Comparative Analysis of Tea, Coffee, Wine and Beer Smartphone App Capabilities Using Technology Acceptance Model (기술수용모델을 적용한 차(茶), 커피, 와인, 맥주 음료의 스마트폰 앱 기능의 비교분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the types and capabilities of smartphone apps related to tea, coffee, wine and beer. As a result of examining the capabilities of 200 tea, coffee, wine and beer apps from Apple App Store, 17 types of capabilities were identified. The study found no significant difference in the capabilities of tea and coffee apps, but there was a significant difference in the capabilities of tea and wine apps, and tea and beer apps (p<0.01). Entertainment-oriented apps take up a higher proportion of tea-related apps while wine apps, provide a higher proportion of consumer usability-oriented apps such as finding information about wine, writing notes about wine characteristics, finding nearby shops/cafes. In order to increase practical use of tea-related apps, this study proposes capabilities of coffee, wine, and beer apps as examples and presents app menu to promote development of tea-related apps.

  • It is a wine recommendation application service designed for people who sometimes drink wine but lack information and have no place to recommend. This study is to develop UI display design method of wine recommendation service using chatbot. The research method was a case study on Korean wine market, a case study on artificial intelligence market, SWOT analysis of wine-related chatbots, and a competitor analysis of related industries. In addition, surveys and in-depth interviews examined the level of interest and understanding of chatbots, and what kind of chatbots they had encountered and what requirements and goals they faced. After grasping the needs and requirements of users, we created a service concept sheet according to them and produced an application UI design that users can use most easily. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it proposes a UI design that can search wine information more sophisticated and convenient than face-to-face communication through artificial intelligence service called chatbot and recommend wines that match the taste.

Sasang Constitution Analysis and Wine Recommendation App suggestion through Mobile Face Recognition

  • With the global COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism sector and all consumption have contracted with the untact era. Wine will also be sold and developed in various ways non-face-to-face in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to develop apps and web servers that focus on health in the era of single-person households and non-face-to-face. This study used facial recognition data based on photos of adult men and women in their 40s and 50s to analyze the Sasang constitution through a mobile app and web server, and suggested wine recommendations suitable for their constitution. First, the user's body information is entered. And through the facial recognition mobile app, recommend the right wine after analyzing the body type. if it's not like the first recommended wine, it is configured to receive another wine recommendation. In the future, the number of single-person households will increase further, and in the age of well-being, wine recommendations that fit my body will be useful.
