본 연구에서는 웹 스타일 가이드를 구축하고 있는 해외 5개 대학 도서관 웹사이트의 스타일 가이드를 분석한 후 국내 10개 지역거점대학 도서관의 웹사이트의 구성요소를 추출하여. 공통항목을 도출하였다. 그리고 도서관 웹사이트에 있어서의 사용성(usability)과 접근성(accessibility)에 관한 연구결과들을 적용하여 대학도서관 웹사이트의 전반적인 디자인 흐름에 대한 통일성과 규칙성을 발견하였고 이를 바탕으로 웹사이트에 일관된 시각적 아이덴티티(identity)를 부여하기 위한 요소인 대학도서관 웹 스타일 가이드 요소들을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 멀티미디어 웹 사이트의 사용성 품질 평가를 위한 품질 기준과 웹 메트릭을 제안하고자 한다. 최근 들어 웹 사이트의 활용이 새로운 기술과 접목되어 산업 전반에 결쳐 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 또한 초고속 통신망이 일반화되면서, 그동안 네트워크의 속도 문제로 제한적으로 사용되었던 멀티미디어의 활용이 증가하면서 멀티미디어 웹 사이트가 증가하는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 소프트웨어 공학, HCI, 하이퍼미디어 분야에서 연구되어온 HTML기반의 품질 평가의 연구를 멀티미디어 웹 사이트로 확장하고, 멀티미디어 웹 사이트에서 큰 비중을 차지하는 플래시 사용성을 접목하여 새로운 웹 메트릭을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 웹 메트릭은 전문가 평가를 통하여 검증을 하였다. 또한 박물관을 도메인으로 하여 웹 어워드 코리아에서 수상한 웹 사이트와 비수상 웹 사이트를 정량적이고 정성적인 품질 평가를 통하여, 운용중인 멀티미디어 웹 사이트의 품질 평가가 가능한 것을 비교 검증하였다. 본 논문으로 향후 고품질의 멀티미디어 웹 사이트 개발의 기반이 될 것이다.

웹 접근성이란 장애에 구애 없이 모든 사람들이 차별없이 정보서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하는 것을 말한다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 153개 대학 도서관 홈페이지의 웹 접근성 실태를 살펴보고, 웹 접근성 확보를 위한 관련 법 제도와 이를 준수하기 위한 효과적인 실무 접근 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 실태조사는 2단계로 실시되었다. 1차적으로는 153개 대학의 도서관 홈페이지의 일반적 수준을 파악하기 위해 자동화 평가도구인 KADO-WAH 2.0을 사용하였다. 그리고 점검항목별 상세 점검은 1차 평가에서 준수율이 100%라고 판단된 19개 대학의 도서관 홈페이지에 대해 국한하였다. 평가 결과 국내 대학도서관 홈페이지에서 웹 접근성을 완벽하게 준수하는 사이트를 발견하지 못하였다. 따라서 향후 국내 대학 도서관에서 KWCAG의 요구사항을 충족하기 위해 본 연구결과를 참고자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 특히, 음성 서비스, 화면 확대 축소, 하이라이트 기능과 같은 기본 요구사항을 우선적으로 그리고 거의 모든 콘텐츠에 실천되어야 한다고 여겨진다.

This study was conducted to suggest potential future directions in the effective operations of food safety information on the internet. This study consisted of two sections. The first section was a survey that was performed by 186 dieticians in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. The second section was the assessment of the quality of food safety information on the internet. 163 web sites that provided food safety information on three major searching engines using the search words 'food safety' and 'HACCP' were investigated. The trained panels evaluated the contents of the web sites using a 3-point scale assessment tool. The data collected data from the questionnaires were statistically analyzed using the SPSS package program (version 14.0). The results of this analysis were as follow. The primary purpose of internet usage by detitians was to search for information (87.2%). In addition, the detitians' satisfaction degree of food safety information on the internet was 3.17 out of 5 points. The operators of web sites that were evaluated by the researchers were business and industries (76.1%), public organizations (15.3%), and individuals (8.8%). The following four items, update of content, offer scientific basis or explanation of content, offer useful information and new informations, should be improved immediately. Among evaluation items, six items were shown to be significantly different according to the operators of web sites. The evaluation scores of web sites that were operated by public organizations were significantly higher than those of web sites operated by individuals or business and industries. In conclusion, regular and consistent qualitative evaluation of web sites is needed to improve the quality of information that is provided via the internet. In addition, web sites that provided information on food safety should be actively operated by public organizations.

Due to the explosive growth of online social network users, large numbers of users discover these social network sites are a place where they can be able to spend their spare time, share feelings, ideas freely, and to search for new friends or partners. These web sites give an opportunity for its users to socialize with new people and to keep in touch or reconnect with current or old friends and families across disperse continents via these web sites, which traditionally replace the traditional methods. These social network web sites need careful investigations and findings on the usability for effective interactivity and more usability. However, little research might have previously invested on the usability of these on social network web sites. Therefore, we propose a new framework to study the usability of these social network sites. We namely call our framework "Interactivity". This framework will enable us to assess the usability of the social network sites. It will provide an overview of the user's behavior while interacting in these social network web sites. Measurement of the interactivity will be measured using Camtasia software. This software will entirely capture the interactivity of users including the screen and the movements, which the screen and the motion of the user action will undergo to analysis at the end of our research.

본 연구의 목적은 웹사이트를 이용하는 소비자들이 기능별 지각 수준이 다른 웹사이트로 전환하는 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 분석 방법은 외식기업 웹사이트 사용자들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며, 응답자들의 일반적인 특성 파악을 위해 빈도분석과 외식기업 웹사이트의 기능별 지각 수준이 전환 행동과의 영향 관계를 분석하기 위해 단순 회귀분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 외식기업 웹사이트 기능별 지각 수준이 전환 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 오락 기능, 광고 기능, 커뮤니케이션 기능, 구매 결정 기능 모두 전환 행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 지각 수준이 높을수록 전환 행동도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 다음의 요소들이 전환 행동에 유의성을 나타내었다. 오락 기능의 지각 수준 중 검색이 이해하기 용이했다. 광고 기능의 지각 수준 중에서는 레스토랑 이미지가 쉽게 각인된다. 커뮤니케이션 기능의 지각 수준에 있어서는 신 메뉴 출시를 쉽게 알 수 있다. 구매 결정기능의 지각 수준 중에서는 웹사이트 이용은 자유롭다에서 전환 행동에 높은 유의성을 나타내었다.

These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

Information Technology is becoming ubiquitous. Our lifestyle is changing due to this digital revolution. Many researchers had been working on exploring the meaning and ways to realize the comfortability in physical sites. With the appearance of huge amount of Web sites, which provide a variety of services like electronic commerce, network game, search engines and so on, there are many researchers working on the definition of Web Usability. In this research, we go one step forward, by exploring the meaning of Web Comfortability, based on Kansei Engineering methods.

Due to the development of Internet and networking technologies, it is much more easier to get in touch with public service through the web services such as tax, travel information, getting a job, etc. In order to measure the quality of official government web sites, we are to test the difference between the web quality of the government sites and the offline feature of the same official service by means of customer perspectives. The resulting of this study show that the quality of official web site has been improved so far though such areas as privacy, security needed to be updated. Especially the web interface or contact point of the digital media should be reflected customer's need so that the online materials may be quickly updated according to the request of client's.

인터넷에 존재하는 웹문서와 사이트들은 충분히 학술적 가치를 갖고 있기 때문에 중요한 정보원으로 간주된다. 도서관은 이 새로운 정보원을 대상으로 도서관 이용자를 위한 새로운 검색기법과 관리기법을 개발할 필요가 증대되었다. 왜냐하면 현재 웹검색엔진에서 제공하는 분류체계는 도서관학적 관점에서 개발되지도 않았으며 또한 웹검색엔진간 분류체계의 설계원칙도 없기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이점에 착안하여 웹 문서를 효율적으로 검색할 수 있는 실험적인 새로운 웹문서 분류체계를 설계하였다. 설계는 해당 분류항목과 연관된 웹문서의 수와 접속비율에 근거하였으며, 설계의 수준은 1차적으로 류${\cdot}$강항목까지 제한하였다.
