As there comes out better and better solutions for delivering multimedia data on the internet, the number of WebCAM sites which transmits pictures of any spot to the user's system is getting increased. WebCAM service over the internet can be compared with the CATV in that it is beyond the spatial constraints. In this project, we construct a WebCAM site Which performs not only the fundamental WebCAM functions of capturing images and of transmitting them periodically but also various kinds of modules carrying out tasks such as image processing, remote control of the camera, processing multiple user requests, making panorama views and so on using Java which is the most popular language for the internet or CGI. The past images are stored in a database implemented for the WebCAM system, so the system can be extended to get over the constraints in time also.

In this paper, we design and implement remote servo motor control system with real-time micro embedded operating system. The system, where controller and camera image grabber are mounted, handles control commands transmitted from a remote PC web browser. A hard real-time servo motor driver running on the real-time micro embedded OS and then a digital control application which confirms precise sampling time intervals is constructed. Frame grabber images transmitted from camera are saved in a image data format to view on remote PC web browser.

We consider a web transport system. The objective of this paper is to design the controller such that desired tension and processing on web transport system. We propose the new design method which is independent with operating condition. The proposed method used a nonlinear feedback to transform to linear system. We show a performance of controller via the simulation.

시맨틱 웹은 정보검색과 웹 기반 시스템 분야의 새로운 추세이다. 본 논문은 시맨틱 점과 온톨로지를 이용하여 점 문서의 변경을 자동으로 사용자에게 알려주는 웹 변경 탐지 시스템의 개발에 관한 것이다. 기존의 웹 변경 탐지 시스템은 구문(syntax) 변화 중심의 변경 탐지인 반면 본 시스템은 의미(semantic) 변화 중심의 변경 탐지에 목표를 둔다. 즉 의미에 변화가 있는 경우만 찾아 알려주어 사용자에게 유용한 정보를 제공한다. 또한 특정 도메인에 중심이 된 변경 사항을 가정하여 사용자가 목표 사이트를 일일이 지정하지 않아도 변경 탐지가 가능하게 하였다. 이를 위하여 특정 도메인을 가정한(컴퓨터 관련 인물 정보) 온톨로지를 구축하고 점 페이지를 이 온톨로지에 따라 변환한 다음 변경 전 페이지와 변경후 페이지를 비교하는 방법을 사용하였다. 실험 결과는 구문 중심의 변경 탐지에 비해 의미 중심의 변경 탐지가 더 유용함을 보인다.

Current web accessibility checks and automatic assessments have been pointed out that the assessment items and scores are evaluated from the developer's point of view rather than from the user's one. In addition, although most of the grades of an automatic assessment on the public web sites are excellent because they are built in accordance with the web accessibility development guidelines, not a few web sites shows relatively low grades in evaluating their usability test made by those users. Taking into account the inadequacy of these web accessibility assessments, this study has identified the differences between the grades of usability evaluations and automatic evaluations for people with low vision and analyzed the major factors affecting web accessibility usability evaluations using Repertory Grid Techniques. Also, the Hard Laddering method of the Means-End Chain theory was adopted to visualize the relationship between Attributes-Conferences-Value and a hierarchical value system analysis based on FGI(Focused Group Interview) to people with the low vision. This study proposed the measures to improve the current web accessibility automatic assessment allocation, expert evaluation criteria, and user task assessment. In particular, it is a web accessibility user evaluation model that can consider the web accessibility quality certification criteria and user review assessment by directly analyzing the user cognitive structure and value system. This study is expected to be useful as a research to enhance the quality of web accessibility assessment.

GIS(Geographic Information System)를 이용하여 공간과 관련된 데이터들을 처리, 분석하고, 이를 정보화하여 의사결정에 이용하려는 많은 응용 예가 있어 많다. 최근에는 이를 일반 사용자들에게까지 폭 넓고 효과적으로 제공하려는 추세를 보이고 있다. 이에 대하여 인터넷을 정보전달 수단으로 하는 Web CIS가 그 대안으로 제시되고 있다. 지반분야에서 또한 Web CIS를 이용하여 지반관련 데이터들을 관리, 분석하고 이들 정보를 폭넓은 사용자들이 활용하도록 하는 방안이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지반데이터를 효율적으로 관리, 제공하기 위한 Web GIS 구축 방안을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 지반데이터의 주요 형태인 시추데이터에 대하여 데이터베이스의 효율적인 구조를 제시, 구축하였다. 또한 지반데이터 기반의 Web CIS에서 요구되는 분석 기능들의 구현과, 일반사용자들이 이를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있는 기법을 연구, 개발하여 국내 터널 현장의 자료에 적용한 결과 성공적인 결과를 도출하였다.

In this paper, we propose a customer personalized system that presents the web pages to users which are customized to their individuality. It analyzes the action of users who visit the shopping mall, and preferentially supplies the necessary information to them. When they actually buy some items, it forecasts the user's access pattern to web site and their following purchasable items and improves their web page on the bases of their individuality. It reasons the relation among the web documents and among the items by using the log data of web server and the purchase information of DB. For reasoning, it employs Apriori algorithm, which is a method that searches the association rule. It reasons the web pages by considering the user's access pattern and time by using the web log and reasons the user's purchase pattern by using the purchase information of DB. On the basis of the relation among them, it appends the related web pages to link of user's web pages and displays the inferred goods on user's web pages.
