In this paper, we propose Triple-band antenna, which is practicable for the transmission and the reception of the frequency band used in mobile broadcast and mobile internet. We choose T-DMB(Band-III), DAB(L-Band) for a mobile broadcast and Wibro for a mobile internet. The size of proposal antenna measures $10{\times}74{\times}0.6[mm^3]$. Although being defective in that T-DMB bandwidth is rather narrow, the antenna, considering the reception environment, has an advantage of a realistic possibility of reception in 8 channel($180{\sim}186$ MHz)and 12 channel($206{\sim}210$ MHz) of T-DMB band, being given broadcast services. Also It has gains similar characteristics of ideal dipole antenna in DAB and Wibro band.

The existing mobility management schemes do not fully support the next generation network, which is composed of IP-based core network and various access networks. Currently, ETRI has been developing the AIMS (Access Independent Mobility Service) system which satisfies the ITU-T requirements of mobility management in the next generation network. The AIMS system is designed to provide a mobile host with a fast and reliable mobility service among heterogeneous access networks. Recently, many user devices have multiple communication interfaces, e.g., 3G and WLAN, and thus they can make two or more network connections at the same time. In this paper, we design a scheme of flow mobility, i.e., the movement of selected data flows from one access technology to another, to be applied in the AIMS system, and verify the proposed scheme through the NS-3 simulation study. From the simulation results, we can know that the proposed flow mobility scheme can utilize the network resource efficiently in the heterogeneous mobile networks.

Background and purpose: Gin Ga Chu Yo(診家樞要) was written in the year 1359 by Hwal Su(滑壽) who was a famous oriental doctor between Won(元) and Myeong(明) dynasty. As specialized in sphygmology(脈學), this book was brought together most things about sphygmology(脈學) before Won(元) dynasty by the author. Moreover he added the self-realized things to this book. Methods: In this book, besides a author's preface, there are all 20 chapters which are Chu Yo Hyeon Eon(樞要玄言), Jwa U Su Bae Jang Bu Bu Wi(左右手配臟腑部位), O Jang(五臟), Sa Si peong Maek(四時平脈), Nae Gyeong Sam Bu Maek Beop(內經三部脈法), Ho Heup Chim Bu Jeong O Jang Beop(呼吸沈浮定五臟法), In Ji Ha Gyeong Jung I Jeong 0 Jang Beop(因指下輕重以定五臟法), Sam Bu So Ju(三部所主), Ji Maek Su Beop(持脈手法), Maek Gwi Yu Sin(脈貴有神), Maek Eum Yang Yu Seong(脈陰陽類成), Gyeom Hyeon Maek Ryu(兼見脈類), Je Maek Ui Gi Ryu(諸脈宜忌類), Heom Je Sa Jeung Ryu(驗諸死症類), Sa Jeol Maek Ryu(死絶脈類), O Jang Dong Ji Maek(五藏動止脈), Bu In Maek Beop(婦人脈法), So A Maek Beop(小兒脈法), Maek Sang Tong Hoe(脈象統會), Maek Sang Ga(脈象歌) and an epilogue in the end. Result and Conclusion: Looking into this book, we can know that it is very detail in analyzing item by item, bright and simple in explaining and it is very useful in studying pulse evaluation(脈診). In his preface, Hwal Su(滑壽) expresses his opinion with firm confidence that ‘Do(道) of the World scattered in several scholarships and books of method and technique(方術). Nothing of method and technique(方術) is more important than medicine. Nothing of medicine goes before pulse evaluation(脈診).’ With such good reasons, as a student of sphygmology(脈學), I think this book is very valuable in studying pulse evaluation. So I add Hangul suffixes(吐) to a part of this book and translate it into Korean.
In this study, the formation, microstructure, and wear properties of Colmonoy 88 (Ni-17W-15Cr-3B-4Si wt.%) + Stellite 1 (Co-32Cr-17W wt.%) coating layers fabricated by high-velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) spraying are investigated. Colmonoy 88 and Stellite 1 powders were mixed at a ratio of 1:0 and 5:5 vol.%. HVOF sprayed self-fluxing composite coating layers were fabricated using the mixed powder feedstocks. The microstructures and wear properties of the composite coating layers are controlled via a high-frequency heat treatment. The two coating layers are composed of ${\gamma}-Ni$, $Ni_3B$, $W_2B$, and $Cr_{23}C_6$ phases. Co peaks are detected after the addition of Stellite 1 powder. Moreover, the WCrB2 hard phase is detected in all coating layers after the high-frequency heat treatment. Porosities were changed from 0.44% (Colmonoy 88) to 3.89% (Colmonoy 88 + ST#1) as the content of Stellite 1 powder increased. And porosity is denoted as 0.3% or less by inducing high-frequency heat treatment. The wear results confirm that the wear property significantly improves after the high-frequency heat treatment, because of the presence of well-controlled defects in the coating layers. The wear surfaces of the coated layers are observed and a wear mechanism for the Ni-based self-fluxing composite coating layers is proposed.

Background: The determination of the amount of radionuclides and internal dose for the worker who may have intake of radionuclides results in a variation due to uncertainty of measurement data and ingestion information. As a result of this, it is possible that for the same internal exposure scenario assessors could make considerably different estimation of internal dose. In order to reduce this difference, internal exposure scenarios for nuclear facilities were developed, and intercomparison were made to determine the harmonization of dose assessment results among the assessors. Materials and Methods: Seven cases on internal exposures incidents that have occurred or may occur were prepared by referring to the intercomparison excercise scenario that NRC and IAEA have carried out. Based on this, 16 nuclear facilities concerned with internal exposure in Korea were asked to evaluate the scenarios. Each result was statistically determined according to the harmonization discrimination criteria developed by IDEAS/IAEA. Results and Discussion: The results were evaluated as having no outliers in all 7 cases. However, the distribution of the results was spread by various causes. They can be divided into two wide categories. The first one is the distribution of the results according to the assumption of the intake factors and the evaluation factors. The second one is distribution due to misapplication of calculation method and factors related to internal exposure. Conclusion: In order to satisfy the harmonization criteria and accuracy of the internal exposure dose evaluation, it is necessary that exact guidelines should be set on low dose, and various intercomparison cases also be needed including high dose exposure as well as the specialized education. The aim of the blind test is to make harmonization evaluation, but it will also contribute to securing the expertise and high quality of dose evaluation data through the discussion among the participants.

Machine learning constructs an objective function from learning data, and predicts the result of the data generated by checking the objective function through test data. In machine learning, input data is subjected to a normalisation process through a preprocessing. In the case of numerical data, normalization is standardized by using the average and standard deviation of the input data. In the case of nominal data, which is non-numerical data, it is converted into a one-hot code form. However, this preprocessing alone cannot solve the problem. For this reason, we propose a method that uses ontology to normalize input data in this paper. The test data for this uses the received signal strength indicator (RSSI) value of the Wi-Fi device collected from the mobile device. These data are solved through ontology because they includes noise and heterogeneous problems.
This study aims at the analysis of the geomorphological instantaneous unit hydrograph model (GIS-GIUH) with geographic information system for the rainfall-runoff analysis of watershed which is ungaged or doesn't have sufficient hydrologic data. The rainfall-runoff analysis was performed in Wi stream(Dongkok, Koro, Miseung, Byeungchun, Hyoreung, Museung) which is a representative experimental river basin of IHP. In the process of analysis of the GIUH model, developed GIS-GIUH model and Rosso-GIUH model were applied the study basin and computed hydrographs by these models were compared with observed hydrograph. The GiS-GIUH model shows more closely to the observed hydrograph than Rosso-GIUH model in the peak discharge of the hydrograph. For the development of the GIS-GIUH model, Gamma function factor N was given by N=3.25( $R_{B}$/ $R_{A}$)$^{0.126}$$R_{L}$$^{-0.055}$, which is the relation of the watershed geomorphological factor, K was also obtained as K=1.50( $R_{A}$/( $R_{B}$. $R_{L}$))/$^{0.10}$.(( $L_{{\Omega}}$+ $L_{{\Omega}-1}$)/V)$^{0.37}$. As the results of analysis, it was found that GIS-GIUH model can be applied to an ungaged watersheds.eds.

This study generated a list of plants in eight sections from the Baekdansa ticket office (874m) to Cheonjedan (1,560m) divided in the interval of 100m above sea level to examine the species diversity patterns and distribution changes of the vascular plants at different altitudes in Taebaeksan National Park. Four site surveys found a total of 385 taxa: 89 families, 240 genera, 345 species, 5 subspecies, 34 varieties, and 1 form. A result of analyzing the change of species diversity along elevational gradients showed that it decreased with increasing elevation and then increased from a certain section. A result of analyzing habitat affinity types showed that the proportion of forest species increased with increasing elevation. On the other hand, the ruderal species appeared at a high rate in the artificial interference section. A result of comparing the proportion of woody and herb plants showed that the woody plants gradually increased with elevation and rapidly decreased in the artificial interference section. On the other hand, the herb plants showed the opposite trend. A result of analyzing the change of distribution of species according to altitude with the DCA technique showed that the vascular plants were divided into three groups according to the elevation in order on the I axis with the boundaries at 900m and 1,300m above sea level. The arrangement of each stand from right to left along the altitude on the I axis with a significant correlation with warmth index (WI) confirmed that the temperature change along the altitude could affect the distribution of vascular plants, composition, and diversity. Therefore, the continuous monitoring is necessary to confirm ecological and environmental characteristics of vegetation, distribution ranges, changes of habitat. We expect that the results of this study will be used as the basic data for establishing the measurement measures related to the preservation of biodiversity and climate change.
The stability of three different kinds of pUC-derived plasmids, pDsRed, pZsYellow, and pGFPuv, was investigated in Pectobacterium strains to utilize those plasmids as tracers. All three plasmids pDsRed, pZsYellow and pGFPuv showed their specific colors in Pectobacterium strains. Especially, the plasmid pDsRed conferred bright pink colonies on the Pectobacterium strains. When the bacteria lost the plasmid pDsRed, the colonies turned white, suggesting that the plasmid could be a good marker system for Pectobacterium strains on different environmental conditions. The effect of the antibiotic pressure on the stability of the plasmid was different depending on the host bacteria. P. carotovorum subsp. betavasculorum was more sensitive to the antibiotic pressure than P. carotovorum subsp. carotovorum Pcc21. However, temperature change significantly affected plasmid stability on both Pectobacterium strains. Almost all strains lost the plasmids with the shift in temperature from $28^{\circ}C$ to $37^{\circ}C$. Presence of the plasmids did not affect bacterial pathogenicity on their own host plants. Among three plasmids, pZsYellow was not useful as a marker because the yellow fluorescent proteins from pZs Yellow were interfered with the yellow natural fluorescence of the plant tissues induced by the defense system. Since the red color of DsRed can be seen with naked eyes, plasmid pDsRed was applicable as a marker. However, the color change was slow so that additional manipulation to increase the expression speed was necessary. Plasmid pGFPuv could serve as a perfect marker without any problem, tracing the reproduction and spread of the plant pathogens perfectly.
