  • 전자책이란 기존의 종이 서적의 내용을 디지털 매체, 일반적으로 컴퓨터를 사용하여 가공하고 컴퓨터 파일형태로 저장된 출판물을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 웹상에서 전자책의 저작을 수행할 수 있는 웹 기술 기반의 전자책 저작도구를 객체지향기법에 따라 설계하고, 구현한다. 또한 이를 위해서 웹서버와 DB서버가 필요하므로 이를 통합한 웹 솔루션을 제안했다.

  • XML은 W3C에서 권고안으로 채택됨으로써, 이를 바탕으로한 CDF, RDF, WIDL, WebBroker 등과 같은 많은 웹 어플리케이션들이 개발되고 있다. XML은 HTML과 같은 단일하고 고정적인 문서 구조에서 벗어나서 자신만의 구조를 가지는 문서를 작성할 수 있도록 해준다. 또한 문서의 내용과 그 내용의 표현이 분리되어 있어, 원 문서의 내용을 변화시키지 않고도 여러 가지 형식으로 표현될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 확장된 기능을 가지는 XML 문서를 보다 직관적이고 시각적으로 편집할 수 있는 XML 편집기를 제안한다. 본 시각적 XML을 기반으로 하는 다양한 문서를 편집하는데 범용적으로 사용될 수 있다.

  • 시맨틱 웹은 인간이 이해하는 것처럼 웹 문서의 의미를 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Annotation Editor를 사용하여 논문에 대한 RDF 메타데이타의 자동 생성 방법을 제안한다. 사용자가 논문을 주석 처리할 때, 문서에 대한 특징을 추출하고 온토로지 인터페이스를 사용하여 문서를 분류한다. 구현된 시스템을 통해 사용자는 추출된 메타데이타를 메타데이타 뷰를 통해 수정하고 RDF Store로 저장할 수 있으며, 주석 뷰를 통하여 수동으로 RDF 메타데이타를 입력할 수 있다. 본 논문은 검색 엔진을 통하여 논문 검색 시 전체 내용보다 RDF 메타데이타 정보만으로 효율적인 검색을 할 수 있는 방법에 초점을 둔다.

  • 시맨틱웹의 실용화에 대한 연구가 활기를 띠면서 국내에서도 시맨틱웹에 관한 연구와 그 기반이 되는 온톨로지에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. RDF, DAML+OIL 등 많은 온톨로지 언어가 개발되었고 W3C는 2004년 2월 OWL(Web Ontology Language)을 온톨로지를 위한 표준 언어로 발표했다. 이와 함께 프로티지 등 온톨로지 개발을 위한 편짐 도구들에 관한 연구도 진행되고 있다 본 논문에서는 기존 편집기의 문제를 지적하고 새로운 편집 방법을 통한 온톨로지 편집기를 개발하였다. 이 편집기는 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 온톨로지 개발도구인 프로티지와 그 위에서 작동하는 OWL plug-in을 기반으로 한다.

  • This study was conducted to develop web-based distance learning program of basic nursing physical science which was composed of a multimedia contents such as documents, voices and pictures. This was to advance curriculum of basic nursing physical science based on a proper nursing characteristics related to other major nursing subjects and induce a new and creative method to gain a knowledge. Based on a general learning design model, distance learning program was developed centered on a structure and function of heart physical science in 1999. The stages of development were like this. Firstly, at the analytic stage, specific units and contents for developing multimedia contents were decided and presentation methods for each item were designed and then the evaluation items were developed. Secondly, at the design stage, the most effective design of multimedia construction was selected and interfaces, basic frames, and presentation elements were chosen. Thirdly, at the developmental stage, internet files were designed using Namo web editor 4.0 and this files were modified with Adobe Photoshop.

  • This paper is intended to present the theoretical analyses on automatic indexing, which is vital in the process of constructing a thesaurus browser, and clustering algorithms to construct hierarchical relations among terms as well as the methods for the automatic construction of a thesaurus browser. The methods to select the index term automatically in the web documents are studied by surveying the methods for analyzing and processing metadata which conforms to bibliographical roles of traditional paper documents in web documents. Also, the result of the study suggests to adding or involving the metadata in web documents, using the metadata automatic editor because metadata is not listed in most of the web documents.

  • Continual attempt to accumulate and apply information eventually gives birth to the concept of the 'Semantic Web'. Thus, the 'Semantic Web' can be defined as a product of mankind's desire to standardize information. A term of knowledge is used as information or data in computer science. These are regarded and are divided sometimes each other in terminologies that have similar meaning. If it is divided, knowledge is different from information. However, some kind of information in Knowledge Representation is called knowledge often if it can be expressed in computing system. Therefore, knowledge representation can talk as information representation. The purpose of the study is systematizing knowledge through knowledge representation that uses Delphi technique and ontology is designed by utilizing assistance editor called protege-2000 to construct semantic web environment's ontology. Level of interest regarding the construction and evaluation of search systems based on ontology is set to increase. If defined well, semantic can reflect human's thinking to knowledge information on web. Furthermore systematizes knowledge, search of information and comprehension about Jeju tour using present computer may be done intelligence.

Development of a Web-based Senescence Preparation Education Program for Successful Aging for Middle-aged Adults (중.장년층의 성공적 노후를 위한 웹기반 노년기 준비 교육프로그램의 개발)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based senescence preparation education program to promote successful aging. Methods: This program was developed based on Network-Based Instructional System Design (NBISD) model, using the following 5 processes: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The program was operated for 10 weeks from March 17 to May 25, 2008. Results: There were 4 menu bars, introduction, related data, lecture room, and communication on the main page. In the operation of this program, HTML, ASP, JAVA Script, Namo web editor, Edit Plus, Front Page and multimedia technology were applied. The program content consisted of understanding elderly people, physical health, activity & exercise, nutrition, medication use, psychological health, intellectual health, understanding death, welfare system and leisure activity. Conclusion: This program could be a useful means to provide senescence preparation information to middle-aged adults. Also, it is expected to offer individualized learning opportunities to many learners in various settings. Nurses should further develop and facilitate various learning strategies including web-based programs for elder care.

User Interface Model Based Automatic Mobile Web Application Generation Tool for Embedded Systems (내장형 시스템을 위한 사용자 인터페이스 모델 기반 모바일 웹앱 자동 생성 도구)

  • This paper presents a tool that automatically generates mobile web applications from user interface (UI) models which are based on PELUM (Pattern and Event based Logical User Interface Modeling). PELUM is a method for the effective development of UI-centered embedded systems via UI modeling. The proposed tool consists of a model editor and a code generator. The former provides an environment for modeling a Logical UI Model (LUM) and a Programming Interface Model (PIM) on the web. On the other hand, the code generator sets the screen configuration and events' behavior, according to the LUM, synthesizing a local database schema according to the PIM, and then generates an executable mobile web app. It also can produce mashup web apps by receiving an open API address via the PIM. The generated mobile web apps follow the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture in order for users to easily customize them. The proposed tool enables them to generate mobile web apps that can be executed on various devices by modeling logical UIs on the web.

  • The appearance and popularization of Internet changes the existing restrictive management system into the new management system on Web. In this paper, We developed real-time management System controlling all sorts of informations from Dong-Hwa dam. Informations from MMI(Man Machine Interface) is stored for DB and Wherever User can use Internet, User can get this informations. We also developed Editor modifying Client Display.
