  • 최근 급격한 하드웨어 기술과 데이터베이스 시스템의 발전은 우리 주변에서 발생하는 다양한 분야의 데이터를 자동으로 수집하는 것을 가능하게 하였다. 흔히 데이터 스트림(data stream)이라고 언급되는 끊임없이 생산되는 대용량의 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하여 유용한 정보를 얻어내는 기술은 이미 많은 응용 분야에서 광범위하게 연구되고 있다. 인터넷은 이러한 데이터 스트림을 양산해 내는 주요 원천 중의 하나이다. 인터넷 비즈니스의 활성화와 더불어 웹로그 데이터 스트림은 마케팅, 전략 수립, 고객관리 등 여러 부분에 광범위하게 활용되기 시작했으며, 보다 정확하고 효율적인 분석에 대한 요구사항도 점점 늘어나고 있다. 데이터 웨어하우스(Data Warehouse)는 수집된 데이터를 주제 기반으로 통합하여 시계열 형태로 적재하는 저장소서 유용한 분석이나 의사결정에 많이 사용되어 왔다. 데이터웨어하우스는 데이터를 요약하고 통합 및 정제하는 기능을 제공하여 대용량의 데이터 처리에 적합하고 데이터의 품질을 향상시키기 때문에 데이터 마이닝 분야에서 전처리 과정으로도 많이 이용되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 웹로그 데이터 스트림에 대한 데이터 웨어하우스를 구축하여 보다 고품질의 유용한 정보를 효율적으로 얻어내는 시스템을 제안한다.

Analyzing the weblog data of a shopping mall using process mining (프로세스 마이닝을 이용한 쇼핑몰 웹로그 데이터 분석)

  • With the development of the Internet and the spread of mobile devices, the online market is growing rapidly. As the number of customers using online shopping malls explodes, research is being conducted on the analysis of usage behavior from customer data, personalized product recommendations, and service development. Thus, this paper seeks to analyze the overall process of online shopping malls through process mining, and to identify the factors that influence users' purchases. The data used are from a large online shopping mall, and R was the analysis tool. The results show that customer activity was most prominent in categories with event elements, such as unconventional discounts and monthly giveaway events. On the other hand, searches, logins, and campaign activity were found to be less relevant than their importance. Those are very important, because they can provide clues to a customer's information and needs. Therefore, it is necessary to refine the recommendations from related search words, and to manage activity, such as coupons provided when customers log in. In addition to the previous discussion, this paper proposes various business strategies to enhance the competitiveness of online shopping malls and to increase profits.

  • 전자상거래에서 쇼핑몰의 개인화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 소비자의 구매 패턴을 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 이러한 패턴을 효과적으로 분석하기 위해 웹사이트 상에서 사용자 행동 패턴 정보를 수집해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 패턴 수집 시스템으로 쇼핑몰 서버에 기능을 추가하고 지능형 웹로그 서버를 정의하며 이를 설계, 구현하였다. 전자상거래 쇼핑몰 서버에는 사용자 행위 정보를 로그에 포함시켜 지능형 웹로그 서버에 전송하는 기능을 추가하였다. 그리고 지능형 웹로그 서버는 쇼핑몰 서버로부터 받은 로그 데이터를 분석하고 데이터베이스화하여 저장한다. 이때 데이터베이스 저장 기술로 OLE DB Provider상에서 수행되는 ADO기술을 사용한다. 그리고 저장된 데이터베이스를 레코드셋 단위로 원격에서 제어 가능하게 한다. 또 생성된 데이터베이스에서 필요한 데이터를 선별하여 XML DB로 저장한다. 이와 같은 사용자 패턴 수집 시스템은 데이터베이스 접근 속도가 빠르고, 관계형이나 비관계형 둘 다의 데이터베이스 접근이 가능하다는 장정을 가지며, 원격 데이터 베이스 접근 시 서버의 부하를 줄일 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

  • Today, eCRM has been attention as an enterprise information system that systematically manages and utilizes the eCRM customer information visiting Internet home page.   • Although people's anxiety about the environmental problem has been getting higher, they are not provided good quality of knowledge about the environment. Based on this situation, Ecoblog can be a new type of online community to educate the public in ecological knowledge. Especially, Ecoblog can be utilized as a method of "preventive education", and it will contribute to reduce great amounts of environmental budget to restore contaminated environment to previous condition. Ecoblog also utilizes the concept of blog which user can create and append their site with chosen themes. A weblog or a blog is a non-commercial webpage regularly updated through the use of a blogging software which allows the user to "publish" kinds of amalgamations of text and graphics to the page as posts. The technology offered in Ecoblog is utilizing the concept of 4D place and game metaphor in order to provide users the sense of participation, interaction and immersion among them and the growing community. Thus, it requires applying the CAAD technology by implementing semantically well-defined building data model as a core database to create a 4D virtual community. This research focuses on defining a 4d spatial framework suitable for developing an online ecological community. Through our study, the state-of-the-art of online community has been studied at the first step. Second, the scenario of using EcoBlog described with content, visualization and navigation are defined based on the critical features derived at the first step. Finally, a 4d spatial framework composed of semantic building data model, content and rule database is constructed to propose factors that are necessary to establish an ecological virtual community. In conclusion, our framework could enhance the comprehension and interaction between users and virtual buildings in the ecological community by integrating the concept of game design, 4D CAD and semantic data model. Such framework can be applied to any online community for an educational purpose.

An Extended Dynamic Web Page Recommendation Algorithm Based on Mining Frequent Traversal Patterns (빈발 순회패턴 탐사에 기반한 확장된 동적 웹페이지 추천 알고리즘)

  • The Web is the largest distributed information space but, the individual's capacity to read and digest contents is essentially fixed. In these Web environments, mining traversal patterns is an important problem in Web mining with a host of application domains including system design and information services. Conventional traversal pattern mining systems use the inter-pages association in sessions with only a very restricted mechanism (based on vector or matrix) for generating frequent K-Pagesets. We extend a family of novel algorithms (termed WebPR - Web Page Recommend) for mining frequent traversal patterns and then pageset to recommend. We add a WebPR(A) algorithm into a family of WebPR algorithms, and propose a new winWebPR(T) algorithm introducing a window concept on WebPR(T). Including two extended algorithms, our experimentation with two real data sets, including LadyAsiana and KBS media server site, clearly validates that our method outperforms conventional methods.

  • In this study, we designed and developed new Blog community for the improvement of Self-directed learning competency. We analyzed the effect through series of tests on Self-directed learning competency to obtain the following results. As a result of inspecting the same quality of Self-directed learning competency, this study shows the learning in utilizing weblog suggested that it has more significant difference in improving Self-directed competency than utilizing the normal homepage for learning. Moreover, according to the inspection of low measurement, motivation control and acting control made a significant difference, but the cognitive area has no significance. In conclusion, the proper learning and operation in the class in utilizing Blog community suggested that through the study of Self-directed learning competency is the best because it affects the learner's motivation and behavior.

  • We need to study China, the country that's improving constantly, in perspective of economic, political, social integration, and area studies with expertise in some perspective. If we expand the range of view to studies at industry research, national organization, and academia, exact information and diversity with professional research information portal site is at the core of the region. Specialized information portal site in China through an analysis of Chinese studies at the research analyzes the usage of the content. Through the main advantage of the status and content attributes of a site visitor analysis, it has shown a relatively high user loyalty through last 10 years operating as a single topic of professional information website. Through the CSF, the national level with expertise in design construction information portal site can be used as a more efficient way to build the foundation planning. Furthermore, through the effective use of information in China, the two countries, South Korea and China laid the foundation for the economic development of area studies which is expected to contribute to the establishment of information systems.

However, although Web is growing exponentially, the individual's capacity to read and digest contents is essentially fixed. From the view point of Web users, they can be confused by explosion of Web information, by constantly changing Web environments, and by lack of understanding needs of Web users. In these Web environments, mining traversal patterns is an important problem in Web mining with a host of application domains including system design and Information services. Conventional traversal pattern mining systems use the inter-pages association in sessions with only a very restricted mechanism (based on vector or matrix) for generating frequent k-Pagesets. We develop a family of novel algorithms (termed WebPR - Web Page Recommend) for mining frequent traversal patterns and then pageset to recommend. Our algorithms provide Web users with new page views, which Include pagesets to recommend, so that users can effectively traverse its Web site. The main distinguishing factors are both a point consistently spanning schemes applying inter-pages association for mining frequent traversal patterns and a point proposing the most efficient tree model. Our experimentation with two real data sets, including Lady Asiana and KBS media server site, clearly validates that our method outperforms conventional methods.
