본 연구에서는 정신질환자 직업재활시설을 중심으로 직업재활서비스가 어떠한지 상황을 파악하고 서비스 개선 전략을 제언하고자 직업재활 시설장들을 대상으로 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 정신질환자 직업재활시설의 서비스 환경과 관련된 자료를 수집하였고, 이 자료를 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신질환자 직업재활서비스를 제공함에 있어서 정신질환자라는 특성만을 고려할 것이 아니라 그들이 처한 다양한 욕구상황을 고려한 종합적 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 둘째, 정신질환자 직업재활시설은 장애인복지법상 장애인직업재활시설로 인정되지 않고 정신재활시설 규정에 의해 운영되고 있는데, 이러한 규정은 직업재활시설 운영상황과 맞지 않아 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 셋째, 정신질환자 직업재활시설은 시설운영 뿐 아니라 경영적인 측면에서의 지원을 필요로 하였다. 넷째, 현실을 반영하지 않고 체계화되어 있는 않은 법과 제도의 개정의 필요성을 제기하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로, 서비스 환경을 개선을 위한 몇 가지 제언 점을 제시하였다.

The elderly population ratio of domestic is the actual condition where the countermeasure which is various for there is a possibility of saying that is already experiencing the aging society, is considered. The expansion of the elderly welfare facility of the area where is located among the rest in the situation as a matter of metropolitan area of domestic ephemerality and the price of land which the earth has, duplication operation etc. is having a problem point and the ephemerality which are various. About of composition different facility and leads with alternative and expansion and function of function and facility leads and the synergy effect which is various shows. So this study is consequently does the school facility which is located in life circle of the city center in middle of composition of the elderly welfare facility and other facility and in the object and under proposing boil the complex at the time of spatial composition blueprint with the elderly welfare facility and the school.

The project to improve the structure of village has been conducted in order to improve the residential environment since 1960's. Also, with the rural exodus and the aged population in a rural area during the rapid change of social structure in our country, the old people's problem in a rural area became a problem beyond the welfare of the old age. Moreover, as the role of old people who established their position as the subject of social & economic activities in a rural area gradually increases, an attention to problems related on old people also increases. Especially, the leisure life of old people can be an important factor on the type of leisure life of old people in a cultural village and the demands for facilities for old people by studying the present situation of facilities for old people and the actual situation of their use in a welfare center.

The purpose of this study was to measure the levels of job satisfaction of foodservice employees in the welfare facilities for the elderly. The levels of job satisfaction of foodservice employees were as follows: 1 Mean job satisfaction scores for five job factor were ordered co-workers, supervision, work itself, pay and promotion. 2. Demographic factors of the job satisfaction scores were studied. Employees who work with the dietition were satified with the supervisor and promotion. And temporory employees were more satisfied with pay than regular employees.

본 연구는 노인복지시설 이용자의 인구학적 특성에 따른 노화에 대한 태도와 우울에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재의 15곳의 기관에 280명의 시설이용 노인을 대상으로 하여 설문을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 258명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 측정도구는 노화에 대한 태도 척도, 치료자의 태도 척도, 우울의 척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 노인복지시설 이용자의 노화에 대한 태도, 우울에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 최종학력에 따른 노인복지시설 이용자의 노화에 대한 태도, 우울에서는 최종학력이 높을수록 긍정적인 노화에 대한 태도와 우울을 나타냈다. 셋째, 노인복지시설 이용경험에 따른 노화에 대한 태도, 우울에서는 이용 경험이 있는 많은 노인들이 노화에 대한 신체적 변화에서 긍정적인 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서 연구결과 노화에 대한 태도가 부정적이어서 꼭 우울하다고 판단할 수는 없으나 최종학력에서는 높은 관련성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 노인복지시설에서 근무하는 치료자들은 노인들을 치료, 케어함에 있어 최종학력이 낮을수록, 이용했던 시설의 수가 적을수록 노화에 대한 태도가 부정적일 수 있고 이는 곧 우울감을 높일 수 있는 요인이 될 수도 있음을 알아야 할 것이다.

This study aims to identify children's after-school facilities in Cheonan, to evaluate their programs, and to further suggest desirable directions of those programs. During this study, we found that the facilities in Cheonan are much less in numbers and no better than we expected. Especially, it is shown that most of the study rooms there are evaluated as relatively the worst facilities in terms of space organization, health care and safety, daily schedule and management, and program evaluation process. In conclusion, this study proposes that such facilities should be greatly expanded and improved in the program development as well as in the working environment. We also propose to newly establish a regional center which supports and certifies educational programs of each after-school facility.
