This research suggests an interactive methodology fur multiple objective linear programming problems to help the group select a compromising solution in the World Wide Web environment. Our methodology lessens the burden of group decision makers, which is one of necessary conditions of the web environment. Only the partial weak order of variables and objectives from the group decision makers are enough for searching the best compromising solution. For such a purpose, we expand the Dror and Gass algorithm to the group decision context. And we suggest the system architecture of a web-based GDSS fur the implementation of our methodology.

Recently Web Services choreography working group of W3C has published the working draft on WSCDL (Web Services Choreography Description Language) version 1.0 which defines reusable common rules to govern the ordering of exchanged messages between Web Services participants. This paper considers a computing environment where mobile clients are interacting with Web Services providers based on a WSCDL specification. In order to effectively cope with the user and device mobility of such an environment, in this paper we present an ongoing work to develop a framework through which a mobile client can specify its preference on how conversation should take place. The proposed framework provides a flexible means for mobile clients to minimize the number of message exchanges while allowing them to adhere to the required choreography.

웹은 지금까지 연구되어온 전통적인 정보검색 시스템과는 차별되는 새로운 정보환경이므로 웹상에서 발생하는 이용자와 정보검색 시스템 간의 상호작용에 대한 이해를 위해 새로운 관점에서의 연구가 충분히 이루어져야 하며 이러한 연구를 뒷받침해줄 웹 기반 정보탐색 패러다임이 정착될 필요가 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 웹 정보탐색행위를 연구한 문헌에서 제시된 이론적 모형들을 검토하고 비교 분석하였다. Wang, Hawk, Tenopir, Hsieh-Yee, Choo, Detlor, Turnbul, Chun과 Cooper, Rieh, Spink의 연구에서 제시된 모형들이 논의되었다. 분석 결과, 웹 정보탐색 모형은 크게 상호작용 모형, 정보탐색행위 모형, 평가 모형으로 구분되며, 전통적인 정보탐색과정 모형에 비해 복합요인들의 상호작용과 정보탐색행위의 비선형적 관점이 강조되었다는 특징을 갖는다.

하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 구성된 시스템을 동시협조 설계하는 새로운 설계 패러다임인 HW/SW 통합설계를 지원하는 설계 도구가 많이 개발되고 있다. 기존의 HW/SW 통합설계 도구는 빠른 기술 변화, 제한된 플랫폼, 표준화되지 않은 시스템기술, 일관적이지 못한 사용자 인터페이스, 개발 대상의 다양성, 지원 기능의 차이 등으로 인해 일반화되지 못하고 있다 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 웹에 기반 한 개방형 분산 HW/SW 통합설계 환경을 제안한다. 제안한 HW/SW 통합설계 환경은 객체에 기반 한 3층 클라이언트/서버 구조를 가지며, 특정 벤더에 구애받지 않는 개방성을 지닌다. 또한 세션 서비스를 이용한 협동 작업 환경을 지원하며, OOUI를 채택해 사용자 인터페이스를 크게 변경하지 않고 새로운 기능을 쉽게 추가할 수 있다. 제안한 환경은 효율적이고 안전한 설계 데이터의 전송을 보장하기 위해 트랜잭션 서버와 보안 서비스를 포함한다. 제안한 환경의 타당성을 입증하기 위 해 웹에 기반 한 개방형 분산 HW/SW 통합설계 환경의 프로토 타입인 WebCEDA를 개발하였다. 제안한 환경은 일반적인 CAD도구의 웹-기반 환경의 모델로 활용될 수 있다.

XML 웹서비스는 인터넷을 이용한 오픈 네트워크를 통해 단일 또는 다수의 비즈니스 업체 간의 기존 컴퓨터 시스템 프로그램을 결합시키는 표준화된 소프트웨어 기술로서 기업의 수익증대와 비용절감의 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 특히 모바일 매쉬업(Mashup)을 위해서는 XML 웹서비스의 처리가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 WIPI 환경과 웹서비스 상에서 사용할 수 있는 XML 파서를 구현하였다. 그리고 HTTP 통신이 WIPI상에서 가능하도록 하여 XML 웹서비스의 서비스 개발에 적용함으로써 모바일 환경에서의 XML 웹서비스 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 유무선 환경에서 동시 사용가능하게 적용한 것은 어떠한 환경에서도 적용 가능한 파서임을 나타낸다. 또한 기존의 파서들과의 성능비교를 통해 제안한 파서가 속도면에서 뛰어난 점을 보여준다. 이에 대한 실제 응용으로서 WIPI용 Java언어를 기반으로 인터넷 서점에 적용하였다.

In this study, a framework for web-based information system in VDN environment for safety and health monitoring in subway stations is suggested. Since physical variables that describing safety and health need to be closely monitored in multiple locations in subway stations, concept of distributed monitoring network using wireless media needs to be implemented. Connecting remote wireless sensor network and device (LonWorks) networks to the IP network based on the concept of VDN can provide a powerful, integrated and distributed monitoring performance, making a web-based information system possible.

This paper is concerned with web-based remote measurement and control systems. Recently, various techniques are developed based on the advance of the internet environment. The PHP can be used in the server without any interpreter. Simple page can be constructed using the html and the results can be immediately showing client PC using web-cam.

This paper is preliminary study for developing Web-based instruction material to practice open mathematics education in middle school using Web as educational environment. For this purpose, the (textbook-based) curriculum was analysed and then more flexible and differentiated dynamic (web-based) curriculum was suggested.

WebME is an Web-based integrated modeling environment that implements a multi-facetted modeling approach to mathematical model representation and management. Key features of WebME include the following: (i) sharing of modeling knowledge on the Web, (ii) a user-friendly interface for creating, maintaining, and solving models, (iii) independent management of mathematical models from conceptual models, (iv) object-oriented conceptual blackboard concept, (v) multi-facetted mathematical modeling modeling, and (vi) declarative representation of mathematical knowledge. This paper presents details of design and implementation issues that were encountered in the development of WebME.

최근 학교나 기업에서 통계분석 소프트웨어인 R의 이용자가 늘어나고 있는 추세이지만 SPSS나 SAS 등 상용소프트웨어에 비하여 학습이 어려운 측면이 있고 교육환경을 만들기 위해서도 번거로운 면이 있다. 이러한 이유로 R 초보사용자를 위한 교육, 혹은 실험실에서의 사용을 위해 통합관리가 용이한 웹기반의 R 환경구축이 필요하다. 웹기반 R 환경구축과관련된 선행연구들은 웹프로그래밍 언어, DBMS에 대한 지식을 필요로 하거나 제한된 통계분석 기능만을 이용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹프로그래밍 언어 이외의 별도의 지식이 없이도 가능한 웹기반 R 환경인 WebER를 개발하였다. WebER는 Linux apache 서버에서 PHP를 이용하여 R과 연동함으로써 웹에서 통계 분석이 가능하도록 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 기본적인 Rgui의 기능인 R 프로그램편집, 텍스트 및 그래픽 출력, 오류 출력 등을 구현함으로써 초보 R 사용자를 위한 교육환경에 적합하도록 하였다. 또한 다중사용자가 동시에 이용이 가능하도록 설계되었다.
