최근 장애인거주시설 종사자의 전문성이 강조되고 있으며 그에 따른 교육파악에 대한 필요성이 증가되고있다. 따라서 본 연구는 경기지역 장애인거주시설 종사자의 직무 중요도와 교육 필요도 인식을 분석함으로 교육의 요구를 파악하였다. 이를 위해 경기지역 장애인거주시설 종사자 162명의 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 t-검정과 IPA 분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 직무 중요도와 교육 필요도가 모두 높은 항목은 사례관리 실무기본, 사례관리 실무심화, 장애인생활지원 기본, 프로그램개발 기본, 기관홍보 기본, 사업기획 및 평가 기본, 사업기획 및 평가심화이었다. 본 연구결과는 장애인거주시설 종사자들의 교육체계의 방향성을 잡는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 특수교육, 재활과학, 사회복지 분야를 통해 장애인 교육 및 복지의 거점 대학으로 위상 및 정체성을 확립하고 있는 대구대학교를 기반으로 장애인평생교육의 융합전공이 신설될 수 있는 근거와 방안을 다각적으로 논의하는 데 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 장애인평생교육은 장애인 학습자를 대상으로 하기 때문에 장애의 특수성을 공통적으로 반영하고 있으나, 교육과 복지의 두 가지 관점 및 성격을 구성하고 있으므로 장애인 관련 분야의 학제 간 융합연구에 따른 접근이 중요하게 요구된다. 위 차원에서 대구대학교는 현행에 구축하고 있는 학문 및 실천 기반의 각종 인프라를 통해 국내 장애인평생교육을 주도할 수 있는 적합한 기반을 갖추고 있으며, 법규 제정에서부터 현장기관의 설치 및 운영 등에 이르기까지 명확성이 구축되지 못한 장애인평생교육 지원체제의 현실적 한계를 개선해 나갈 수 있는 리더십 역시 충분히 갖추고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구는 문헌 고찰과 전문가 자문을 통해 대구대학교에서 학제간 융합전공 신설 차원에서 장애인평생교육을 반영할 수 있는 방안과 관련 근거를 연구 내용으로 제시하였다. 학제간 융합전공 신설 차원에서 조망된 장애인평생교육은 특수교육, 재활과학, 사회복지의 세 분야 간에 우선순위적 관점으로 적용되기보다는 세 분야가 공통적으로 접근할 수 있는 전문역량을 통하여 활성화되어야 한다는 관점으로 강조되었다. 연구 결과, 장애인평생교육 지원체제를 구축하지 못한 국내의 경우 특수교육, 재활과학, 사회복지의 학제 간 융합연구가 수월한 대구대학교의 적용 모델 및 방안을 기점으로 점차 관련 타 대학으로 보급 및 확산되어야 한다는 필요성이 시사되었다. 또한, 세 분야 간의 합의를 통하여 장애인평생교육 전문인력의 자격 개발 경로가 체계적으로 구축되어야 할 필요성 역시 시사되었다.

This study aims to derive discourse's linguistic meaning, production method, and social practice implications by analyzing news reports on de-facility for people with disabilities. To this end, the discourse was analyzed by applying Fairclough's framework of critical discourse analysis. The subject of analysis is a news article on the de-facility of the disabled on the N portal site, and the analysis period is one year, from January 1 to December 31, 2022. First, as a result of the study, the surface meaning of the news discourse on the de-facility for disabled people was ideological through the seriousness of the problem for disabled people, the poor environment, and the policy of de-facility for disabled people separated from reality. Second, the social meaning of the de-facility news discourse for disabled people appeared from a realistic perspective, such as the structural cause of the problem for disabled people and the need for sensible government policies and measures to practice de-facility for disabled people. Finally, the socio-cultural practical implications of the de-facility news discourse for people with disabilities proposed the development of a systematic and realistic de-facility management manual for the disabled, practical government policy support, and changes in self-support perception for disabled people. The results of this study are expected to help find an alternative direction to reduce the gap between actual policies for de-facility for disabled people and practice in the field in the future.

In the welfare law for the disabled in Korea, the disabled is defined as "the persons sho have significant limitations of daily or social life due to physical or mental disabilities over a long period." The number of registered domestic disabled person in 2008 survey was approximately 2.1 million. 90% of the disabled was caused by the aposteriori illness or accidents. So, in this aging society, the number of people with disabilities will increase even more. In general, people with physical and mental disabilities tend to have more oral diseases, but, are difficult to get treated. Therefore, a thorough oral care through individualized prevention is more important than ever. In this article, we review the oral care methods in dental office and home and in the hospital for the elderly and finally focus on a denture care method. According to this article, the dental professionals can be able to select and apply the oral care method in agreement with the characteristics of the disabilities. Particularly, it is important to prevent the aspiration pneumonia in the elderly in hospital.

본 연구는 장애인복지기관 종사자들 최신기술에 관심도와 최신기술 저항도 및 불안도 간의 관계에서 최신기술 수용도의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위하여 2018년 7월부터 8월까지 P광역시 장애인복지관 종사자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여, 187명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석은 변수간 인과관계 검정을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과 검증을 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 단계별 분석 모형을 활용하였으며 매개효과의 유의도 검증을 위해 Sobel test를 실시하였다. 분석결과 최신기술 관심도는 최신기술 수용도를 매개로 최신기술 저항도 및 불안도에 영향을 미침과 동시에 직접적으로는 영향을 미치지 않아 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었으며 Sobel test 결과, 통계적으로도 매개효과는 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 장애인복지기관 종사자의 최신기술 관심도는 최신기술 수용도를 매개로 저항도 및 불안도를 낮추어 미래사회 적응 가능성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 최신기술 저항도 및 불안도를 감소시키기 위한 방안을 모색하고, 최신기술 기술에 대한 관심과 최신기술 수용도를 높일 수 있는 관련 방안을 제언하였다.

최근 사회적 포함에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 장애인의 사회적 포함에 대한 연구들도 적극적으로 수행되고 있다. 이에 장애인복지 영역에서 당사자들로 하여금 시민권자로서의 권리와 자원 등에 대한 동등한 접근성을 확보할 수 있도록 기존 패러다임의 재고, 새로운 관점 및 개념의 필요성 또한 제기된다. 사회적 포함의 관점이나 개념적 접근은 장애인들을 비롯한 사회적 약자들의 삶의 질 향상과 사회제반영역에 완전히 참여할 수 있도록 정책적 실천적 과제제안에 유용한 접근법으로 평가되고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 우선, 사회적 배제와 포함에 대한 이론적 고찰로부터 각 개념과 구성요소, 특성, 유용성 및 제한성 등 기본적인 이해를 도모하고자 노력하였다. 이를 기초로 장애인에 대해 사회적 포함이 어떻게 개념화 되는지 고찰하고, 그리고 장애인복지에서 사회적 포함의 개념적 접근이 갖는 의의에 대해 논의하였다.

Patients with acute respiratory diseases, such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) due to COVID-19, must wear masks, protective clothing, face shields, and gloves to prevent infection during treatment and performance. Even if it is applied to disabled people, families who protect them are severely mentally tired from severe physical fatigue and stress from exposure to high-risk infectious diseases. As such, the spread of infectious diseases such as respiratory diseases has not only caused difficulties in using existing welfare and medical services but also caused various problems throughout the daily life of disabled people due to the prolonged infectious disease, and its scope is gradually expanding. Therefore, it should not be overlooked that disabled people may experience various difficulties, from the spread of infectious diseases such as respiratory diseases to isolation, diagnosis, and treatment, and it is time to actively assess the life changes felt by families caring for disabled people and consider and research to provide adequate services. According to the survey of disabled people is being conducted in the context of the spread of infectious diseases such as respiratory diseases, while research on the spread of infectious diseases such as respiratory diseases is rare for parents with disabilities. There is a need for additional investigation into the characteristics in other areas of everyday life, including the health field, which is deteriorating through prior research. Therefore, through this survey, the purpose of this study is to investigate the life changes of parents with disabilities in the context of the spread of infectious diseases such as respiratory diseases and to compare and analyze them to find out how parents were affected by each type of disability. It will be used as evidence to identify more necessary needs and problems for parents with disabilities in the spread of infectious diseases such as respiratory diseases and to provide more appropriate health care and welfare services in the future.

본 연구는 장애인의 직업재활성과에 영향을 미치는 개인적, 조직적 특성을 밝힘으로써 장애인 직업재활사업의 발전을 위한 실천적 함의를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 분석을 위해 2009년 서울시에서 운영비를 지원하고 있는 장애인 직업재활시설 내 장애인과 시설에 대한 조사결과를 활용하였으며, 임금수준을 장애인의 직업재활성과로 간주하여 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 직업재활성과의 개인효과와 조직효과를 구분하기 위해 위계선형모형(Hierarchical Linear Model)을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 장애인 직업재활시설 간 차이가 장애인의 임금수준을 설명하는 비중이 유의하게 높았으며, 개인특성과 조직특성의 상호작용효과를 분석한 결과 장애유형과 조직특성 변수 간의 상호작용효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 정책적으로 장애인 직업재활사업의 성과를 높이기 위해 직업재활시설 간 격차를 줄이기 위한 노력이 필요하며, 장애유형 및 특성에 따라 시설운영에 있어 각별한 관심이 요구된다.

본 연구는 정신장애인 동료지원활동의 보다 발전적인 고용 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그리하여 정신장애인 동료지원활동 리더양성 일자리 지원사업을 담당하고 있는 직업재활실무자들을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 연구참여자들은 본 사업을 통해 역량강화에 대한 기대를 갖고 있었고, 동료지원활동가의 역할에 대해 동료들에 대한 정서적 지원, 프로그램 계획 및 진행, 자조모임 운영, 사업 및 시설홍보, 직원 보조지원의 역할 등으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한 금전적인 보상과 의미있는 역할 수행이 된다면 보다 동기부여 될 수 있다고 보았으며, 사업참여를 통해 힘들지만 보람을 느끼며, 전문성 향상을 위해 스스로 노력하는 모습을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 정신장애인 동료지원 활동 고용 활성화를 위한 논의 및 실제적인 제언을 하였다.

본 연구는 장애노인의 과부담 보건의료비 현황 및 영향요인을 밝히기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 과부담 보건의료는 지불능력 대비 가구 보건의료비 지출이 역치기준(10%, 20%, 30%, 40%)을 초과한 상태로 정의하였다. 본 연구는 장애인고용패널조사 1, 2, 3차년 통합자료를 활용하였으며, 연구대상으로 60세 이상의 장애노인 726명을 분석대상으로 삼았다. 장애노인가구의 과부담 보건의료비 영향요인을 밝히기 위하여 패널로짓분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 연령이 높을수록, 배우자가 있을 때, 내부 장애인의 경우, 건강상태가 나쁠 때, 만성질환이 있을 때, 가구원 수가 많을수록, 장애가족비율이 높을수록, 노인가족비율이 높을수록, 빈곤유형 중 빈곤 비수급가구에 속할 때 과부담 보건의료비 위험이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여 우리나라의 장애노인 가구의 과부담 보건의료비 경감을 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
