Flower industry is now growing due to the development of economy in many countries. Simultaneously, needs from consumers in flower market are varied widely. To satisfy the needs from consumers and deal with a variety of diseases from a lots of pathogens as well as climate change, new elite flower cultivars should be released in flower market. For this purpose, conventional and biotechnological techniques can be employed to make good cultivar. Therefore, this review describes the general overview of flower breeding techniques including cross-hybridization, mutation breeding and genetic transformation systems. Also, breeding systems for ornamentals derived from plant tissue culture such as embryo culture, in vitro fertilization, ovary/ovule culture and haploid production were reviewed. Furthermore, in this study recent development of the generation of new flower cultivars using marker-assisted breeding, plant transformation including particle bombardment and Agrobacterium tumefaciens as well as genome-editing technology were described. This review will be contributed to the development and releasement of new flower cultivars with horticulturally useful traits in the future.

As well as the development of the measurement of service quality, various kinds of service measurements are also being developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This article is to estimate service efficiency for Mobile Communication and Cellular company. In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.

Tourism development stimulates job creation and the development of other sectors of the economy. More than 30 sectors of the economy are connected to tourism. It distributes resources between sectors and stimulates of development of such sectors like transport, communications, services, trade, construction, and the production of consumer goods. All these increase the importance of tourism as well as forecasting it by analyzing the demand. This study is a review on inbound tourism of Uzbekistan. The study will examine regression analysis as an effective tool that plays an important role as well as in the field of tourism demand analysis. In this study, firstly the estimating tourism demand is explained, secondly, the regression analysis is examined as an estimating tool of tourism demand. The paper includes a country study dedicated to the Tourism market of Uzbekistan. Nevertheless, the forecast on the inbound tourism of Uzbekistan was developed by using some statistical data.

It is well known that the fabrication process of carbon/carbon composites is very complex. Above all, the carbonization process have major effect on the morphology development of carbon matrix. Carbon/carbon composites of 4-directional fiber preform were fabricated using the coal tar based pitch as a matrix precursor in this study. According to carbonization pressure of 1 bar, 100 bar, 600 bar, and 900 bar, morphological changes of cokes and matrix of composites were discussed. As the carbonization pressure increased to 600 bar, the flow pattern morphology of bulk mesophse was well developed. On the contrary, mosaic pattern morphology was found in case of 900 bar of carbonization pressure. It is confirmed that the carbonization pressure have profound effect on the degree of graphitization and crystal size of carbon matrix. Even in the highly densified carbon/carbon composites, large voids were still found in the matrix pocket region.

This study was undertaken to understand development stage of ovary and changes of hormones concentration from February to May in the Israeli carp, Cyprinus carpio. The results obtained in these experiments are as follows ; 1. Serum LH levels began to increase sharphy in March, coinciding with the onset of rapid ovarian development. 2. LH levels were well correlated with changes in gonadosomatic index. 3. Dramatic increase in gonadosomatic index occurred during the months of March. 4. Ripe stage(Stage Ⅴ) rapidly increase in March. 5. Early perinucleolus oocyte radpily develop into late perinucleolus oocytes in March. 6. The vitellogenic phase begins as these late perinucleolus oocytes become transformed into early maturing oocytes through the accumulation of yolk. 7. The cytoplasm completely fills with yolk as oocytes reach the late maturing stage. 8. Changes in the microscopic appearances of the ovaries were well correlated with changes in both gonadosomatic index and macroscopic appearance. 9. It is concluded from these observations that LH plays a major role in sexual maturation of the Israeli carp.

Recent progress of several kinds of compounds which have been synthesized or isolated from natural fungi for screening or conducting test as agricultural fungicides as well as some formulations for wood stain and decay control have been reviewed in this paper in China. While efforts to measure and monitor children's well-being have gained increasing recognition across the OECD, there has been relatively little research on the subject of indicators of children's well-being in Korea. This study was undertaken in order to develop the domains and indicators which can be used to measure the quality of life of Korean children from birth to age 17 and to put forward a possible well-being index for Korean children. The 35 indicators of well-being were grouped into eight domains and were designed for this study, using previous research on key child indicators for Korea and the child well-being index in foreign countries, such as the FCD-Land Index, Kids Count, the index of child well-bing in the European Union and OECD area. These domains are composed of the following : economic well-being, health, education, spiritual/emotional well-being, children's relationships, civic participation, safety/risk behavior, and housing and environment. The establishment of a Korean children's well-being index requires access to and use of national statistical data analyzed annually by the government as well as a general consensus regarding such issues as scope and its indicators.
