The 33 Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva is described in the Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva tale that is found in the ancient literature "Memorabilia of the Three Kingdoms" as Tangible Cultural Heritage. Also, it is easily found in a wall painting of traditional Buddhist temples. The 33 Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva is the saint of mercy that transforms into 33 various forms according to the wishes of the public. The Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva tales deal with differences in the types of wishes of the public, and the tales have been speeded like wildfire among the people. So, in this paper, we classify them into 4 groups by the wishes (healing, security, academic achievement, disaster relief) of the public, and then analyze its symbolism and activity of the 33 Avalokitesvara-Bodhisattva. Also, we implement a 2D digital content that represents visually it according to the wishes of the public. Applications of the implemented visual content are as follows; development of character, game, and digital storytelling associated with traditional culture, education service for Buddhist doctrines, etc.

  • As in western countries, divorce rates in South Korea have recently been rising, and family disruption has become one of serious social problems. Parents are able to express their opinions and wishes confidently, but the thoughts and wishes of children, especially infants and young children, tend to be ignored. Children can also experience several emotional and behavioral problems during the process of and after their parents' divorce. When South Korean family courts determine custody arrangements, they typically do not have a systematic strategy and process based on custody evaluation to help children and their parents overcome conflicts and build healthy parent-child relationships after divorce. Furthermore, under the current court system, it is difficult for mental health specialists and child psychiatrists to intervene in familial conflicts as mediators or therapists during the course of divorce proceedings. Acknowledging these limitations, the South Korean family court system implemented a formal program for custody evaluations by child psychiatrists and psychologists in 2017. However, they have faced challenges such as a shortage of experienced specialist and lack of a training system or instruments for evaluation. In this paper, the authors aim to share professional knowledge of and experiences with aspects of the custody evaluation process, such as indications, procedures, methods, psychological tests, resources, and final report writing, to better serve children and their parents undergoing a painful divorce process.

  • This paper introduces an algorithm to middle-low price drone's autonomous navigation flight system using computer vision and GPS. Existing drone operative system mainly contains using methods such as, by inputting course of the path to the installed software of the particular drone in advance of the flight or following the signal that is transmitted from the controller. However, this paper introduces new algorithm that allows autonomous navigation flight system to locate specific place, specific shape of the place and specific space in an area that the user wishes to discover. Technology developed for military industry purpose was implemented on a lower-quality hobby drones without changing its hardware, and used this paper's algorithm to maximize the performance. Camera mounted on middle-low price drone will process the image which meets user's needs will look through and search for specific area of interest when the user inputs certain image of places it wishes to find. By using this algorithm, middle-low price drone's autonomous navigation flight system expect to be apply to a variety of industries.

In China Okuchugyong has two volumes and 44 stature of the deity general(神將) but in Korea Okuchugyong changed to have three volumes and 48 stature.
