A Study of Policy on the Win-Win Strategy of the Department for the Largest Local Administration Innovation (지방행정혁신 확산을 위한 부서간의 협력증진에 관한 정책적 연구)

  • The purpose of this paper is to find an appropriate policy for local government innovation step by step. In order to accomplish this purpose, we considered the characteristics and situation of Gumi city. Specifically, we analyzed the win-win strategy of the department for the largest local administration innovation. Finally, we found that the chief executive's leadership and other strategies such as the adjustment of the innovation propulsion system are key factors. Also, Managing the resistance to change appeared during the process of local administrative innovation is important . The failure of the policy for local government innovation is caused by the failure to manage the resistance Thus for government innovation to succeed, correct informal ion provision, comprehensive participation of public officials and effect ive management of resistance is necessary.

Measurement and Simulation Study of RSFQ OR gate

  • There are several simulation programs in studying superconductor RSFQ (Rapid Single flux Quantum) electronic devices, which include WRspice, WinS, PSCAN, and JSIM. Even though different research groups use different simulation programs, it is not well known about which program gives the simulation results closer to the measurement values. In this work, we used both WRspice and WinS to simulate RSFQ OR gate and to compare the results from the different simulations. This comparison would help in deciding which program is better in the RSFQ circuit design. In the confluence buffer, which is the one of the main components of the DR gate, the measured bias margins were ${\times}23.2%$, while the margins from the simulations were ${\pm}35.56%$ from WRspice and it 53.1% from WinS. However, with the actual fabricated circuit parameters WRspice gave ${\pm}27%$. In WinS the circuit did not operate. We concluded that WRspice is more reliable.

  • From middle of 90's, SCM had emphasized the importance of connection of all companies which participate to a market, and outsourcing has emphasizes the slim structure of companies for pursing cost reduction and service improvement. But outsourcing as '2-1=1' and integration as '1+1=2' not adapt to the advanced market but return to the former state. Besides, it is impossible of subcontractors and logistics companies to execute these strategies which are win-win strategy and outsourcing. So many logistics companies have sharp competition in price recently. Therefore logistics companies have increased the need for a profitable business model and strategy. This paper researches the limitations of logistics market and redefines the role of logistics through the evolution of logistics. Also this paper proposes new role(Logister) and structure(Velcro structure) for not maker-oriented logistics but market-oriented logistics. The introductory case study will help to understand 2 terms(logister and velcro structure).

  • Purpose - This study aims to find ways to create win-win market strategies for department stores, vendors, and customers by studying the operation of the Teukyakmeip system-the distinctive trade system of Korean department stores-and preceding cases. Research design, data, and methodology - We simultaneously examined various materials, analyzed preceding research, and interviewed department store managers (the parties to the Teukyakmeip transaction). Results - We examined whether the Teukyakmeip transactions are really beneficial to department stores, but unfavorable to vendors. Significant results emerge including figures and tables. Conclusions - Department stores will implement and develop the system to advance the win-win partnership by minimizing errors and drawbacks from the system.

An Exploratory Study of Win-Win Policies Between Internet Portals and Digital Content Providers (인터넷 관문사업자와 디지털 콘텐츠사업자간 상생정책 방안에 관한 탐색적 연구)

  • This study explored which policies can be win-win strategies among internet portals and digital content providers. With taking the professional advise by interview and descriptive Questionnaires, the study suggested which governmental policies may be the mutual and proper winning strategies in internet industry, specifically between internet portal sites and content providers. Researcher kept in contact with five opinion leaders in this field and proposed thirteen candidate policies, which can give implications to the related governmental agencies, internet portals and contents providers. Some of these suggested policies may have been done and are being done conservatively in some area. But, in order to positively activate and develop the domestic digital contents industry, this study emphasized that the related agencies should perform the progressive policies and assign the financial supports to internet industry.

  • This paper presents the usage of software package APM WinMachine for design of equipment and buildings far agricultural industries. APM WinMachine is used for engineering analysis and design of parts of machines for industry and civil engineering. In process of machine design strength calculation is reuired for optimum design. With the help of APM WinMachine software strength calculations can be done quickly and correctly. In this paper a successful case of application of APM WinMachine for design of agricultural machine is introduced.

IT System은 Business Goal의 달성을 위한 지렛대 역할을 할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 요구사항 협상모델을 프로젝트 관리 기반이 아닌 현업의 Business Goal과 연동시켜, 다양한 요구사항들 중 실제적으로 Business Part에 도움이 되는 요구사항을 우선적으로 적용시킬 수 있는 방법을 고민해봐야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 IBM Pain Chain을 WinWin negotiation model에 적용해 Business Goal에 직접적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 요구사항 우선순위 결정기법에 대해 연구해보고자 한다.

  • In this paper, we propose a win-win network operating platform for mobile games. The characteristics of the service structure suggested is to form a marketing network that can influence the mobile game market by linking with the mobile game industry, and the excellent game content of the game developer in the industrial complex may not disappear. We also would like to propose a network operating platform that would help it enter the market area steadily. The proposed platform technology is used to distribute rapidly through a win-win network between game companies and publishers. When new games are commercialized, they can support continuous target marketing through various data indicators and analytics by the developed platform. In particular, G-Cross marketing strategy is considered to be a low-cost, high-efficiency marketing method in that it can provide users with information about new games by utilizing the given game infrastructure and utilize the user group possessed by each game company.
