소셜미디어 감성분석을 위한 베이지안 속성 선택과 분류에 대한 연구 (Investigating the Performance of Bayesian-based Feature Selection and Classification Approach to Social Media Sentiment Analysis)

  • 온라인 사용자들이 소셜 미디어상에 올린 온라인 리뷰 속 숨겨진 감정을 분석하는 감성분석은 소셜미디어의 확산에 힘입어 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 기존 연구들과 차별화된 방법으로 감성분석을 시도하기 위하여 베이지안 네트워크에 기반한 감성 분석 모델을 제안한다. 모델에는 MBFS(Markov Blanket-based Feature Selection)가 속성 선택 기법으로 사용된다. MBFS의 성과를 실증적으로 증명하기 위하여 소셜미디어인 Yelp의 리뷰 데이터를 활용하였다. 벤치마킹 속성 선택 기법으로는 상관관계기반 속성 선택, 정보획득 속성 선택, 획득비율 속성 선택을 사용하였다. 한편, 해당 속성선택방법을 토대로 4개의 머신러닝 알고리즘을 이용하여 분류성과를 비교하였다. 나아가 MBFS로 선택된 속성들 간 인과관계를 확인하고자 베이지안 네트워크를 통해 What-if 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 택한 머신러닝 분류기는 베이지안 네트워크 기반의 TAN (Tree Augmented Naive Bayes), NB (Naive Bayes), S-Spouses(Sons & Spouses), A-markov (Augmented Markov Blanket)이다. 성과분석 결과 본 연구에서 제안한 MBFS 방법이 정확도, 정밀도, F1점수 측면에서 벤치마킹 방법보다 더 우수한 성과를 나타내었다.

  • The main purpose of this paper Is to develop the Management Resource Analysis System for KOTRA which is based on Activity Based Costing(ABC). Because the products and services of KOTRA are exclusive and include a government subsidy, we need develop a different system from the private firm's ABC system. The Management Resource Analysis System that we propose is embodied using JAVA and JSP within an UNIX environment and developed as a Web-enabling base. It is expected for aiding a manager's decision-making such as resource inquiry, standard resource analysis, estimating the ratio of a government subsidy, case based reasoning, what-if analysis. The results of this paper suggest what points are to be considered when we apply ABC for Government Investment Corporation.

An Analysis of Korean and American Presidential Addresses: Focusing on Punctuation and Transition

  • The object of this study is to show some features of English, focused on such mechanics as punctuation and transition, in Korean presidential addresses transcribed in English which are different from those of the United States. Towards that end, the presidential addresses of the United States and Korea from January, 2010 to June, 2010 are collected, made into corpora, and analyzed. Through analyzing the corpora, this paper is to address the following research questions: (1) What features can be regarded as different in terms of punctuation and transition? (2) If there are any differences between the corpora, are they significant enough to pose any problems for Korean and American English users to communicate with each other? (3) If so, what can be done to solve the problems in regard to pedagogical implications? Overall, as for punctuation, both Presidents' addresses share a lot in common, even with some idiosyncratic variations though. However, there are some noticeable differences in transitional devices. It is not clear whether those should be taken as a sign of personal preference, though. Transitional markers are meant to be part of wording in writing. (196 words).

수학적 의사소통의 지도에 관한 실태 조사 (Investigation of Present State for Teaching Mathematical Communication)

  • This research's purpose is to investigate follows. 1. How do middle school teachers recognize the mathematical communication globally? 2. If we classify the modes of mathematical communication as written, spoken, graphic and active ones, how much do teachers use them and how do the students' communication ability come as teachers judge? 3. What are teachers' thinking, the present condition and the future indication for the application of mathematical communication with computer? 4. Do teachers evaluate their students' communication ability? If then, what is the assessment rubric of student's communication ability? The results are analyzed by frequency analysis including percentile and free writings are arranged by similar responses. The result of this study is that global recognition for mathematical communication, current state for students' concrete performance of mathematical communication, and assessment of mathematical communication & proposals are very lacking.

  • R'||'&'||'D project management is a process of decisions concerned with the achievement of goals of objectives. Especially, defense R'||'&'||'D project planning is the key in the successfull management of defense development. The defense project managers are constantly having to perform "what if\ulcorner" exercise, such as what if the project is extended out for an additional cost\ulcorner In this reserch, we developed a schedule-cost analysis model based upon Critical Path Method(CPM) and Venture Evaluation and Review Technique(VERT) for schedule-cost trade off analysis defense R'||'&'||'D projects. In the first step, a deterministic model is developed as a heuristic which deterministic model is developed as a heuristic which determines the schedule extension and reduction cost as a function desired schedule. In the second step, a stochastic network simulation model is developed to analyse the project risk (sucess and failure). The expected time and cost can be determined for desired schedule under the assumptions of stochastic arc data (time and cost) with a various precedence relationships. This model provides the defense R'||'&'||'D managers with an estimated and expected cost for curtailing or extending a project a given amount of time. The effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed methods, a heuristic and stochastic networks simulations, have been demonstrated through examples.

의미 분석을 강조한 문제설정 모형 설계하기 (Designing a Model of Problem Posing focusing on the Analysis of Meaning)

  • 학교수학에서 학생들이 수동적으로 교수를 전달받는 상황에서 능동적이고 주체적인 입장이 될 수 있는 대안의 하나로 문제설정이 주목받게 되면서, 이에 관한 많은 연구가 활발하게 이루어져 왔다. 특히 Brown & Walter는 문제설정의 한 방법으로 What If Not 전략을 제시하였다. 이 전략에서는 문제를 설정하는 과정에서 속성의 변형은 불가피하게 이루어지며, 문제설정 후 그 문제의 풀이를 함으로써 문제설정 과정을 마무리 짓는다. 그런데 속성 간의 관련성에 대한 고려 없이 속성의 변형을 하게 되면 문제를 잘못 설정할 수 있다. 이러한 사실은 올바른 문제설정을 위해서는 속성들 간의 유기적 결합을 이끄는 관련성 인식이 매우 중요하다는 것을 시사한다. 그러나 문제설정에 관한 다수의 연구는 이에 대하여 주목하지 못한 것으로 생각된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 의미 분석이라는 활동을 추가하여 문제 속에 내재된 지식을 인식하여 올바른 문제를 설정할 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 문제설정 모형을 설계하고자 하였다. 그리고 의미 분석을 강조한 문제설정 모형을 하나의 예를 통해 구체화하여 보여주었으며, 이를 통해 모형의 의의를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 학생들이 문제설정의 진정한 의미를 이해할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 되고, 능동적 학습자로 거듭날 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • This article primarily concerns the various aspects of the rules to control express terms particularly in standard form which seek to absolve either wholly or in part from the seller's liability for non-conforming goods. It describes and analyzes in detail how English law regulates such terms. In this analysis, it places the following questions; first, whether each jurisdiction treats the seller's liability for non-conformity in quality and quantity as mandatory rules, second, if it does, to what extent it is treated so and third, if not, in what way it controls the seller's attempt to exclude or restrict his liability for non-conformity in quality and quantity. In addition, it attempts to compare the rules under English law with those under Korean law and to evaluate them in light of the discipline of comparative law. In an attempt to evaluate them, it asks the question of whether a solution from one jurisdiction may facilitate the systematic development and reform of another jurisdiction. The evaluation is based upon the idea that the problems of fairness associated with the use of standard terms occur where the customer is unfairly taken by surprise due to his ignorance of the terms, or where even if he knows of the substance of the terms and objects to it, he is met with a take-it-or-leave-it situation.

Socialization and Teen Magazines: What are the Messages?

  • As fashion magazines are important socialization influences, our purpose was to examine the content of articles in two teen magazines: one with a long publication history (Seventeen) and one relatively new market entry (Teen Vogue). We addressed the following questions: (1) What are the patterns of content of the feature articles? (2) How frequently is this content related to appearance management or fashion consumption? and (3) What, if any, differences exist in contents between the traditional teen magazine and the new market entry? A content analysis of 1,191 articles published during 2008 and 2009 revealed the largest percentage of content in both magazines was fashion. Other than the topic of fashion, Seventeen concentrated on teen life issues whereas Teen Vogue focused on celebrities. Understanding these are fashion publications, we suggest there are opportunities for both magazines to allocate further attention to other issues in the lives of teens in addition to beauty and consumption.

The Analysis of Computational Thinking Practices in STEAM Program and its Implication for Creative Problem Solvers in the 21st Century

  • The purpose of this study was to explore if, what kinds of, how much computational thinking (CT after this) practices could be included in STEAM programs, and what kinds of CT practices could be improved to make STEAM revitalized. The CT analyzing tool with operational definitions and its examples in science education was modified and employed for 5 science-focused and 5 engineering-focused STEAM programs. There was no discerning pattern of CT practices uses between science and engineering STEAM programs but CT practices were displayed depending on their topics. The patterns of CT practices uses from each STEAM program could be used to describe what CT practices were more explored, weakly exposed, or missing. On the basis of these prescription of CT practices from each STEAM program, the researchers could develop the weakly exposed or missing CT practices to be improved for the rich experience in CT practices during STEAM programs.
