대학도서관 웹사이트의 FAQ 내용분석을 통한 이용자 안내에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Guide through Content Analysis of the FAQ at Academic Library Web Site)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 이용자에게 효율적인 도서관 및 정보이용안내를 제공하는데 있다 본 연구의 목적달성을 위하여, 도서관 FAQ의 구조적 특성과 질의내용을 분석하여 효과적인 FAQ의 접근단계와 환경변화에 따른 안내항목을 제안하였다. 또한 도서관이용법과 관련된 도서내용과 FAQ질의 내용을 비교 분석하여 새로이 추가되거나 강화되어야 할 내용을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 도서관 이용에 관한 FAQ의 작성과 관련하여 포함되어야 할 사항의 결정은 물론 도서관 정보이용 교재개발 등의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

미국 간호사의 직업성 요통 (Nurse's Work Related Back Pain in the U. S.)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the current status of work-related back pain among nurses in the U.S. Method: Literature review and website searching were conducted. Key words as 'nurse and back pain (or back injury)' were used in searching the Medline, NIOSHTIC-2and reference list of selected studies. Total studies were selected of which subjects were nurses working in the U.S., and published since 1970. Results: Though there was variation in the measurement among studies, the prevalence rate of back pain among nurses in the U.S. could be estimated about 50%. Risk factors were confirmed as the frequency of patient lifting, ward, nursing shortage, overtime, work shift, stress on physical demand, but age and work experiences showed the inconsistent relation. It has been well known that educational approach is not enough to prevent back pain. Intervention studies to apply the ergonomic approach using mechanical devices reported the effects, but the devices were less diverse than European countries or Canada. The study for lifting team was rare. Federal government developed only the guideline for nursing home that had no legal obligation. As a professional nursing organization, ANA has been trying to educate and advocate for "No lift policy" since 2003. Meanwhile, two trade unions of nurses made efforts to establish the law strengthening the responsibility of health care facilities. Conclusion: The research and policy development will be needed to prepare to rapid increase of back pain among Korean nurses.

  • 인터넷의 발전은 기존 오프라인의 형태의 모든 행동 양식을 온라인으로 옮겨놓은 곁과를 가져오고 있다. 그러한 한 분야 중 대표적인 분야가 인터넷 뱅킹을 이용한 은행거래라고 볼 수 있다 인터넷 상의 인터넷 뱅킹 사용자 증가수는 꾸준히 발전하고 있으며 이에 대한 사용자의 행동양식을 연구하여 온라인상에서 최대한 실수를 범하지 않고 쉽게 거래를 할 수 있고, 어떤 규칙들이 사용자들에게 신뢰감을 줄 수 있는지에 관한 연구는 아직 미비한 상태이다. 이에 본 논문은 은행들의 웹 사이트의 첫 페이지인 은행의 홈페이지의 디자인을 연구할 필요성을 느끼며 은행들의 웹 디자인 색상의 연구 결과를 토대로 신뢰감을 줄 수 있는 색상체계를 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Relational Benefits and Visual Arts Outcomes via WeChat Business

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of WeChat relational benefits on customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Due to the rapid development in the technological field, the use of WeChat has expanded drastically in recent years. In visual arts industry, WeChat business occupies a significant proportion of emerging industries. The recruited participants that were recruited via an online survey website were 335 (www.sojump.com). SPSS 22.0 statistical system was used to analyze the descriptive statistics, reliability, and validity. This study conceptualizes the positive relationship among relational benefits, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention of visual arts products. The findings indicated that WeChat users' relational benefits can be categorized into two distinct benefit types: confidence, and social benefits. The more relational benefits WeChat users perceived, the higher the level of satisfaction. In contrast, the positive influence of customer satisfaction on purchase intention is weaker in consumers with a higher level of perceived risk. The results of this study will help WeChat business to retain its customers, thus, gaining a long-term value for visual arts industry. Theoretical and managerial implication for WeChat business are provided.

  • Objectives: This study aimed to analyze the papers on nursing in the KJHSM (Korean Journal of Health Service Management) (2007-2018), to identify the research trends and to help the future development of nursing research. Methods: The data collection was carried out from September 1, 2019 to September 30, 2019. The 78 copies of the original text were provided by the KSHSM website, DBpia, and NDSL (National Digital Science Library) electronic database. Results: Forty-seven studies had a non-experimental design, with most having a descriptive research design (89.3%). The most common participants were nurses (55.7%) and nursing college students (26.1%). A questionnaire was the most commonly used research tools (96.2%) and data collection methods (95.0%). The major keywords were the terms included in the environmental domain among the meta-paradigms of nursing (43.6%). Conclusions: In order to expand the quantity and quality of nursing science in the KSHSM, efforts are needed to improve the quality of research participants, research tools, and sampling methods.

국내 보건복지 장기계획 수립 현황 (Current Status of Health and Welfare Long-Term Plans in Korea)

  • Korea is undergoing a rapid environmental change in health and welfare. Therefore, the law mandates the establishment and implementation of plans in accordance with the changes. A total of 49 long-term plans related to health and welfare were specified by the National Law Information Center, the Korean representative legal information website managed by the Korea Ministry of Government Legislation. Of the 49 long-term plans, 10 plans (20.4%) were not yet fully constructed. Eight out of 10 non-constructive plans have been put into force for more than a year, but these plans still require further systematic planning and development. The complete construction of long-term plans is substantial to account for the changes in South Korean health and welfare. In addition, a systematic plan with solidarity and continuity between the mutual plans should be established in planning.

The Effect of Financial Liberalization on Economic Growth: The Case of Egypt and Saudi Arabia

  • Theoretically, economic growth necessitates financial liberalization. Thus, the current research examines the effect of financial liberalization on economic growth in emerging nations, with a particular focus on Egypt and Saudi Arabia. To determine this effect, the study employs a model that uses Gross Domestic Product growth as the dependent variable and the following macroeconomic variables as financial liberalization indices: Broad money as a percentage of GDP, Domestic bank credit to the private sector as a percentage of GDP, Monetary sector credit to the private sector as a percentage of GDP, Net inflows of foreign direct investment as a percentage of GDP. All data is annual data of Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the period 1970-2018 obtained from the World Bank open data website. The empirical investigation employs the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) approach. The findings indicate that, after more than three decades of implementation, both countries' financial and external liberalization policies do not have a favorable effect on their economies' growth rates. Additionally, this study has led us to conclude that any financial liberalization policy in both countries must be preceded by the strengthening of these countries' financial development and institutional frameworks, as well as the achievement of macroeconomic stability.

Critical Factors Influencing Consumer Online Purchase Intention for Cosmetics and Personal Care Products in Vietnam

  • With the rapid development of the Internet, online shopping has grown so fast that almost any good or service can be sold online today. The popularity and rapid growth of e-commerce signal a huge market opportunity for e-retailers. From the organizational perspective, it is necessary to evaluate and explore what drives customers to buy their products or to use their services. This study, therefore, aims to explain the online purchase intention and its determinants of Vietnamese customers for cosmetics and personal care products. Quantitative data was collected from an online survey conducted among university students, then was put into SPSS and AMOS for further analysis. Descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha test, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), regression analysis, and SEM were used to examine data from 434 valid answers. The research findings reveal that four factors positively affect purchase intention: Shopping enjoyment has the most significant impact, followed by trust, benefit, and website quality. On the other hand, perceived risk negatively influences purchase intention. While the cosmetics and personal care industry is thriving with a huge number of producers and consumers throughout the world, this study contributes to the existing literature in terms of capturing customers' needs and developing effective strategies to attract more online users.

Improving Device-to-Device Connectivity with Responsive Web Technology

  • Since Tim Berners-Lee introduced the idea of the web to the world in the late 1980s, the way information is produced, accessed and used has been constantly changing. This was once again an era of upheaval after Apple's Steve Jobs introduced the smartphone to the world in the mid-2000s. Before the advent of smart devices, web browsing was mainly done using desktops. After the advent of this device, the era of solving almost all human needs with a small PC in the palm of your hand has arrived. The necessity of seamless connectivity between devices, which are constantly emerging and evolving, asks our attention more than ever. In this study, we will discuss a case of design and development of a national open access website, which is optimized for dynamic online user behaviors with diverse devices. Our goal is to provide one true web for people to use in their environment. Device makers need to provide products identical to the desktop environment as much as possible. Service providers should also provide services optimized for each device in hyper-connected environments. Providing a web, optimized for user's online context, will eventually result in a sustainable user experience.

韩·中博物馆文化商品营销比较研究 : 以国立中央博物馆和故宫博物院为中心 (A Comparative Study on the Marketing of Korean and Chinese Museum Cultural Products : Focused on the National Museum of Korea and the Palace Museum)

  • 博物馆文化商品在博物馆收益中逐渐占据重要部分, 因此, 在博物馆经营中, 文化商品营销的重要性日益增大。本研究通过对中国故宫博物院和韩国国立中央博物馆的文化商品营销战略进行比较分析, 来探索两国博物馆文化商品营销的发展方向。为此, 通过产品, 价格, 渠道, 促销等营销4P战略分析, 分析了韩国国立中央博物馆(以下称中博)和中国故宫博物馆(以下称故宫)的文化商品的差异。研究结果表明, 在产品(product)方面, 故宫重视与其他企业的合作战略, 但中博主要以"企划展文化商品"为中心, 将重点放在自身的商品开发上。价格(price)方面, 中博的文化商品比一般产品的价格定价要高。与此相反, 故宫的部分文化商品与市面上类似产品比较, 以相对低廉的价格出售。据分析, 这是因为不同的市场占有率而采取的战略。从渠道(place)方面来看, 故宫利用多种电商销售文化商品, 而中博则通过特定网站进行集中销售。另外, 故宫的线下卖场位于故宫正门出入口等位置, 但中博的线下文化商品店则设立在中博内部。在促销(promotion)方面, 故宫主要利用网络社交媒体营销战略, 而中博会每年通过公开招募活动收集人们各种各样的想法, 开发文化商品。本次研究通过中国故宫博物院和韩国国立中央博物馆的博物馆文化商品营销方式的比较, 对中国和韩国博物馆文化商品的发展具有新的启示意义。
