Institutional repositories (IR) are promising to be extremely advantageous to scholars especially in developing countries. IR initiatives started in India during the late nineties and the popularity of this concept is growing rapidly in the higher educational and research institutions to disseminate newly emerging knowledge and expertise. The purpose of this paper is to critically analyze the network links of IR websites among four IITs that are registered in open DOAR (Directory of Open Access Repositories) web portal. The Institutional Repositories chosen for the study are IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Bombay, and IIT Kanpur. The analysis of the study focused on standard graph and network cohesion metrics, such as density, diameter, eccentricity and distances, and clustering coefficient; for an even more detailed analysis advanced centrality measures and fast algorithms such as clique census are used.

This paper reviews tile essential components in web workloads. And I propose adjusted internet traffic modeling using heavy-tailed distributions and intervention techniques.

오늘날 전 세계적으로 연결되어 있는 인터넷을 통해 사용자들은 아무런 제약 없이 의사소통 및 거래 등 다양한 활동을 할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 인터넷상의 자유를 범죄의 수단으로 한 인터넷상의 사이버 범죄가 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 특히 인터넷 중 하나로 분류되는 다크웹에서는 심각한 중대 범죄들이 많이 발생하고 있는데, 다크웹은 일반 네트워크와 달리 암호화 기술을 사용하는 특정 네트워크를 통해서만 접속이 가능하기 때문에 사용자에게 익명성과 비밀성을 제공할 수 웹 사이트이다. 이러한 다크웹의 특성으로 인해 마약 거래, 아동 포르노 유포, 개인정보 유출 등 다양한 사이버 범죄가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다크웹 상에서 발생하는 주요 범죄 사례를 알아보고 이에 대한 포렌식 수사 기법의 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

Objectives : Lateral epicondylitis on elbow is one of the most common causes of elbow pain. Lateral epicondylitis can be managed with acupuncture, but the evidence for its effectiveness is uncertain. The purpose of this review is to investigate the trends of acupuncture treatments on lateral epicondylitis. Methods : We investigated the studies about acupuncture treatments for lateral epicondylitis via searching 5 Korean web databases(KTKP, RISS, OASIS, KCI, Kisti) The key search terms were 'Lateral epicondylitis', 'Tennis elbow', 'External epicondylitis'. 12 research papers(10 case reports, 1 RCT, 1NRCT) were found to be analyzed according to their published year, the titles of journals, published institution, the types of study, the number of cases, the types of treatments, the instruments for assessment and ethical approvals. The effectiveness of acupuncture treatment was classified. Results : 12 papers were published since 2003. The studies on acupuncture treatments about lateral epicondylitis were mainly published in The journal of pharmacopuncture. 10 case reports, 1 non-randomized controlled trials, 1 randomized controlled trials had been under research. In most of the research, the number of the cases were not enough. In 9 cases of the studies, various korean medicine treatments including acupuncture were used to treat the symptoms. In 3 cases of the studies single method was used to treat the symptoms. Visual analogue scale(VAS) and range of motion(ROM), grip strength were used as primary assessments. Among 12 clinical studies, 1 of them were accepted by institutional review board(IRB). Conclusions : In this study, we analyzed the trends of acupuncture treatments on lateral epicondylitis. Reviewing the domestic trends of studies on acupuncture treatments for lateral epicondylitis and examining the strong and weak points of those treatments are essential for the future studies.

Objectives : The purpose of this review is to investigate the trends of Traditional Korean Medicine treatments on degenerative knee arthritis. Methods : We investigated the studies on traditional Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM) treatments for degenerative knee arthritis via searching 5 Korean web databases. Results : 31 research papers were found to be analyzed according to their published year, the titles of journals, published institution, the types of study, the number of cases, the types of treatments. 31 papers were published since 1992. The studies on TKM treatments about degenerative knee arthritis were mainly published in The journal of korean acupuncture & moxibustion medicine. 13 Randomized Controlled Trials, 10 Case series, 4 Reviews, 3 Non RCTs, and 1 Case Report had been under research. In 22 cases of the studies, one method was used to treat the symptoms. Whereas in 5 cases of the studies, various TKM treatments were used to treat the symptoms. Visual analogue score(VAS) and patient's subjective complaints were used as primary assessments. Conclusion : In this study, we analyzed the trends of TKM treatments on degenerative knee arthritis. Reviewing the domestic trends of studies on Traditional Korean Medicine treatments on degenerative knee arthritis and examining the strong and weak points of those treatments are essential for the further studies.

Methods We investigated the studies on Korean medicine treatments for spondylolisthesis via searching 4 Korean web databases (OASIS, KTKP, RISS, DBpia). We used "Spondylolisthesis", "Lumbar spondylolisthesis" as keyword. Limitations were as follows; Domestic studies, mentioning the treatments of spondylolisthesis in Korean medicine. This study researched and classified the papers according to type of study, published year, titles of journals, published institution, the number of cases, and types of treatments. Results 14 research papers were found to be analyzed according to their published year, the titles of journals, published institution, the types of study, the number of cases, and the types of treatments. 14 papers were published since 2000. The studies on Korean medicine treatments about spondylolisthesis were mainly published in the journal of Korean acupuncture & moxibustion medicine. 7 case reports, 6 case series, 1 RCT had been under research. In 14 cases of the studies, various Korean medicine treatments were used to treat the symptoms. Numeric rating scale (NRS) was used as primary assessments. Conclusions In this study, we analyzed the trends of Korean medicine treatments of spondylolisthesis. Reviewing the domestic trends of studies on Korean medicine treatments of spondylolisthesis and examining the strong and weak points of those treatments are essential for the further studies.

As a result, 32 research papers were found to be analyzed according to their published year, the titles of journals, published institution, the types of study, the number of cases, the types of treatments, the instruments for assessment and ethical approvals. Results : 32 papers were published since 1989. The studies on traditional korean medicine treatments about frozen shoulder were mainly published in The journal of korean acupuncture & moxibustion medicine. 10 case series, 7 reviews, 6 non-randomized controlled trials, 5 randomized controlled trials and 4 case reports had been under research. In most of the research, the number of the cases were not enough. In 15 cases of the studies, various traditional korean medicine treatments were used to treat the symptoms. In 8 cases of the studies, one method was used to treat the symptoms. Range of motion(ROM) and visual analogue scale(VAS) were used as primary assessments. Among the 25 clinical studies, 5 of them were accepted by institutional review board(IRB). Conclusion : In this study, we analyzed the trends of traditional korean medicine treatments on frozen shoulder. Reviewing the domestic trends of studies on traditional korean medicine treatments for frozen shoulder and examining the strong and weak points of those treatments are essential for the future studies.

The goal of this research was to build comprehensive and systematic basic materials related to IT industry and spatial design. In this research, the trend in spatial design research and its categories are identified and analyzed. The research results show that spatial design researches related to web have declined for last five years. However, a new possibility appears to be latent. An attempt to build database of diverse design information has led to increase in fusion of spatial design education and IT technology from design perspective. Futhermore, residents of space are becoming more active, starting from spatial design to management. Finally, from th environmental perspective, researches on predicting and managing buildings are also growing. Accordingly, diverse researches and financial support for grafting creative education, design process, environment-friendly IT technology and spatial design are needed.

Changes in document delivery service environment such as spread of web-based research information communication and direct communication between users and information providers have considerable effects on document delivery service institutes. Swift advances in information technology have allowed users to receive information on their desktops via web. Web-based document delivery makes the massive scale of reproduction and distribution possible so it needs to protect the copyright holders' rights. This study identifies the current trends and issues of document delivery service environment and reviews electronic document delivery services of foreign countries. Also this study introduces the domestic electronic document delivery service, e-DDS, and evaluates the copyright issues for the service.

An integrated water environment management system is necessary in improving water quality, properly allocating water resources, and supporting socio-economic development. Specifically, water quality management system using web map can be an efficient approach to accomplish this system. This paper aims to construct a dynamic water quality management system to reflect a water environment management system which includes three sub-models with consideration of their interrelationships (a socio-economic model based on dynamic Input-Output model, a water resources cycle model, and a water pollutants flow model). Based on simulation, the model can precisely estimate trends of water utilization, water quality, and economic development under certain management targets, and propose an optimal plan. This study utilized the model to analyze the potential of using reclaimed water to accomplish local water environment management and sustainable development plan while exploring the applicable approaches. This study indicates that the constructed water environment management system can be effective and easily adopted to assess water resources and environment while improving the trade-off between economic and environment development, as well as formulate regional development plan.
