  • The new president was elected unusually within short period, because of the president's impeachment. As the result, policy window as the president's election was rarely opened in healthcare sector. The new government has to overcome the era of aged society, low birth rate, and low economic growth rate and to prepare the unification of nation. The new government should set the priority of healthcare policies through a holistic and systematic approach. And the new government must implement a balanced healthcare policy with equity and efficiency, regulation and support, consumers and suppliers, in-kind benefits and cash benefits, and so on.

Instance-Level Subsequence Matching Method based on a Virtual Window (가상 윈도우 기반 인스턴스 레벨 서브시퀀스 매칭 방안)

  • A time-series data is the collection of real numbers over the time intervals. One of the main tasks in time-series data is efficiently to find subsequences similar to a given query sequence. In this paper, we propose an efficient subsequence matching method, which is called Instance-Match (I-Match). I-Match constructs a virtual window in order to reduce false alarms. Through the experiment with real data set and query sets, we show that I-Match improves query processing time by up to 2.95 times and significantly reduces the number of candidates comparing to Dual Match.

  • 본 논문은 컴퓨터 사용에 미숙한 초보자나 키보드나 마우스를 사용할 수 없는 신체적인 조건을 가진 장애인 또는 PC사용에 미숙한 사용자들을 위해 기존의 인터페이스에 추가적으로 음성을 사용하여 더 효율적인 작업 환경을 만들기 위한 음성을 이용한 Window95 환경에서의 음성 인식 시스템 구현에 관한 것이다. 인터페이스 구현을 위해 사용되는 인식 알고리즘으로는 연결어 인식에 사용되는 OSDP[1] 알고리즘을 단독어 인식에 적용하여 사용하였다. 특징 벡터는 화자 독립적인 특성을 지닌 Perceptual Linear Predictive(PLP)[2] 13차 계수를 사용하였다. 인식 대상 어휘는 윈도우 사용자에게 자주 사용되는 60개의 명령어로 설정하였다. 인식된 후 그 결과는 구현된 시스템의 명령 실행 모듈로 전달되어 윈도우 상에서 실제 수행된다. 구현된 시스템에서는 노트북 내장 마이크를 사용하여 음성을 검출하였고 이를 위한 음성 구간 검출 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 기준 패턴은 20대 남성화자 9인이 2회 발성한 데이터를 이용하였고, 화자 독립으로 온라인 인식률은 91.71%이고, 오프라인 인식률은 96.4%의 인식률을 얻었다.

  • We developed a Off-Line Graphic Simulator which can simulate a robot model in 3D graphics space in Windows 95 version. 4 axes SCARA robot was adopted as an objective model. Forward kinematics, inverse kinematics and robot dynamics modeling were included in the developed program The interface between users and the off-line program system in the Windows 95's graphic user interface environment was also studied. The developing language is Microsoft Visual C++. Graphic libraries, OpenGL, by Silicon Graphics, Inc. were utilized for 3D graphics.

저가형 IR Window의 AR Coating 특성 연구

  • 칼코게나이드계 재료를 사용한 비냉각 적외선 센서의 윈도우를 제작하여 그 특성을 조사하였다. 조성을 EDS로 분석한 결과 Ge-Se-Sb로 구성되어 있음을 확인하였다. 두께 2mm인 윈도우 모재를 양면 경연마한 후 코팅 설계치로 8-12um 영역에서 평균 투과도가 95.6%로 나타났다. 이온빔보조증착장치를 이용하여 Ge, ZnS, $YF_3$ 소스로 코팅한 결과 투과도는 동일파장영역에서 약 94%로 나타났다. 칼코게나이드 원재료의 투과도는 약 69%로써 12um 영역 부근에서 강한흡수를 보였다. 코팅면의 거칠기 값(Ra)은 약 1.5 nm로써 매우 매끄러운 면을 얻었으며, 단면 SEM 측정 결과 설계치와 유사한 박막 두께를 얻었다.

The Algorithm of Brightness Control Disparity Matching in Stereoscopic (스테레오 스코픽에서 밝기 조정 정합 알고리즘)

  • This paper presents an efficient disparity matching, using sum of absolute difference (SAD) and dynamic programming (DP) algorithm. This algorithm makes use of one of area-based algorithm which is the absolute sum of the pixel difference corresponding to the window size. We use the information of the right eye brightness (B) and the left eye brightness to get an best matching results and apply the results to the left eye image using the window go by the brightness of the right eye image. This is that we can control the brightness. The major feature of this algorithm called SAD+DP+B is that although Root Mean Square (RMS) performance is slightly less than SAD+DP, due to comparing original image, its visual performance is increased drastically for matching the disparity map on account of its matching compared to SAD+DP. The simulation results demonstrate that the visual performance can be increased and the RMS is competitive with or slightly higher than SAD+DP.

  • 본 논문에서는 스크립트로 표현된 멀티미디어 시나리오를 윈도우95 API를 이용하는 C++ 프로그램으로 번역하는 주는 스크립트 번역기를 설계하고 구현한다. 스크립트 에디터로 직접 작성하거나, 혹은 비주얼 에디터에서 작성된 시나리오를 자동 변환하여 작성할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 시나리오가 화면 단위로 구성된다고 가정하여, 스크립트 파일 역시 화면 Pi 단위로 정의되어 있으며, 한 개의 화면은 다수의 오브젝트로 구성된다. 각 객체를 표현하는 데 한 개의 윈도우가 필요하므로, 번역기는 각 Pi마다 하나의 Main Window와 여러 개의 Child Window를 생성하여 멀티미디어 오브젝트를 출력한다. 따라서 본 논문은 스크립트 파일의 구성 내용을 정의하고, 저작도구의 스크립트 번역기를 설계하고 구현하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다.

A motion estimation algorithm with low computational cost using low-resolution quantized image (저해상도 양자화된 이미지를 이용하여 연산량을 줄인 움직임 추정 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose a motio estiamtion algorithm using low-resolution quantization to reduce the computation of the full search algorithm. The proposed algorithm consists of the low-resolution search which determins the candidate motion vectors by comparing the low-resolution image and the full-resolution search which determines the motion vector by comparing the full-resolution image on the positions of the candidate motion vectors. The low-resolution image is generated by subtracting each pixel value in the reference block or the search window by the mean of the reference block, and by quantizing it is 2-bit resolution. The candidate motion vectors are determined by counting the number of pixels in the reference block whose quantized codes are unmatched to those in the search window. Simulation results show that the required computational cost of the proposed algorithm is reduced to 1/12 of the full search algorithm while its performance degradation is 0.03~0.12 dB.

A RETROSPECTIVE EVALUATION OF IMPLANT INSTALLATION WITH MAXILLARY SINUS AUGMENTATION BY LATERAL WINDOW TECHNIQUE (측방접근법을 이용한 상악동거상술 후 임프란트 식립에 대한 후향적 평가)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical results of implants which were installed with maxillary sinus elevation by using lateral window technique. Materials and methods: We performed the maxillary sinus elevation by lateral window technique to 87 patients who visited Dept. of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Chonnam National University Hospital from January, 2003 to January, 2007. When the residual bone height was from 3 mm to 7 mm, the sinus elevation and simultaneous implant installation was mostly performed. When the residual bone height was less than 3 mm, the sinus elevation was performed and the delayed implant installation was done after 5 or 6 months. No artificial membranes were used for coverage of the lateral bony window site and freeze dried fibrin sealant was applied to the grafted bone. The mean follow-up period was 28.5 months (ranged from 10 months to 48 months) Results: 1. Unilateral sinus elevations were performed in 51 patients and bilateral sinus elevations were performed in 36 patients. And the total number of sinus elevation procedure was 123 cases. 2. The sinus elevation and simultaneous implant installation was performed in 89 sinuses and 249 implants were installed. The sinus elevation and delayed implant installation was performed in 44 sinuses and 141 implants were installed. The total number of implants were 390 in 133 sinuses. The average healing period after sinus elevations was 6.1 months in delayed implant installation. 3. Only autogenous bone, autogenous bone mixing with allografts or autogenous bone mixing with xenografts were used as graft materials. 4. The average period from first surgery to second surgery was about 7.2 months. 5. Some patients complications, such as perforation of sinus membrane, swelling, infection and exposure of cover screw. Two implants were removed in the infected sinus. 6. The survival rate of implants with maxillary sinus elevation by lateral window technique was 99.5% and the success rate of implants was 95.1%. Conclusions: These results indicated that the implants which were installed with maxillary sinus elevation by lateral window technique showed high survival and success rates.

  • 컴퓨터 시스템에 내재된 시각 장치는 제반 동작의 기본이 되며, 시간과 관련된 연산들에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 시작 장치는 온도나 습도와 갗은 주위 환경 요인에 의해 오차를 가지며, 보다 높은 시각 정확도를 얻기 위해서는 시작 장치를 동기시키는 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 윈도우즈 시스템 시각장치의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 동기 알고리리즘을 적용한 시각 조정 방안과, 제시된 조정 방안을 적용한 알고리즘의 실험과 결과에 대해 제시한다. 사용된 알고리즘은 피드백 제어를 사용하여, 분주된 오실레이터의 주파수를 GPS로부터의 1PPS 신호에 동기시키는 FLL로 구성하였다. 조정방안의 구현 및 실험은 Windows95상에서 실행되었다.
