운행 휘발유 자동차의 배출가스검사 시스템 비교 (Comparision in Emission Inspection System of a Gasoline Vehicle in Service)

  • In the most of a nation, the safety and emission gas inspection system of a vehicle in service have been conducted with the most compatible inspection system according to its real environmental situation. Especially, the state of vehicle emission gas is measured by advanced emission gas inspection equipment. It has the problem that the decrease effect of an environmental pollution matter is not calculated by weight percent measurement type equipment. Therefore, in this study, the correlations for the results of emission gas measurement are analyzed by comparing a weight percent measurement type (IDLE+ASM2525 mode) and an advanced mass measurement type (IM240 mode). As the result, the selectivity of an emission gas by IM240 mode is higher than that by IDLE+ASM2525 mode. In the future, therefore, the introduction of IM240 mode and a mass measurement type equipment are necessary. Also, we need to prepare a vehicle emission gas inspection system for introducing IM240 mode.

중년 여성의 체형 분류 및 연령별 특징 연구 (A study on Somatotype Classification and Characteristics Related to Age of Middle-Aged Women)

  • This study is to classify the somatotypes of middle-aged women by many critera and figure out he characteristics of each somatotypes. The subjects are 614 middle-aged women between 35 and 59 years old and the research is based on anthropometric and photometric measurement by photographing their body parts. The results are as follows; 1. The result of factor analysis indicated that 11 factors were extracted through factor analysis and orthogonal rotation by the method of varimax and those factors comprised 85.71 percent of total variance. 2. As the result of cluster analysis the group of the middle-aged women is classified as 6 types. Type 1 is short, fat, H type in front and lean-back type on the side. Type 2 is standard in height and weight. Type 3 is standard height, fat, long upper body, bend-forward type and protrude of the hip on the side. Type 4 is tall, thin, short upper body, having clearly protrude of the back and hip and lean-back type on the side. Type 5 is neither short nor tall, slim, X type in front and I type on the side. Type 6 is tall, thin and B type on the side. 3. As the result of observing the mutual corresponding relation between these 6 groups and age/Rohrers Index, the somatotype of the middle-aged women is divided at the age of 45. Accordingly when it comes to progress the study of the middle-aged women in the future, we will have to observe the characteristics for dividing the first half and the second half of age of 45.

고속축하중측정시스템 개발과 과적단속시스템 적용방안 연구 (Development and Application of the High Speed Weigh-in-motion for Overweight Enforcement)

  • 경부고속도로 건설을 기점으로 급격한 경제성장을 이룬 우리나라 고속도로는 현재 신규도로의 건설사업 물량이 둔화되면서 기존의 도로망을 효율적으로 활용하고 최적의 공용성 유지가 필요한 시점이 되었다. 최적의 공용성 확보를 위해 교통하중을 가장 적극적으로 통제하는 방법은 과적단속이다. 본 연구에서는 과적단속의 효율화를 위해 고속축하중측정 시스템을 개발하고 이를 통해 국내 고속도로 과적화물차 행태 분석을 실시하며, 본 시스템을 활용한 과적단속시스템 개발 가능성에 대하여 검토하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 고속축하중측정 시스템은 차로당 2조의 루프센서와 2조의 축중센서, 2조의 원더링센서로 이루어져 있다. 특히 원더링센서는 차량의 좌우 타이어의 위치 판독이 가능하여 과적단속 시스템으로 활용시 차로의 이탈유무를 판독할 수 있으며, 윤거 측정 및 윤형식(단륜/복륜) 구분이 가능하여 차종을 구분함에 있어서 기존 차종분류 시스템보다 세분화된 분류가 가능하여 12종 차종분류시 오분류 비율이 매우 낮은 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 시스템에 대한 검증시험 결과 모든 시험조건의 전체평균오차가 축하중 15% 이내, 총하중 7% 이내로 나타났다. COST-323에서 제시하고 있는 WIM 등급기준에 따르면 사회기반시설 설계와 유지관리 및 평가목적으로 사용가능한 B(10) 등급으로 나타났으며, 과적이 가장 문제되는 5축 카고 화물차에 대한 분석결과는 축중량 오차 8%, 총중량 오차 5%로 단속가능 수준인 A(5)등급으로 나타났다. 고속도로의 차종별 중량분석 결과 12종 분류기준에서 5종, 6종, 7종, 12종 차량이 하중기준을 초과하는 비율이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 주로 가변축을 장착한 차량으로 축조작에 의한 축하중 과적비율이 매우 높게 나타나 이러한 차량에 대한 실효성 있는 과적단속기법이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 도로교통분야에 있어서 차종별 교통량 자료는 도로의 계획과 건설, 유지관리, 교통류분석 및 도로행정에 필요한 기본 자료이며 각종 연구에 필요한 기초자료로 활용되어지는 필수적인 요소이다.

평형식진동탄환암거천공기의 연구(II) -모수실험 : 진동에 대하여- (A Study on Balanced-Type Oscillating Mole Drainer (II) (Model Test For Vibration))

  • 1. When the frame of the experimental apparatus was directly fixed on the platform, result from the spectrum density analysis showed that the generated vibration frequecy of the system was nearly-same as the system's own characteristic vibration frequency, 80Hz, in the case of the forcing vibration frequency was 7.5 to 22.5Hz. The reduction ratio of acceleration by balanced type model compare to non-balanced type one was 26.66 percent. 2. When the frame of experimental apparatus was fixed on the platform with putting a shock absorbing rubber between the frame and the platform, the generated vibration frequency of the system was same as forcing vibration frequency. When either frequency or the amplitude of the forcing vibration was increased, the acceleration ratio was increased too. The average reduction ratio was resulted 44.77 per cent. It was concluded that this method of acceleration measurement(the method using a shock absorbing rubber) was a reaonable method, because actual machine will work under such condition. As the vibration frequency and aptitude were increased, the absolute magnitude of acceleration was increased. 3. unbalanced rotating parts, and unbalanced moment of inertia of links were supposed to be causing factors of residual vibration in spite of using the balanced type oscillating mole drainer. This fact suggested that the attachment of the counter weight on the rotating parts which satisfy the condition mw$.$rw=m0e, was necessary. And also, it was expected that the shock absorbing effect could be improved by putting the shock absorbing materials between the moving parts and their supports.

요소-멜라민수지로 접착된 파티클보드의 열압동안 포름알데히드 배출량 측정 (Measurement of Formaldehyde Emissions during Hot-Pressing of Particleboard Bonded with Melamine-Urea-Formaldihyde Resin)

  • 요소-멜라민수지 접착제를 실험실에서 수지 접착제 고형분량에 대해 5% 멜라민을 첨가하여 파티클보드 제조용으로 합성하였다. 합성한 요소-멜라민 수지를 이용하여 전건 목재파티클의 무게에 대해 접착제 첨가량 6, 8%와 열압시간 3, 4, 5분에서 실험실 파티클보드를 접착하는 열압시간동안 배출되는 가스를 증류수에 용해·포집하여 얻어진 용액으로부터 포름알데히드 배출량을 미국 National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) 3500의 방법에 의해 분석·비교하였다. 포름알데히드 배출량을 측정하여 분석한 결과는 파티클보드를 열압하는 시간동안 배출되는 가스 중에서 포름알데히드량은 요소-멜라민수지 접착제의 첨가량과 열압시간에 대해 통계적으로 유의하게 차이가 있다는 것을 보여줬다. 파티클보드의 성능평가 결과는 3분의 열압시간에서 접착된 파티클보드의 박리강도는 KS F 3104 파티클보드 8.0형의 최소요구치를 만족시키는 것을 보여줬다.

사상체질분류검사에 의한 체질 진단과 체성분분석과의 상관성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Association between Sasang Constitutions and Body Composition)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the body shape of Sasang Constitutions by body composition and body measurement. Methods : This study was carried out 98 cases(68 males and 30 females)of Oriental Medical College at Kyunghee University. After determining the Sasang Constitutions(Soeumin, Soyangin, Taeumin) by QSCCII, the body shape of each group were analysed by body composition(INBODY 2.0, Biospace, seoul, korea) and body measurement. Results : 1) The result of Sasang Constitution analysis of 98 cases were classified as Soumin(52%), Soyang(24.5%), Taeumin(23.5%). 2) In the body composition and body measurement, there were significant difference from intercellular fluid, protein, mineral mass, weight, percent body fat, body water of left arm and BMI between Taeumin, Soyangin and Soumin. 3) In the body composition of male, Taeumin group showed that the arms were more developed than the legs and the upper trunk were more developed than the lower trunk. Soumin group showed the asymmetry of the right and left limbs. Soyang group showed the asymmetry of the right and left arms. In the body composition of female, Taeumin group showed the asymmetry of the right and left upper limbs. Conclusion : There are significant relationships between Sasang Constitutions, Body composition and BMI. The findings indicated here Body composition could be useful mean to make a diagnosis of the body shape, body type, physical constitution of Sasang constitutions.

Effects of Air Void at the Steel-Concrete Interface on the Corrosion Initiation of Reinforcing Steel in Concrete under Chloride Exposure

  • A series of reinforced G109 type specimens was fabricated and pended with a 15 weight percent NaCl solution. Mix design variables included 1) two cement alkalinities (equivalent alkalinities of 0.32 and 1.08), 2) w/c 0.50 and 3) two rebar surface conditions (as-received and wire-brushed). Potential and macro-cell current between top and bottom bars were monitored to determine corrosion initiation time. Once corrosion was initiated, the specimen was ultimately autopsied to perform visual inspection, and the procedure included determination of the number and size of air voids along the top half of the upper steel surface. This size determination was based upon a diameter measurement assuming the air voids to be half spheres or ellipse. The followings were reached based upon the visual inspection of G109 specimens that were autopsied to date. First, voids at the steel-concrete interface facilitated passive film breakdown and onset of localized corrosion. Based upon this, the initiation mechanism probably involved a concentration cell with contiguous concrete coated and bare steel serving as cathodes and anodes, respectively. Second, the corrosion tended to initiate at relatively large voids. Third, specimens with wire-brushed steel had a lower number of voids at the interface for both cement alkalinities, suggesting that air voids preferentially formed on the rough as-received surface compared to the smooth wire brushed one.

딥러닝 영상분석 시스템의 성능평가 산정식 개발 (Development of Performance Evaluation Formula for Deep Learning Image Analysis System)

  • 도시부 교통정보 수집은 VDS, DSRC, 레이더 등 다양한 시스템에 의해 수집되고 있다. 최근 딥러닝 기술의 발전으로 스마트교차로시스템이 확대 보급되고 있으며 교통량, 속도, 차종 등 다양한 정보수집이 가능하다. 그러나 관련 문헌을 고찰한 결과 지금까지의 성능평가 기준은 딥러닝 영역을 고려하지 않은 RBS기반 평가체계로 '기준값-측정값'의 퍼센트 오차만 고려하고 있어 기존 평가방식으로는 딥러닝 부분의 평가를 수행할 수 없어 새로운 성능평가 방법이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 데이터 비율 및 가중치를 고려하여 Precision과 Recall 등 딥러닝 성능지표를 고려한 오차산정식을 개발하여 개별오차와 구간 오차, 전체오차를 산정하였다. 연구결과, 측정값 1의 오차율은 3.99와 3.54, 측정값 2는 5.34와 5.07로 기존 산정식과 오차율에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 반복측정 분석결과 개발 산정식이 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

$\beta$-II, III Adrenergic Receptor 유전자 다형성에 따른 20대 한국여성의 식이 섭취량, 비만도 및 체성분의 비교연구 (Comparative Analysis of Obesity by $\beta$-II, III, Adrenergic Receptor Gene Polymorphism in Korean Young Females)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the obesity and state of dietary intake of 216 young Korean females, and the influence of $\beta$-II, III Adrenergic receptor (AR) gene polymorphism upon obesity and dietary intake. The average weight, height and BMI of the subjects were 160 cm, 54 kg, and 20.9 kg/$m^2$, respectively. The average triceps skinfold thickness, waist circumference, hip circumference and WHR were 21.7mm, 73.1cm, 93.3cm and 0.78, respectively. The results of body composition measurement using bioimpedance method, average body fluid, body protein, mineral mass and body fat were 29.271, 7.22 kg, 6.79 kg and 19.16 kg, respectively. A dietary survey was conducted using 24-hour recall method. Average calorie intake was 1621 ㎉, which is 81% of Korean RDA. We detected 182 (84.3%) Gln27 (QQ) homozygotes and 34 (15.7%) Gln27Glu (QE) heterozygotes for $\beta$-II AR polymorphism. For $\beta$-III AR polymorphism, we detected 163 (75.5%) Trp64 (WW) and 53 (24.5%) Trp 64Arg (WR). The results of comparing of obesity by $\beta$-II AR gene polymorphism, obesity index and BMI of QE type were slightly higher than those of the QQ type. For $\beta$-III AR gene polymorphism, the mean BMI, obesity index, fat mass and percent body fat (%) of the WR type were significantly higher than those of the WW type (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that genetic variability in the human $\beta$-III AR is associated with obesity among young Korean females. We also evaluated the effect of the simultaneous presence of the $\beta$-II AR and $\beta$-III AR polymorphism on obesity. We found that the BMI and obesity index of the mutant type in both $\beta$-II AR and $\beta$-III AR were significantly higher than those of the type that has only one gene mutation or has no mutation (p < 0.05), indicating a synergistic effect of $\beta$-II AR and $\beta$-III AR polymorphism on obesity. No association was found between $\beta$-II Ad or $\beta$-III AR polymorphism and dietary intake.
