This thesis aims to create a new technique by applying traditional ceramics technique. As a matter of fact, on the toremi plate of the sieve-frame skein technique, the weld on which various patterns are squeezed, is attached to the cylinder made of clay on the spinning wheel. And it is the concept that maximizes aesthetic beauty by expressing distorted pattern and free dismantling of existing pattern by pushing it out from inside by the turn of electric spinning wheel for the first time.The main point of view of this aesthetic source is that most of the surface of the ceramics is a spherical curved surface and looks distorted like an indicator drawn on a globe. The researcher created a dynamic and humorous technique of expression through the free dismantling of the squashed shapes and the distorted patterns and called it the bating sealing weld outer wall extension technique.

Today, if you don't reflect trends in developing new content crafts, you can't succeed in marketing. This is because the trend is the driving force that leads to the needs of consumers that come and go temporarily. The current market is changing and wants new lifestyle trends. As a trend of such latent desire, the purpose is to develop high-value-added interior vases using rice cake patterns and ceramic complexes. In the manufacturing method, the first rice cake patterns writing tool is stamped at a different angle from the top of the toremi board (a new term created above) written in the process of the pot work. A cylinder is made of a second potter's wheel, and after the outer wall is double-flavored, the cylinder is quickly rotated to be extended by pushing it from inside to outside by hand. The purpose of this vase is to develop a decorative vase with high added value by experimenting with various geometric patterns that are dismantled vertically and horizontally at a high speed with the static rice cake pattern stamped on the third, and then utilizing the various rice cake patterns developed in this way as the shape of a jar.

To study the effect of welding methods on the Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) behavior of welded AISI type 316L and 304 austenitic stainless steel, the Slow Strain Rate Technique(SSRT) has been adopted in the boiling 45 wt% $MgCl_2$ solution. The results are as follows. 1) Welded sections are more susceptible than base metal in SCC, and the rank of SCC, and the rasistance in welding method is TIG, MIG, $CO_2$ and ARC. 2) The Ultimate tensile strength(UTS) and the strain of both base metal and welded joint are reduced as decreasing extension rate. 3) The SCC resistance of 316L base metal and welded sections are superior than that of 304. 4) The tendency of pitting and the SCC suseptibility are agreed well, and the SCC site is welded deposit section in 316L whereas HAZ in 304.
