보조필터를 이용한 가중치 보간방법 (Weighted Interpolation Method Using Supplementary Filter)

  • 보간 필터는 통신과 멀티미디어 응용프로그램에 널리 사용된다. 다항식 보간은 보간된 값을 얻기 위해서 입력정보에 따른 다항식의 계수를 계산한다. 최근에 다항식 보간방법의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 보조필터를 이용한 FIR 보간방법이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 최대값 또는, 최소값 계산 등 특정 순간의 보간 값만 필요한 응용에서 보간필터의 성능을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 보조필터를 이용한 가중치 적용 보간방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 X-선 형광분석장치에서 사용되는 정규분포곡선에 대한 보간에 적용하여 기존 보간방법에 비해 더욱 우수한 보간 성능이 제공됨을 보인다.

지면효과를 고려한 WIG 선 익형의 공력특성 및 형상최적화 (Aerodynamic Characteristics and Shape Optimization of Airfoils in WIG Craft Considered Ground Effect)

  • Shape optimization of airfoil in WIG craft has been performed by considering the ground effect. The WIG craft should satisfy various aerodynamic characteristics such as lift, lift to drag ratio, and static height stability. However, they show a strong trade-off phenomenon so that it is difficult to satisfy aerodynamic properties simultaneously. Optimization is carried out through the multi-objective genetic algorithm. A multi-objective optimization means that each objective is considered separately instead of weighting. Due to the trade-off, pareto sets and non-dominated solutions can be obtained instead of the unique solution. NACA0015 airfoil is considered as a baseline model, shapes of airfoil are parameterized and rebuilt with four-Bezier curves. There are eighteen design variables and three objective functions. The range of design variables and their resolutions are two primary keys for the successful optimization. By two preliminary optimizations, the variation can be reduced effectively. After thirty evolutions, the non-dominated pareto individuals of twenty seven are obtained. Pareto sets are all the set of possible and excellent solution across the design space. At any selections of the pareto set, these are no better solutions in all design space.

고속선/기존선 운행에 따른 고속철도 차량의 승차감 특성 분석 (Analysis on the Characteristics of the Ride Comfort for High Speed Trains on the High Speed Line/conventional Line)

  • Recently, the ride comfort problem becomes increasingly important because of today's needs for train speedup. The railway has the track irregularities which cause vibrations, such as rail joints, turnout, level crossing, transition corves and super-elevation ramps, and variations in the track level(z-axis) and the gauge(y-axis). In Korea, the service run of the high speed train has been made since the 1st of April, 2004. The commercial high-speed trains must be run on the compound lines which are composed of high-speed line and conventional line. The high speed lines in both Kyoungbu line and Honam line have 57.5% and 33.8%, respectively In this Paper, the ride comfort has been reviewed by the various experimental methods when the high-speed trains are operated on both Kyoungbu line and Honam line. The results show that the high-speed train has no problems from the viewpoint of the comfort ride during the operation on the high speed line and conventional line.

  • 철도차량의 승차감은 승객이 느끼는 감정이므로 물리적인 진동의 크기뿐만 아니라 인간의 감응도(느낌)도 고려하여야 하며, 이러한 진동에 대한 인간의 감응도를 나타낸 것이 주파수 보정곡선이다. 주파수 보정곡선은 라플라스 변환형태의 전달함수이기 때문에 이 전달함수를 직접 사용하여 시간 영역에서의 승차감의 평가가 불가능하다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 라플라스 변환형태의 전달함수를 시간 영역에서 사용할 수 있는 전달함수로 변환하는 방법을 제시하고 다양한 예제를 통해 이 방법에 대한 타당성을 입증하였다.

승용차량의 정차진동 주파수에 대한 불편함의 등감각곡선 (Equivalent Discomfort Curve on Idle Vibration Frequency of Passenger Vehicle)

  • The three-down one-up method which is commonly used in the field of psychophysics is employed in this study that is to reveal how much magnitude of vibration makes discomfort in passenger vehicle on idle condition. Thirteen taxi drivers were invited for subject of the experiment where they evaluated the controlled vibrations on rigid seat in terms of idle vibration on passenger vehicle at frequency range from 15 Hz to 40 Hz. As the result, vibration of 100~105 dB is marginal range to make discomfort on passenger seat. Frequency dependency of the discomfort was found at the frequency range, which is the higher frequency the lower discomfort with the same magnitude of vibration. The frequency dependency found here was compared with ISO 2631-1 that is more sensitive at the frequency range.

  • 토양수분 확산계수 추정을 위한 이론식(Mualem's principle)과 실측법(Hopmans' equation)을 제시하여 실험한 결과 실측치와 이론치의 상당한 근접을 보였으므로 Hopmans의 수치해석적 모형을 실측모형으로 재시하고자 한다. 작물계수 측정에 있어서는 생육시기에 따른 모형화보다는 생육온도에 따른 모형화가 함수 관계에 있어서 보다 더 유의성 있는 상관성을 보였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 지연혼합에서의 암묵신호분리를 위해 분리행렬의 초기 값을 설정하는 방법을 제안한다. 혼합신호의 상호상관행렬에 대한 고유분리를 분석한 후, 고유벡터의 지연정보를 이용하여 초기 값으로 설정한다. 제안하는 방법을 기존의 주파수영역 독립성분분석 (FDICA: Frequency domain independent component analysis)에 초기 값으로 설정하여 분리 성능을 향상시킨다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 방법이 신호대간섭비 (SIR: Signal to Interference Ratio)가 우수하고 학습곡선의 수렴속도가 개선됨을 보인다.

  • 본 연구는 공릉천에서 서식하는 어류와 저서무척추 동물을 대상으로 물리서식처 분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상 어류는 밀어와 피라미, 저서무척추 동물 종은 깔따구류와 줄날도래종을 선정하였다. 어류와 저서무척추 동물의 서식처 적합도 지수는 2010년 수생태계 건강성조사 및 평가사업을 통하여 구축된 생태모니터링 자료를 사용하였다. 복합서식처 적합도 지수의 계산은 가중치법을 이용하였으며, 저서무척추 동물의 경우 계층화분석법을 이용하여 산정된 가중치를 적용하였다. 흐름모의는 2차원 흐름모형인 River2D 모형을 사용하였다. 모의 대상하천의 갈수량, 저수량, 평수량, 풍수량에 대하여 어류와 저서무척추 동물의 복합서식처지수의 분포를 모의하였다. 모의결과 깔따구류와 줄날도래는 각각 소와 여울의 서식처를 선호하였으며, 피라미와 밀어는 여울의 서식처를 선호하는 것으로 모의되었다.

프린터 음질평가를 위한 순음도 설계 (Tonality Design for Sound Quality Evaluation in Printer)

  • The operating sound radiated from a laser printer includes tonal noise components caused by the rotating mechanical parts such as gear, shaft, motor, fan, etc. The negative effects of the tonal noise components need to be considered in the process of developing a sound quality index for the quantitative evaluation of the emotional satisfaction in terms of psycho-acoustics. However, in a previous paper, it was confirmed that the Aures tonality did not have enough correlation with the results of jury evaluation. The sound quality index based on loudness, articulation index, fluctuation strength has a little problem in considering the effects of rotating mechanical parts on the sound quality. In this paper, to solve the tonality evaluation problem, the calculation algorithm of Aures tonality was investigated in detail to find the cause of decreasing the correlation. The new tonality evaluation model was proposed by modifying and optimizing the masking effect, loudness ratio, and shape of weighting curve based on the basic algorithm of Aures tonality, and applied to two kinds of operating sound groups in order to verify the usefulness of proposed model. As a result, it is confirmed that the proposed tonality evaluation model has enough correlation and usefulness for expressing the tonalness in the operating sounds of laser printers. In the following paper, this results will be used to model the sound quality index as the input data by using the classification algorithm.

단일 도플러 레이더를 이용한 풍속데이타 산출기법에 관한 연구 (Evaluation Study on Wind Retrieval Methods from Single-Doppler Radar)

  • This study presents the analysis of an atmospheric flow around a single-doppler radar located in a pseudo-site. The use of a doppler radar in meteorological field of wind engineering has become widespread over the last several decades, but it has generally been recognized that the single-Doppler radar yields only one single velocity component - the radial velocity($V_r$) so that some additional hypotheses or simplifications must be necessary to get proper wind forecast. Therefore, in order to get an accurate radial velocity($V_r$) in this study, the existing methods such as VAD(Velocity Azimuth Display) and VARD(Velocity Area Display) are reformulated and applied to match the previous study(Waldteufel and Corbin), which have been an important indicator for retrieving a radar velocity. The results presented in this study include the results from different assessment methods in a peudo-site of different wind fields. Unless the existing method can consider the proper decomposition of radial velocity in the real site, then authors suggest an appropriate curve-fitting to decrease the uncertainty errors by changing a grid adaptation rate or applying a weighting function with respect to the wind angle. It is concluded that provided properly formulated fitting function are used, the wind retrieval from the Doppler radar using VAD and VARD methods can be a viable tool for use in wind engineering problems searching for the wind resources.
