소셜커머스에서 20~30대 남성의 재구매 의도와 구전 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 - 소셜커머스 특성과 소비자 개인 특성을 중심으로 - (Study of the influential factors of repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention of men in their 20's and 30's in social commerce - Focused on social commerce characteristics and consumers' personal characteristics -)

  • Social commerce is a kind of internet shopping mall in which consumers purchase the products with other consumers through mutual interactions including the development of SNS(social network service). Social commerce has expanded rapidly as a mainstream online shopping mall over the past five years driving consumers to purchase more fashion products providing the cheaper prices than open market internet shopping mall. The purpose of this study is to identify the important parameters of social commerce characteristics and consumer characteristics that affect repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. A 221 survey questionnaire was distributed to men in their 20's and 30's who live in Seoul metropolitan area. The data were analyzed utilizing Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, factor analysis, and regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program. The results revealed, first, that in terms of social commerce characteristics, three variables(website reputation, interactivity, and product scarcity) influenced repurchase intention. Among them, website reputation identified as the most important factor influencing repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. Second, with regard to consumer characteristics, interest and a tendency toward impulse buying affected the repurchase intention, and interest and internet shopping experience have influenced the word-of-mouth intention. Among three variables interest in social commerce identified as the key factor affecting both repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. The results of the study provide the practical implications and suggest the business strategies to enhance social commerce in the future by identifying the key social commerce characteristics and consumer characteristics that influence male consumers' buying behaviors.

홈페이지 서비스 품질 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quality Improvement of Website Services)

  • Purpose: This research aims at quality improvement of website services on the internet. Methods: SERVQUAL is redefined for web environments as sixteen statements in five dimensions to identify user requirements for websites and measure their importance ratings. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is used to integrate user requirements into service development for websites so that management and design guidelines can be obtained for user-oriented websites. Fuzzy set theory is introduced to resolve the ambiguity and subjectivity of user requirements in the House of Quality (HOQ). Results: The priorities of design characteristics are extracted from the Fuzzy QFD for University websites. Conclusion: It is expected to provide quality services in less time with less effort, if the results of the Fuzzy QFD are used to provide services in a strategic way under limited resources.

  • The purpose of operating the main homepage of University is to provide the related information about University resources to site visitors. In this study, we analyze website browsing patterns and extract characteristics of users in order to improve its utilization. The access log files to main homepage were used to analyze the browsing patterns and converted to process log files adaptable to a process mining tool, ProM. Finally we provide useful information about user friendly homepage design and suggest plans for improving its utilization to website operators.

국내외 JCI 인증병원의 웹사이트 비교 분석 (Comparative analysis of hospital websites with JCI accreditation across four nations)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the characteristics of hospital websites across four nations(e.g., South Korea, Singapore, Thailand and India). We selected English websites of 58 hospitals with JCI accreditation. For the analysis of websites, we developed assessment tool with four domains(e.g., contents, convenience, design, interactivity). The results showed that Korean hospitals provided more channels for appointment on the website compared to other countries. In contrast, foreign hospitals used actively SNS(e.g., Facebook, Twitter or Youtube) on the websites. They also provided more information on diverse services(e.g., airport pickup services, treatment costs, consultation services).

요한 하우저 아르브뤼 작품의 조형적 특성을 활용한 3D 디지털 패션 디자인 (Development of 3D digital fashion design by applying the formative characteristics of Johann Hauser's Art brut works)

  • This study aims to use Art brut works-the artwork of the socially underprivileged and alienated-to influence social roles in fashion design, employing a formative expression method to promote social acceptance of diversity in the industry. The research method involved investigating Art brut's concept and evolution in domestic and foreign literature and previous studies. The formative characteristics of the movement were derived by analyzing the works of Art brut artist Johann Hauser. One hundred and twenty images of Johann's work were collected through online sources like the Gugging Museum's website, Christian Berst Gallery's website were developed as fashion design using the CLO 3D program. The formative characteristics of Johann's works appeared to be transparent overlapping, divisional decorativeness emphasized simplicity, and vibrant chromaticity. Based on this analysis, the results of the 3D digital fashion designs were as follows. First, the characteristics of the atypical objects and figures in Johann's works were applied to the design silhouette, revealing a uniquely beautiful form. Second, Johann used a method in which numerous line shapes overlap and fill the area. The point of connecting the work is expressed as a graphic pattern by decorating the lines of the hem and hem of the garment with piping or attaching overlapping straps on top of pants and dresses. Third, the combination of overlapping colors used in Johann's work is a color block design of fashion, which utilizes the formative fun.

  • 온라인 콘텐츠에 대한 사용자의 역할이 커지고 있는 흐름 속에서, 사용자의 의식구조, 욕구, 취향을 반영하는 콘텐츠에 대한 문화 특성 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 다양한 콘텐츠가 활발하게 생산, 소비되는 글로벌 웹 포탈에서 콘텐츠를 중심으로 하는 문화 특성을 살펴보는 것은 사용자를 이해하는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문은 문화적 요소를 연구하는 대표 모델인 Hofstede와 Schwartz의 프레임워크를 기반으로 특정 국가에 따라 선호하는 콘텐츠가 있는지를 살펴보고, 선호의 차이가 곧 문화적 차이로 연결되는지 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 분석을 위한 콘텐츠 유형을 도출하고, 유형별로 문화 모델을 접목하여 국가에 따른 콘텐츠 문화 차원 지수를 도출한다. 접목한 문화 차원 모델은 양방향성이 추가된 확장형 모델로서 향후 콘텐츠 제공자나 생산자에게 새로운 아이디어를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

관광정보와 언어전환에 관한 연구 (A Study on Tourists Information and Language Transference)

  • 본 논문에서는 관광의 1차적인 정보원으로서의 홈페이지와 관광홍보물의 언어학적 전환의 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 즉 관광관련 사이트의 한국어 원문과 영어 번역물을 비교하면서 관광정보 텍스트가 올바르게 언어전환 되었는지 점검하고 나아가 전환된 영어번역물과 한국어 원문을 대조하면서 번역물에서 발생하는 언어규약과 의사소통의 특징을 살펴본다. 특히 한국어와 영어는 언어유형에서 대조적인 언어로서 번역을 통해 전환되었을 때 특이한 담화의 양상을 보인다. 즉 한국어에 비해 영어표현은 직설적이고 우회적인 표현을 피하는 경향이 있다. 또한 영어번역본에서는 영어 화자위주로 언어가 변형되어 표현됨을 주시할 수 있다. 이것은 영어를 사용하는 언어군에서 흔히 발생하는 양상으로 광의의 문화간의 차이로 간주될 수 있다. 따라서 외국관광객의 1차적 정보원으로서의 관광웹사이트는 관광정보를 제공하는 동시에 목적지의 문화를 간접적인 형태로 표현함으로써 사회적 이미지 형성과 문화간 차이를 대변하며 커뮤니케이션의 일환으로서 공손의 원칙과 Grice의 원칙을 준수하고 있다.

인터넷사이트 이용자 특성에 따른 광고영상 비교를 통한 광고효과 연구 (A Study on Advertising Effects of Commercial Films According to the Characteristics of internet users)

  • 본 연구에서는 내용은 같고 형식이 다른 2개의 사이트를 대상으로 이용자의 특성차이나 광고효과 비교를 검증해 보았다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 온라인 전용 사이트와 온오프라인 동시 사이트의 사용자간에 존재하는 기술적, 인구학적, 심리학적 특성을 알아보고 광고의 효과 또한 비교해 보았다. 자료의 분석은 SPSSWIN을 이용하였고, 주로 $x^2$와 t-test 분석을 하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 필포스트 닷컴은 222부를 회수하였고 카드코리아 닷컴은 210부를 회수하여 총 432부를 회수하였다. 조사과정에서 양 사이트가 가지는 이용대상의 연령 요인을 배재하기 위하여 20대만을 선택하여 실시하였다 분석에서는 이렇게 선택된 308부가 사용되었다. 분석결과 이용자의 일반적 특성에서는 양 사이트 이용자가 비슷한 라이프스타일을 보여줬고 가치관과 사회의식에서는 양 사이트 이용자 사이에 유의미한 차이를 발견했다. 광고효과 에서는 먼저 광고의 유용성에 있어서는 필포스트가 높은 점수를 얻었고, 반대로 신제품에 대한 적극적 수용여부에 있어서는 카드코리아가 높은 점수를 받았다. 광고와 제품에 대한 태도에 있어서는 필포스트가 카드코리아 보다 광고 선호도와 브랜드 선호도 모두 높게 나타났다.

『승정원일기』에 기록된 장희빈 의안 관련 연구 (A Study on the Medical Records of Heebin Jang in Seungjeongwon Ilgi)

  • The objective of this article is to investigate the medical records written in Seungjeongwon Ilgi ("承政院日記") about Heebin Jang (張禧嬪), who was the mother of King Kyeongjong. She was one of the royal concubines of King Sukjong and later became the queen and then was demoted back to the concubine. The method to do this study was to search the records of Seungjeongwon Ilgi ("承政院日記") from Sukjong 15th year (A.D. 1689) to 20th year (A.D. 1694) on the website databased and serviced by National Institute of Korean History. The results were as follows. According to the website search, Heebin Jang (張禧嬪) suffered from three kinds of diseases. The first was a mastitis right after her delivery. The second was an abscess on the back of her head. The third was a relapse of phlegmturbidity and heat, which was her chronic disease. Also, three features could be found regarding characteristics of Royal medicine. The first was how the queens were taken care of before and after their delivery. The second was who lanced the queen's abscess. The third was how the Royal medicine and people's medicine interchanged.

통신서비스 웹사이트 정보불균형이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Information Asymmetry of Telecommunication Service Websites on Intention for Continuous Usage)

  • The communications market can be characterized for its overflow of users, oligopoly business structure, 24/7 open service, incomplete sales, and operation of core platform function. These characteristics have lead users to continuously make complaints and suffer inconveniences, and thus the concept of user protection has come to receive attention. This study aims to propose solutions through communication channeling between businesses and users, based on website construction from the viewpoint of user protection. In particular, a research model was developed to display how the information symmetry of websites can be influential on the satisfaction, reliability, and continuous intention for using communication services. Total of 14 hypotheses were set to measure a significant degree of variables corelation and eight hypotheses were accepted finally. The analysis results showed that information symmetry of telecommunication service websites had a positive effect on intention for continuous usage. Through the research results, it is expected that communication service businesses will be able to consider important factors when constructing websites. Furthermore, the results are expected to be utilized as for ensuring users' continued usage of their communication services.
