Microalgae are a diverse group of photosynthetic organisms and abundant in every ecosystem in the biosphere. They are common in aqueous environments including marine, brackish and fresh waters and in some habitats that lack eukaryotic life such as some hot springs and highly alkaline lakes. Microalgal biotechnology that is focused on the microalgae-based production of a variety of useful materials such as pharmaceutical comfounds, health foods, natural pigments, and biofuels is considered as an important discipline with the development of biotechnology. In addition, the mass cultivation of microalgae can also contribute to improving the environmental quality by reducing the concentration of $CO_2$ which is one of major gases lead to global warming. Consequently, it seems that the microalgae can be used as an efficient, renewable, environmentally friendly source of high-value biomaterials such as chemicals, pigments, energy, etc. and the microalgal biotechnology will most likely represent a larger portion of modern biotechnology.
Recently, consumers have changed their role to consumers and producers who make what they want. The way clothes are produced is also needed to change according to modern consumption methods. Knitting Machine was one of them, and although it was a mass-produced device, it developed a device that could make clothes anywhere on a small production craze. Knit-making requires more consideration than other clothing designs, which requires consideration of users' web usability. Therefore, this study proposes an assessment tool that can evaluate web usability of clothing-making sites using knitting machines. To this end, the examples of the Knitting Machine program and custom product production websites and the each UI were investigated and analyzed. Based on these prior surveys, the draft evaluation items were drawn, and three Delphi surveys were conducted on the basis of the draft to produce assessment tools after classifying, modifying and deleting items. Through this study, we look forward to improving the usability of the customized product-making website of Knitting Machine in the future and popularizing the Knitting Machine.
Objectives : Currently, it is being reported that new health technology (HT) is introduced and spread throughout Korea at a very fast rate. However, the current status of new HT related to dentistry has not been known or studied. Therefore, this study aims to understand the present state and awareness on dentistry-related domestic new HT via surveys and research, and thus apply this as a reference to construct an effective new HT-related system in the field of dentistry. Government publications, as the important media of communication between the public and the government, have served as informational sources to provide a variety of information. Although technological development led into sharp changes in the types and services of government publications, the Korean service of government publications has yet to respond to the changes properly. The web service of government publications is provided only in the archives-based way with no consideration of the characteristics of the government publications, so that it is considerably difficult to use the service. Therefore, based on literature research, request of information disclosure, website survey, and interviews, this work overhauled the web service of government publications provided by the National Archives of Korea, and suggested an improvement plan of the service. This study is meaningful in the point that it suggested an improvement plan for the web service of government publications, which have been managed as a sort of archives but have been placed in the blind spot of service, through interviews with the persons in charge of government publications in relevant public organizations and the National Archives of Korea.

Objective : This study summarized the characteristics of clinical trials for atopic dermatitis medicines approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety(MFDS). This study may be a reference for the design of clinical trials of atopic dermatitis herbal medicine treatment which may be carried out later. Method : The characteristics of the clinical trial were analyzed for clinical trials registered with ClinicalTrials.gov, CRIS, and the Korea Health Industry Development Institute among the clinical trial approval statuses posted on the website of the MFDS. Result : 1. Clinical trial drugs were developed in various formulations such as oral medicines, injections, dermatologic agents, and similar proportions. Relatively little clinical trials were found for herbal medicine. 2. In the control evaluation test, most of the treatments for the control group were performed with placebo using Vehicle. 3. In most clinical trials, one intervention group was in the form of a parallel assignment with only one treatment. 4. The age of the subjects was 11 out of 28 studies including minors, and clinical trials targeting minors were also found to be significant. 5. In the case of atopic dermatitis, the cases of subacute chronic or atopic dermatitis more than 6 months or more than 1 year were often used. 6. Most clinical trials were divided into mild to moderate atopic dermatitis or moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. The SCORAD index, EASI, IGA, BSA, and NRS were used as the evaluation criteria. 7. Regulations for the drugs used prior to the trial period for the treatment of atopic dermatitis vary somewhat from one clinical trial to another. 8. IGA was used most often as a primary efficacy tool, and SCORAD index, EASI, and NRS were also used.

This study is a concept analysis of membership, using the evolutionary concept analysis method. Literatures published from January 2000 to January 2020 were searched on CINAHL, EBSCO, and websites of professional associations, using keywords including 'Member support', 'Member welfare', 'Professional association', 'Membership', and 'Member benefit.' Finally, 12 articles and 4 professional association website data were selected for analysis. The antecedents of membership comprised two dimensions, viz., the member level, and the association level. The antecedent at the member level included need of members, whereas antecedent at the association level was to set up a new department responsible for memberships. Attributes of the membership included 'member support', 'member professionalization', and 'member solidarity'. The consequences of membership also consisted of two dimensions: increased member satisfaction and professionality, and enhancement of rights and interests at the member level, and improvement of public awareness for the professional association at the association level. The findings of this study suggest that providing proper membership is a desirable direction of the association's member support considering the member's opinion ultimately, and propose future research for membership development. This study significantly provides the contextual basis, by identifying the antecedents, attributes, and consequences of membership.

In the era of Corona, companion animals provide a lot of comfort to people, and the Pet Pam group, who thinks of companion animals as family members, has appeared. There is also the Pet Pour phenomenon, in which young consumers spend less on their pets and spend on their companion animals. Despite these changes in the times, pet products, including pet food, are still highly dependent on imports. In addition, since domestic standards for cosmetics and supplies for companion animals have not been established, they rely only on cosmetic safety standards and regulations. In addition, the terminology for domestic pet cosmetics has not been established yet. Currently, only the Animal Protection Act related to companion animals has been amended in the domestic law, but in the case of Japan, the Companion Animal Feed Safety Act came into effect in June 2009. In the United States, the federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Control Act covers pet cosmetics and supplies. Germany, which has strong animal protection laws, has various national regulations on food and feed, and detailed national regulations are also provided on the website of the Food Safety Administration. National policies and environments should be established to manage and develop the companion animal industry in Korea as in such a country, and it is considered essential for the development of companion animal cosmetics and various companion animal industries.

The study aims to explore a new direction for research on buttons by understanding the functions and artistic features of buttons on Western clothing in the 18th and 19th centuries, and to use the findings to develop a textile design. In terms of the research method, the period was set in the 18th and 19th centuries, when decorative features and artistic values of buttons on Western clothing reached theirpeak, while theoretical analysis was made based on literature and previous research papers on Western clothing, websites of the Metropolitan Museum and French Museum of Decorative Arts and other website materials, as well as special exhibition materials of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. Textile designs were developed using computer programs, including Clip Studio Paint and Adobe Photoshop, by integrating the reinterpreted motif of buttons in the 18th and 19th centuries and the styles that prevailed at that time. The results are as follows. First, buttons on Western clothing had the following three functions: a practical function, a symbolic function representing the wearer's status, and a decorative function expressing individuality and beauty. Second, buttons in the 18th century were works of art made with various handicraft techniques and were an important medium that expressed the wearer's fashion sense. In addition, buttons in the 19th century were mass-produced as a result of industrialization and took a major step forward with the development of materials and dyeing. Buttons reflected themes of poetry, drama, biblical stories, music and art, lifestyle,, along with the political and social atmosphere that rapidly changed after the revolution and fashion trends. Third, the artistic features and shapes of buttons were reinterpreted to create a design motif, and the design was developed reflecting the characteristic elements of the rococo style of the 18th century and the art nouveau style of the 19th century that can conform to modern fashion, thereby rediscovering the artistic meaning and value implied in buttons. In the future, the research on creative buttons of 20th century artists is expected to be conducted from various perspectives.

Archival descriptions are significant in utilizing archives, as they are important tools for archival research and use. Meanwhile, content services are key services in modern society, where the use of archives and the importance of content are increasing. In this study, archival descriptions and content services were not viewed as different areas but as a relationship that could advance complementarily. This is because if archival descriptions are rich and well-prepared, high-quality content can be produced based on them, and archival descriptions can be enriched if well-made content is supplemented or linked to the descriptions again. This study intends to reveal the complementary relationship between archival descriptions and content services and propose an advancement plan based on this relationship. As such, the current status and problems of the archival descriptions and content services of the National Archives of Korea and the Presidential Archives website were analyzed, and the UK's National Archives (TNA), the USA's National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), the Seoul Metropolitan Archives, and the Korea Democracy Foundation's Open Archives were selected as exemplary cases for comparison. Based on the implications of the six analyzed institutions, an advancement plan for archival descriptions and content services, as well as a complementary development plan, was proposed. Through this study, it is expected that archival descriptions and content services will develop in a mutually complementary direction.
