive effect of AC extract through the GABAergic neuron.

PURPOSE: This study's aim was to investigate the effects of an action observational training in subactue stroke patients with moderate impairment. METHODS: 22 participants (men=13, women=9) with hemiparesis were randomly assigned to action observation training group or task-oriented training group. Patients in both group underwent a patient-specific multidisciplinary rehabilitation program. Participants in the action observation group (mean age, $62.78{\pm}9.85$) were asked to watch the video scene, in the knowledge that they would then attempt to perform the same movement task after watching. The control group (mean age, $61.49{\pm}8.64$) practiced the same tasks, without watching the video. To evaluate upper limb function, the upper extremity part of the Fugl-Meyer Assessment upper extremity and the Box and Block Test were used. The modified Barthel index was used to assess ADLs, and the modified Ashworth scale were used to assess spasticity in the upper extremity. RESULTS: The action observational training group exhibited greater changes in the Fugl-Meyer assessment upper extremity (P<0.05; 95% CI, 0.929 - 6.403), the Box and Block test (P<0.05; 95% CI, 0.086 - 5.913), and the modified Barthel index (P<0.01; 95% CI, 2.483 - 12.627) between groups. And the modified Ashworth scale (P>0.05; 95% CI, -0.402 to 0.624) did not show significantly different between groups. CONCLUSION: These findings suggest that action observational training may be more helpful to improve upper-extremity function than physical training only in subactue patients with moderate impairment after stroke.
