교육과학기술부가 원격교원연수원을 2000년 12월부터 지정 인가해 주기 시작한 이래로 지속된 교원 원격연수의 양적 성장에도 불구하고, 연수시간 확보의 어려움, 통신 인프라 문제, 교수자와 학습자간 상호작용의 어려움, 온라인 평가의 공정성 문제, 콘텐츠 갱신의 어려움, 연수생 관리의 어려움 등으로 인해 기대만큼 고품질의 원격연수가 운영되지는 못했다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교원능력개발평가와 연계하여 교원 원격연수의 발전방향을 제시하기 위한 일환으로 16개 시 도 교육연수원에서 분담 개발한 교원능력개발 원격연수 콘텐츠의 시범연수에 참여한 연수생 및 연수운영자의 원격연수에 대한 만족도와 건의사항, 연수시스템의 활용 숙련 수준을 조사하고 분석하였다.

This paper proposed a Web-based training service for product data management by supporting an integrated product data management system, various technical documents. and efficient communication systems. It also supports a general product development process and a consistent product data model that enable participants to experience management of consistent product information during the product development life cycle. The Web based environment of the service also provides participants with a collaborative workplace with other participants and a Web portal for all the components of the service.

The purpose of this study was to provide guidelines for the effective operation of Web-Based Training (WBT) for early childhood teachers. Based on content analysis and questionnaires administered to the 174 current trainees, this research analyzed (1) the educational effectiveness and learner satisfaction, (2) the operation and management, and (3) the system, interface, interaction and communication, motivation and content design of $WBT^{***}$. Results showed that most trainees were very satisfied with the WBT because the program provided plentiful professional information enabling them to pursue their educational objectives along with flexibility of time and space. On the other hand, system stability, communication, motivation, and content design need to be improved. Based on the research results, 8 strategies of effective management of web-based early childhood teacher training were proposed.

웹에서 정보 접근에 대한 폭발적인 주문으로 웹 사용자의 다음 접근 페이지를 예측하는 필요성이 대두되었다. 웹 접근 예측을 위해 마코브(markov) 모델, 딥 신경망, 벡터 머신, 퍼지 추론 모델 등 많은 모델이 제안되었다. 신경망 모델에 기반한 딥러닝 기법에서 대규모 웹 사용 데이터에 대한 학습 시간이 엄청 길어진다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여 딥 신경망 모델에서는 학습을 여러 컴퓨터에 동시에, 즉 병렬로 학습시킨다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 스파크 클러스터에서 다층 Perceptron 모델을 학습 시킬 때 중요한 데이터 분할, shuffling, 압축, locality와 관련된 기본 파라미터들이 얼마만큼 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 그 다음 웹 접근 예측을 위해 다층 Perceptron 모델을 학습 시킬 때 성능을 높이기 위하여 이들 스파크 파라미터들을 튜닝 하였다. 실험을 통하여 논문에서 제안한 스파크 파라미터 튜닝을 통한 웹 접근 예측 모델이 파라미터 튜닝을 하지 않았을 경우와 비교하여 웹 접근 예측에 대한 정확성과 성능 향상의 효과를 보였다.

웹기반 원격연수는 연수자가 교육현장에서 문제해결학습을 통해 주도적으로 문제해결을 수행하도록 구체적이며 실천적인 가능성을 높이는데 중점을 두어야 한다. 수행평가는 교육목표가 실제상황에서 달성되었는지의 여부를 확인하는 것으로 교육문제 해결의 실천적 수행학습을 통해 평가된다. 따라서 본 연구는 초등교원의 원격연수에 대한 인식도 평가결과인 수행평가의 공정성 및 객관성 문제와 원격 연수의 효율적인 평가방법을 반영하고 수행평가결과 처리에 대한 교수자의 과중한 업무 부담을 해소하고 문제수행능력을 신장하는 원격연수 수행평가 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과 문제중심의 학습 상황 제공, 그리고 개인 및 그룹별 상호작용 생성과 웹 기반 협동평가 및 동료평가를 통한 문제중심 수행평가를 제공하는 모형을 개발하였다.

교원 연수에 있어서 웹을 기반으로 한 가상 연수가 앞으로 더욱 늘어날 전망이다. 그러나, 아직까지는 가상 연수는 하드웨어적인 시스템의 측면에서만 평가가 이루어져 왔고, 긍정적인 면만을 연구해 온 감이 없지 않다. 이제는 이러한 시스템 측면을 발전시켜가면서 몇몇 기관에서 선도적으로 시행한 가상 연수 프로그램의 문제점을 분석하고, 개선 방안을 찾아볼 시점이다. 하지만 각 연수 기관에서 이러한 운영상의 문제점들을 자체적으로 분석하고 있을 뿐 비교 평가할 기회가 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 몇 개의 기관에서 시행한 웹 기반 가상 연수 운영에 대한 데이터를 입수하여 비교 분석하고, 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 ICT 활용 교육을 위한 웹 기반 문제중심학습 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구된 웹 기반 문제중심학습의 특성과 모형을 탐색한 후 6개의 구성요소로 시스템을 설계하고 그에 따라 시스템을 학습 안내, 학습 문제, 모둠 학습실, 학습 결과, 학습 도우미, 자유 게시판 등 6개의 요소로 구성하였다. 또한, 구현된 시스템을 실제 ICT 활용 초급자에게 적용한 결과 '웹 기반 문제중심학습 시스템'이 기존의 off-line 강의식 수업 방식에 비해 워드프로세싱 기능 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었고 학습 흥미도, 토론 참여도, 맞춤 클리닉 활용도, 학습자의 태도 변화에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess the efficacy of web-based simulation and high-fidelity simulation on acute heart disease patient care. Methods: The project used a comparative study design with two simulation-based training modalities. A total of 144 nursing students participated in this study: 76 students in a web-based simulation, and 68 students in a high-fidelity simulation. Participants rated their self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, interest in learning, level of stress, satisfaction with the simulation experience, and level of difficulty of the simulation. Results: The scores for self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, and interest in learning including interest in clinical training in the high-fidelity simulation group was higher than in the web-based simulation group. However, there were no significant differences in interest in learning, including interest in nursing knowledge, and in lab training, level of stress, satisfaction with the simulation experience, and level of difficulty of the simulation. Conclusion: A high-fidelity simulation of acute heart disease patient care might be beneficial to developing many more abilities for nursing students than would a web-based simulation. Also, since the web-based simulation improved interest in nursing knowledge, it could be a viable alternative to high-fidelity simulation. Further study is needed to verify the effects of varied levels of simulation-based care with more rigorous outcomes.

A construction site is a highly complex and constantly changing environment, where hazardous areas are difficult to detect if workers lack sufficient knowledge and awareness. Thus, frequent worker safety training is required. Numerous studies on using virtual reality (VR) for safety training were published. While they demonstrate the potential for improving the skills necessary to avoid accidents in the construction industry, they remain difficult to apply at actual construction sites. VR requires specialized hardware and software, limiting workers' access and restricting workers' participation in training sessions. As a result, this paper proposes multiple platforms for immersive virtual reality safety training (VRMP) based on Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) and web technologies such as immersive web (WebXR). The VRMP is compatible with mobile and desktop devices currently by workers and demonstrates scenario models familiar to workers. Also, it reduces development time by utilizing Building Information Models (BIM). Additionally, The VRMP collects data from workers in a virtual environment to assess each worker's safety level, assisting workers in effectively and comfortably gaining a better understanding and raising their awareness. This paper develops a case study based on the VRPM in order to assess its effectiveness.

웹기반 훈련의 장점은 융통성이 있는 교육의 전달, 쉬운 강의전달, 등록을 통한 보안, 쉬운 컨텐츠의 갱신이다. 또한 WBT는 강력한 교수적 환경을 제공하고 있다. WBT의 가장 중요한 교수적 장점은 풍부한 멀티미디어 자료를 학습자한테 제공한다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 교육대학교에서 운영될 컴퓨터교육교과의 교육과정을 제안하고, 제안된 교육과정을 포함하는 컴퓨터교육 교과의 웹기반 훈련시스템을 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 학생의 학습부분, 강사의 교수부분 그리고 운영자의 관리부분으로 구성된다. 또한 시스템의 효율성에 관한 여러 가지의 질문에 대한 답을 학생들에게 받아 본 시스템의 효율성과 약점을 보여준다.
