The modem world has brought a wave of changes, not the least of which is globalization or what is often referred to as the "borderless society." In recent times, changes in the global business environment, such as trade deregulation and advances in technology, are challenging us to find new ways of thinking about and coping with these new forces. The field of global logistics has encountered a host of paradigm shifts as well. Therefore, it is critical that managers involved in international logistics take into account perceptional swift or at least understand the value of fully utilizing information. The appropriate management of human resources is a key factor in dealing with not only new information technology, but also shifts in the business environment. In particular, it will be important for Korea's logistics managers at international logistics companies to continually work to develop themselves, as they must carry out a critical role in global supply chain management. If they fail to take heed of the demand's of the new environment, the competitiveness of Korean enterprises in international logistics will suffer severely.

본 연구에서는 사례기반추론, 인공신경망, 선형계획법 모형을 결합한 새로운 개념의 지능적인 경영전략수립 및 상충관계 해결 추론메카니즘을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 경영전략추론 메카니즘의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 (1) 과거 문헌조사 결과와 (2) 비쥬얼 베이직 언어로 구현한 프로토타입인 CANNIE-SP (CAse-based Neural Network Inference Engine for Strategic Planning)를 제시하였다. 특히 본 연구에서 제안하는 인공신경망은 순방향 추론과 역방향 추론이 가능하도록 설계하여서 What-If분석 및 Goal-Seeking분석이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 사례기반추론기관은 마이크로 소프트사의 데이터베이스 엔진인 엑세스(Access)를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 추론 메카니즘의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 우리나라 화장품 시장의 실제자료를 가지고 실험하였으며 그 결과 매우 의미가 있음을 확인하였다.

In this paper, we investigated the relationship between the needle electrode current and the needle electrode potential, The needle electrode potentials have influence on the needle electrode currents absolutely. So, to increase the needle electrode currents there is necessary to keep a high electric field if the charge reducer. for this, high insulation materials must be selected, and charge density of insulating oil must be high. In this experiment, the more a charge density of insulating oil increases, the more a needle electrode potential increases. So we could know what increasement of needle electrode potential increases a needle electrode current.

In these days, there is doubt about the effectiveness of ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 which are generally introduced in korean corporation by the consensus and even by corporations themselves. In order to find out the reason about the doubt, we should understand the present situation, and consider what countermeasure shall we take. It's obvious that if there is no doubt about the effectiveness and availability for quality system authenticated and verified by the international, then all the authentication can be made from that excellent system. In that case, it is necessary to find out whether it only exists in Korea or it generally exists internationally. This thesis considers the problems and try to search for a system management project and measure which is suitable for Korea.

This study examines the effect of brand personality on consumer's attitude. Previous research has suggested that the greater the congruity between consumer personalities and brand personalities, the greater the preference for the brand. However, empirical explorations of this hypothesis revealed that the congruity between consumer personalities and brand personalities is limitedly related, if ever, to the preference for the brand. It is partly because of the views of the previous researchers who considered human personality as a uni-dimensional concept, and partly because of the lack of consensus regarding what brand personality really is. This study examines the relative effect of brand personality on company image. In this study, brand personality is represented by the 'Big Five' factors - Sincerity, Excitement, Competence, Sophistication and Ruggedness - which were suggested by Jennifer Aaker.

At the early design stage, a designer would develop a design through reviewing various alternatives. However, the limitation of human information handling capacity restricts what makes various alternatives. A way to overcome the limitation is to create the alternatives with computer power and the generative design concept with computer has been used. For the generative design, even if a great deal of methodologies has been presented, the core of methodologies would be the process of shapes which examine interrelationship among shapes and how shape can be changed with the interrelationship. The interrelationship can be represented as rules. To represent the rule, the shape grammar is suggested by Stiny in 1972 with the article of "Shape Grammars and the Generative Specification of Painting and Sculpture". The aim of this paper is to present a way of using generative design based on shape grammar for generating alternatives in 3D manner.

It is not feasible for agricultural facility managers to estimate how severe damages are and what are causes of them when agricultural hydraulic facilities get damaged for some reasons. Moreover, it is nearly impossible for agricultural facility managers to take immediate actions to repair and reinforce the damaged structures. Thus, there have been needs for well-established systems to help agricultural facility managers understand its severity and causes, and take proper actions to reduce speed of deterioration and to repair/reinforce them. Thus repairing and reinforcing systems of agricultural hydraulic structures based on agricultural facility management policies, developed in this study, can be efficiently used in field works to determine top priority location and the budget of repairing and reinforcing projects if detailed information of damages in concrete structures and damage types are well compiled and classified with standardized image data complemented.

The goal of this study was to examine differences between traditional and electronic commerce in criteria of the amount of consumer information and the level of consumer satisfaction. In addition this study examined factors influencing the amounts of information search of consumers and the level of consumer satisfaction between traditional and electronic commerce. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumers gathered more information about stores and price in electronic commerce, but more information about quality and after service in traditional commerce. Second, overall, rational consumers, and consumers buying electronic goods collected more information. Third, consumers were more satisfied with shopping in electronic commerce than in traditional commerce except for the satisfaction from price. However, comsumers' satisfaction was not differed what kind of goods consumers buy. Fourth, if consumers gathered lots of information, they tend to be more satisfied than otherwise. In addition, there were positive relationship between consumer’lower age, rational purchase behavior, and positive thinking of the electronic commerce.

The purpose of this study is two fold: 1) To find out if perceived parental child-rearing attitudes have any relationship with sex of children and education of the parents. 2) To investigate how and what extent perceived parental child-rearing attitudes affect the sex-role traits of children. In order to pursue the above purposes, the Bem Sex Role Inventory (BSRI) and perceived parental child-rearing attitudes questionnaire were administerd to 127 6th elementary school children in Gwang Ju. For data analysis, such techniques as multiple regression and pearson correlation were applied. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1) Both boys and girls perceived more positive attitudes by mothers than by fathers 2) Some effects of sex differences and education of parents were found in the perceived parental child-rearing attitudes and sex-role traits of children. 3) Perceived parental attitudes had significant effects on children's sex-role traits.

Earthquake had occurred in the Korean Peninsula about 2,100 times is not well known in the world. With the true liquefaction judgment is well used to in Korea. Through liquefaction judgements were compared with specifications between Korea and Japan, it would be offered some suggestions for liquefaction judgement used in Korea. The proposals were as 1) It can be known that what kind of earthquake will make unstable state between long-term and short-term earthquake if the natural period of ground turned out. In that case, Hachinohe and Ofunato Earthquake wave will need no more. 2) Liquefaction-induced lateral flow or damage for structure should be estimate but it had not performed in Korea. 3) Heavy rain and ocean wave-induced liquefaction also should be examined thoroughly in slope or ocean, respectively.
