The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of social voluntary activity on the identity of women's college students. universities are functionally constituted by teaching, researching and social service. Data for analysis are collected 439 students at K women's college in other to examine research questions, t-test and regression test. The results of this analysis are as follows : First, There was any gap in self-esteem, morality and social welfare ideology between the college students who had ever experienced social voluntary activity and who had not. Second, The personal characteristics did not give an impact, but their satisfaction was under the influence of institutional support for supervision and altitude of themselves for social service, which were part of the institution characteristics. Third, The social service effectiveness was not affected by the personal characteristics, except influenced by the instituitional characteristits such as degree of compensation an influence on self-esteem. also social welfare and morality were not affected. Fourth, There was any gap in self-esteem, morality and social welfare ideology between the impact of service satisfaction on service effectiveness.

There are three main purposes in this study. First, we project the number of elderly dementia population in the future based on the projection of the elderly population in the Kyungpook area. Second, the demands of home-based care service and facility-based care for the elderly dementia are estimated. Thirdly, some policy implications for the improvement of welfare services for the elderly dementia are addressed. The findings of this study are as follows. Considering the size of the elderly dementia population, facilities for the elderly dementia are extremely insufficient and most of the elderly dementia patients rely heavily on home-based care. Although we expect that there will be a rapid increase in the number of the elderly dementia in the next two decades, the social welfare services for them in the future are very unreliable. Home nursing for the demented elderly needs to be recognized by law and financed by the government. In this context, we address some issues regarding the rapid growth of the elderly dementia population in the future and social welfare services for them as well. Finally we suggest some policy implications regarding this matter.

Purpose: This research was done to analyze factors influencing satisfaction level with welfare services by elderly people living in a mixed urban and rural area and to identify directions for improvement of service by examining characteristics of the recipients, type and content of services and the correlation between the level of satisfaction and related factors. Method: The 102 elderly people receiving services from 4 institutions in a mixed urban and rural area were selected. The results of the research include the following. Results: First general characteristics of the service-recipients, and the actual condition of the service; Second, correlation between satisfaction level of the recipients and their economic condition, health condition and activities of daily living; Third, analysis of level of satisfaction related to type of services, frequency, time required, desire of the recipients and their attitudes; Fourth, satisfaction and related factors were identified and used to identify possible problems and directions to improve service. Conclusion: The results suggest the following as ways to improve service and to increase the level of satisfaction 1) Individualization of services 2) Improvement in the way of selecting recipients 3) Reinforcement of special training courses for service providers.

This study aims at inquiring into the effect of kitchen employees' conflict factors in deluxe hotels on turnover to present a improvement plan. For this, it made a survey of 292 kitchen employees in deluxe hotels from December 1 to 10, 2006. The results were as follows: First, it showed that the service welfare conflict had a positive effect on the compensational turnover, and high compensational turnover was caused by high conflict of welfare or benefits. Second, it showed that the cooking job conflict had a positive effect on the developmental turnover. Third, it showed that the colleague relationship conflict had a positive effect on the developmental turnover. Consequently, each factor of compensational and developmental turnover had significantly positive correlation to the cooking job conflict, service welfare conflict and colleague relationship conflict. Considering the above results, the employees' turnover produced results that are contrary to negative and positive effects traditionally discussed various effects or results on organization.

The old couple household is also growing up with the growth of the aged so this is problem that needs to consider the home welfare service aspect. Otherwise, by the decrease of the number of the child and facilities' space availability, the government searching for proper usage of that kind of space in terms of financial and administration. So this study have combining of elementary school and home care for the aged facility especially for the increase of home care for the aged service facilities and improvement of using elementary school's space. That will increase the elderly cares and have need the homewelfare-service in the future, we select study elderly welfare facilities. We use analysis that analyze the trend of an elderly and social changes and conclude for the complexation of elderly welfare facilities, compound form of an elementary school, traffic line, space organization and interaction space organization.

본 연구에서는 사회복지서비스의 이용여부에 영향을 미치는 요인과 이용수준에 영향을 미치는 요인을 소인성 요인, 가능성 요인, 욕구요인으로 구분하여 각각의 영향관계를 살펴보고 이를 일반계층과 저소득층으로 나누어서 비교해 보았다. 분석결과, 사회복지서비스 이용여부에 있어서는 일반계층과 저소득층 모두 배우자가 있는 경우, 동거가족이 많을수록, 건강이 안좋다고 느낄수록, 만성질환이 없는 경우에 사회복지서비스를 이용할 가능성이 높았다. 사회복지서비스 이용수준에 있어서는 배우자가 없는 경우, 가구소득이 일반계층에서는 적을수록, 저소득층에서는 높을수록, 동거가족수는 많을수록, 건강이 좋지 않다고 느낄수록, 만성질환이 있는 경우가 사회복지서비스 이용수준이 높았다. 이 외에 저소득층에서는 여자보다 남자일 경우, 연령이 적을수록, 고졸이상보다는 중졸이하 집단이, 취업자보다는 미취업자가, 거주지역이 서울 광역시일 경우, 생활만족도가 낮을 경우 서비스 이용수준이 높아졌다. 이상의 연구결과는 각 계층별 특성과 욕구가 다르며, 서비스의 목적과 내용에 따라 잠재적인 대상자들의 욕구조사를 통해 보다 체계적이고 적절한 서비스를 제공할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

본 연구는 사회복지사와 친밀한 정도가 여성결혼이민자의 사회복지서비스 이용에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 여성결혼이민자의 서비스 정보에 대한 양을 매개변수로 고려하여 서비스 이용정도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 부산과 경남지역 여성결혼이민자 304명의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 21을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 여성결혼이민자의 사회복지사와 친밀한 정도는 사회복지서비스 이용정도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 사회복지사와의 친밀도는 여성결혼이민자의 서비스 정도의 양에 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 근거로 여성결혼이민자들의 사회복지서비스 이용정도에 사회복지사의 역할이 미치는 영향과 서비스 이용의 촉진 방안에 관해 본 조사연구가 가질 수 있는 함의와 제언을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 노인복지관의 프로그램이 서비스 이용 노인에게 유용한가에 대한 문제의식에서부터 출발하였다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 노인복지관의 프로그램이 서비스 이용자 노인의 욕구를 충족시키고 있는지 여부와 실제적으로 도움이 되는지를 살펴보기 위해서 다음 3가지의 연구방법을 활용하였다. 노인복지관 서비스 이용 노인을 대상으로 하는 '심층 인터뷰'와 노인복지관이 운영하고 있는 '특화 프로그램 분석', 그리고 노인복지 관련 '전문가 FGI'를 실시하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 다음과 같은 점을 논의하여 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 권리에 기초한 서비스 이용자 중심의 노인복지관 프로그램 활성화이다. 둘째, 고품격 노인문화를 만들어내는 노인복지관 프로그램의 개발과 실행이 되어야 한다. 셋째, 지역사회와 연계된 노인복지관 프로그램으로의 전환이 필요하다. 끝으로는 프로그램을 소통하는 네트워크 구축 거점센터로서의 역할이 구축되어야 할 것이다.

There has been a demand of changing service delivery system for social welfare services, and therefore changing is resource acquisition environment for community social welfare service organizations (CSWSOs). These phenomena are, however, not properly actualized through the CSWSOs. The discrepancy between environmental demand and organizational adaptation seems to result from our lack of understanding those organizations. Based on this understanding, several research problems have been formulated on resource acquisition behaviors of CSWSOs. Empirical data were gathered, and the final sample included 82 social welfare agencies of Pusan province and 122 top/high level agency administrators. The result of data analysis and their implications are as follows: (1) Most of CSWSOs prefer government grants to other financial resources, because government resources can give them more stability than others including private donations and user fees. (2) In order to induce changes in CSWSOs, their stability needs should be properly counted. (3) There is no enough evidence to prove that CSWSOs leaders' personal characteristics have contributed to the behavioral differences on financial resource acquisition among CSWSOs. Rather, there has been enough evidence to prove for influences by institutional environment factors. So, it is recommended that, in order to change behaviors of CSWSOs, the focus should be given to the proper control of those institutional environment factors.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of gender role attitudes and family service utilization on self-esteem among single parents. This study used data from the seventh wave of Korean Welfare Panel Study and analyzed 90 single parents. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses showed that health status, economic situation, gender role attitudes, and non-monetary family welfare service had significant effects on single parents' self-esteem. Single parents who had higher traditional gender role attitudes show lower levels of self-esteem. Also use of a non-monetary family service increased the levels of self-esteem. However, use of a monetary family service was not significantly associated with the levels of self-esteem. The findings indicate that services and programs to promote single parents' gender role flexibility should be developed. Also, it is necessary to establish a service system to reduce multiple role stress among single parents.
