This research intends to explore services, programs or policies for supporting married immigrant women to qualify themselves for being employed from the professional point of view on the assumption that their desire to get a job is high. To achieve this purpose, a delphi survey was conducted with a panel of 13 experts related to multi cultural family support in three sessions from December 20, 2013 to June 5, 2014. To analyze the collected data, descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, the mean, and standard deviation, were implemented, and Kendall's W for the internal reliability test on the survey instrument was carried out for statistical processing. The results are as follows : from the first session, services, programs, and policies in the level of married immigrant women themselves, children, parents in law and/or husband, organizations, and government were suggested. The highest item in average is systematization of levelwise Korean teaching program. The next higher items in average are daycare service during job training, parents in law and/or husband's consideration, parenting support services, program development of the organizations, linkage and integration system among the government ministries. As a result of the Kendall's W performed for the internal reliability test of the Delphi research, it has been concluded that the professionals' view on the supportive measures' important contents was statistically identical. According to the results of the Delphi research, systematization of levelwise Korean teaching program most required for the furtherance of the married immigrant women's entering the workforce, followed by provision of the services to draw family support, a grounding teaching of Korean corporate culture, and reconsideration of the policies.

This paper used data which consisted of 109 female managers who married and 109 female managers who gave birth over a 2-year period (2008-2010) by 'KWMP: Korean Women Manager Panel' from Korean Women's Development Institute (KWDI). The results of this empirical study exhibit that 1) female managers' marriages and childbirth did not have significant effects on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and plans to leave. 2) Female managers' marriages also did not have significant effects on life satisfaction, however, their childbirth did (t=2.49, df=108, p<.014). We used to believe that female managers' marriages and childbirth could disturb their work. However, this study disproved the previous stereotype that female managers' marriages and childbirth would have negative effects on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and plans to leave. The results of this study will provide useful information to human resource departments or female rights and interests organizations.
This research has its significance on contributing to the establishment of sustainable fashion industry ecosystem of Seongsu area based on the creativity which is the driving force of economic growth in the 21st century. This study reviewed the major activities and processes of Seongsu-dong's regional specialized industries project and the social economic organizations's creation of fashion clusters by using specialized books, previous research, press releases such as newspapers, magazines, and the specialized internet site(www.seoul.go.kr). Also street casual-style clothes were designed based on work-wear that themed Seongsu-dong's industrial scene and social problems. The results of this study are as follows. Seongsu-dong represents the political and economic characteristics of a typical semi-industrial area in which the automobile repair, printing, textile, leather, and handmade industries are concentrated in accordance with the government's business and policy, and shows the technical characteristics through the internal complete industrial ecosystem integration of the handmade industries. In addition, social and cultural characteristics such as various local activities based on creativity are shown by social enterprises, and cultural artists. Based on the results of analyzing the regional characteristics of Seongsu-dong according to political, economic, technological, socio-cultural characteristics, eight fashion designs were made as motifs reflecting the regional characteristics of Seongsu-dong.

Background: Workplace bulling is a pervasive phenomenon with negative consequences for the health of victims and the productivity of organizations. The aim of this study was to measure the prevalence and forms of workplace bullying among employees working at the public health-care sector of Cyprus using the Greek version of Leymann Inventory of Psychological Terror (LIPT) instrument. Methods: A translation process was followed from the French to the Greek version of LIPT questionnaire. Test-retest reliability expressed by Pearson's correlation coefficient was 0.98 indicating excellent reproducibility. Internal consistency reliability assessed by Cronbach ${\alpha}$ coefficient was 0.87 suggesting high reliability. LIPT instrument was distributed among 403 employees working at the primary health-care setting and at the largest public hospital of Cyprus with response rate of 73.4%. Results: Women comprised the majority of participants (71.4%). Mean age was 43.3 years. Prevalence of workplace bulling according to Leymann's definition was 5.9%. Most common forms of bullying were "Being continuously interrupted" (17.2%) and "continuously being given new work assignments" (13.5%). Women were significantly more often exposed to at least one mobbing behavior than men within the previous year (49% vs. 35.7%, p = 0.038), whereas nurses were significantly exposed to at least one mobbing behavior as compared to physicians (53.3% vs. 31.4%, p = 0.004). Conclusion: This was the first study that examined the prevalence of workplace bullying in the public health-care sector by elaborating the Greek version of LIPT instrument. Results showed that workplace bullying is a common and complex phenomenon among health-care organizations.
Nowadays various organizations, such as hospitals, workers, students and families are requesting a model sample of standardized Korean meal plan to meet their nutritional requirement with daily food intake. Practical application of nutritional requirement in Korean meal is not yet established. This mainly comes form the lack of the research works on experimental cookery for the right amount of recipes of Korean meal , and no effect was ever paid for this angle by many specialist. Therefore, it is urgent to research and construct the standardized meal plan for Korean people. Contents of the present research are as follows ; 1) Standardization of recipes and the amounts : Various kinds of daily foods were selected for the purpose of recipes. The standardization of the recipes and the right amount were continuously attempted. 2) Research on the construction of nutritional meal plan : The method of constructing harmonious meal plan based upon the requirement, were studied. And the meal plans were constructed according to the different units of ages. Special meal plans were also constructed for the pregnant women and lactating women. 3) Evaluation for the nutritional adequacy were followed after the setting the various recipes.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the needs for children's health promotion education programs as perceived by child care center teachers and mothers. Methods: This study conducted a survey of 88 child care center teachers and 70 mothers of preschool children in Seoul from January 4 to February 5, 2016. This study aimed to characterize the current conditions of health promotion education for preschool children and the needs for health promotion education as perceived by child care center teachers and mothers of preschool children. Results: Areas of high need for health promotion education included lifestyle improvements for preventing diseases in children and awareness of the importance of health in educational objectives, standardized educational manuals, health educators as educators, child care centers as educational places, local health centers as educational support organizations, regular class hours as educational time, role play for training, and actual models in the educational medium. The educational subjects for which a high need was reported included safety and accident prevention, the role of smartphones and TV watching in mental health, and personal hygiene and disease prevention. Conclusion: These findings suggest that it is necessary to develop a health promotion education program for preschool children.
This study aims to determine the correlation between the apartment resident community and housing satisfaction and suggest which factors can contribute to improving the local community's housing environment and satisfaction by means of the local inhabitants and apartment residents participating in co-managing the community. The study results are as follows. Firstly, the apartment resident community had a positive effect on housing satisfaction but the effects were insignificant. This revealed that residents' interest in communicating with the resident community was low due to various organizations such as the women's association, election committee, and autonomous society being used as means to pursue personal gain rather than the development of the entire apartment. Secondly, the vitalization of the apartment resident community had a positive effect on housing satisfaction. The analysis results showed that the higher the level of unity and volunteering activities of residents, the more improved the resident vitalization programs are being managed, and the higher the level of resident participation, the higher the housing satisfaction. Lastly, this study suggests the supplementation and upgrading of apartment community facilities into complex community facilities as a means to unify the residents and vitalize the resident community. To vitalize the resident community and strengthen the community spirit, the residents will need to voluntarily create a community hub by forming community-tailored associations and programs through connections with local governments and businesses.
As food waste problems become more severe, the need for reduction plans is increasing. Thus, this study aimed to discover the attitudes towards and the intentions to reduce restaurant food waste as well as the importance of and intentions to participate in reduction plans among adults customers A self-administrated questionnaire was given to 361 adults (216 men and 145 women) over 20 years old residing in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. According to the results, the respondents regarded restaurant food waste problems as serious (4.01). The biggest reason for leaving food was concern about hygiene (3.57), followed by tasting food (3.34) and portions that were too large (3.10). 57.6% responded that they try to reduce food waste when dining out. Women over 30 admitted to leaving food when dining out if the food did not taste as expected, if they had health concerns about additives such as condiments, and for body weight management. The overall average degree of awareness on the gravity of restaurant food waste problems was 4.06, indicating that respondents deeply empathized with the matter. Women showed higher alertness compared to men, and respondents in their 30s or over did more than those in their 20s. Also, respondents who try to reduce food waste when dining out had higher levels of concern than those who did not. According to the results from measuring the importance of and intention to participate in restaurant food waste reduction plans, taking away left-over food was the best option. In short, citizenship improvement campaigns should be designed for restaurants and related organizations in order to stimulate the need and effects of efforts to reduce dine-out food waste and induce aggressive participation by consumers. Diverse methods to increase actual consumer participation in food waste reduction plans that show high consumer participation intentions also needs to be developed.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a lifestyle consisting of a health oriented diet and personal motivation toward health improvement on an individual's desire to participate in condolence or "healing" -workshops and programs. In order to examine the influence of the "health diet" and motivation, the "health diet" lifestyle was classified into nutrition pursuit factors, psychological factors, food safety factors, and health conscious consumption factors. Personal motivation was categorized into perceived benefits, environmental factors and the individual's desire for happiness. Empirical analysis showed that nutrition pursuit factors had an impact on perceived benefits and the desire for happiness. Psychological aspect factors had a significant influence on perceived benefits, environmental factors and the desire for happiness. However, food safety factors and health conscious consumption factors did not have an effect on individual motivation to improve health. Regarding personal motivation toward health improvement on the desire for "healing", perceived benefits and environmental factors had significant influence. However, the individual's desire for happiness did not influence the demand for "healing". Regarding the effect of a "health diet" on the desire for "healing", only the psychological aspects of a "health diet" had any significant effects on the desire for "healing". The results from this study can help local organizations or service companies that provide "healing" programs with developing effective marketing strategies that could lead to greater customer satisfaction. Especially, the significant influence of psychological aspects of a "health diet" on the demand for "healing" is noteworthy in that this could play a key role in establishing a more effective marketing strategy to attract increasing numbers of consumers using health conscious diets.
Fair trade has received increasing attention from ethical consumers in the North Trans-Atlantic world. It is a movement establishing alternative trading organizations to ensure minimal returns, safe working conditions, and to provide continuity in the trading relationship for disadvantaged producers, especially women and indigenous people in the South. Despite of the growing fair trade movement in the U.S. and Europe, it is still in the introductory stage in Korea. Although fair trade has gained some attention because of the efforts of activists, most Korean consumers are still unaware of it. This paper is divided into four sections including an introduction and conclusions. In section two, I analysed sales of the fairly traded products and the websites of the fairly traded products sellers. In section three, I proposed two effective recommendations for the better marketing and promotion strategies of fairly traded products. One proposal is for providing consumer information, like fair trade certificates, consumer campaigns, and consumer information of the fair trade sellers' websites analyses. The other is for establishing the infrastructure to promote the consumption of fairly traded products such as consumer education, corporate social responsibility, social enterprise, fair trade town and school, and networking. This study is relavant to academics, non-profit fair trade organizations, manufacturers, retailers and governments.
