Most of the current cultivation log is recorded by growers manually or whose environment information is input based on the grower's own judgement. It is not easy for growers to record the image of disease and insect pests in the cultivation log. In this regards, u-Farm cultivation log management system based on Web 2.0 and smart phone is introduced in this paper, that is used for the effective cultivation management and grower's convenience. In the system, the value of environment information is transmitted to servers via sensors. It designs and implements Web 2.0 Flex so as to make the cultivation log more reliable and provide users with active, convenient GUI in case the log is recorded by desktop. In this process, detailed modules are designed by object-oriented UML considering the reusability and maintenance of the system. Moreover, the system introduced in this paper is proved to be more excellent by the qualitative assessment compared with the other researches.

WWW라는 인터넷 서비스로 인해, 네트워크 인프라는 폭발적으로 성장되었고 웹기반 기술은 상상을 초월하는 속도로 발전을 이루어 왔다. 그 기술은 사회 각분야에 많은 영향을 미쳤고, 교육분야도 예외가 아닐 수 없다. 한편 요즘 교육현장에서는 토론이 가지는 장점으로 인해 구성주의적 관점과 수행평가 측면에서 더욱 강조되고 있는 현실이다. 그러나 원격교육 차원에서 웹기반 토론 수업은 매체를 통한 상호작용으로 인해 면대면 토론이 가지는 특성과 많은 차이가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 웹기반 토론 수업을 할 때의 고려점을 살펴보고, 사용되는 지원 시스템의 개발시 고려 요소와 개발 방안을 살펴보기로 한다.

본 연구는 정부 및 공공기관의 보건 관련 웹 사이트들의 웹 접근성을 한국형 지침에 따라 평가하여 장애인이나 노령자들과 같은 정보이용 소외집단들이 겪을 수 있는 문제점들을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 총 27개의 보건 관련 웹 사이트의 접근성을 자동평가 및 전문가 평가를 수행하여 측정하였다. 두 단계의 평가를 실시한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 국립병원이나 국립재활원 등과 같은 의료기관들은 웹 접근성 오류가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 그 외에도 건강보험심사평가원, 보건복지부, 보건사업진흥원, 식품의약품안전처, 그리고, 한국의료분쟁 조정중재원 등은 웹 접근성 준수율이 매우 높았다. 그러나 전문가 평가를 실시한 결과, 자동평가에서는 오류가 없는 것으로 나타났던 적절한 대체텍스트의 제공이 매우 미흡한 것으로 나타났으며, 텍스트 콘텐츠의 명도 대비가 표준에 미치지 않아 전맹자나 저시력자들의 웹 접근성을 지원하기 힘든 것으로 평가되었다. 그 외에도 기본언어표시와 마크업 오류 등 정확한 정보의 전달을 어렵게 하는 문제들이 나타났고, 반복영역 건너뛰기, 콘텐츠 선형화, 그리고 키보드 사용보장을 준수하지 않는 문제들이 발견되어 시각장애뿐 아니라 인지장애 내지 운동장애가 있는 이용자에게는 웹 접근성을 심각하게 방해하는 요소가 될 수 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구는 국내 연구로서는 처음으로 정부 및 공공기관의 보건관련 웹 사이트들의 접근성을 한국형 지침에 따라 평가했다. 또한, 이러한 웹 사이트들을 대상으로 자동 평가로 측정하기 어려운 웹 접근성의 정도와 상세한 내용 분석을 포괄하는 전문가 평가를 수행했다는 점에서 웹 접근성 연구 분야에 기여했다고 볼 수 있다.

기존의 웹 기반 자기 주도적 학습은 학습 능력을 평가할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 시험 능력에 대한 평가도 시험점수로만 제공되어 학습 능력 평가의 객관성, 평가 기준의 모호성 등의 문제가 야기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자 스스로가 학습 능력을 조절하고 학습과정을 평가할 수 있는 자기 주도적 학습 및 시험 능력 평가에 대한 방법을 제안하고, 이를 정보 처리 기사 시험의 필기 과목에 적용하여 구현하였다. 제안된 자기 주도적 학습 및 시험 능력 평가방법은 소속함수와 퍼지추론을 이용하여 학습 시간 및 횟수, 시험 시간 및 점수에 대한 각각의 소속도를 계산하여 학습과 시험 각각에 대한 퍼지 소속도를 계산하고 학습 및 시험에 대한 최종 퍼지 소속도를 계산한다. 제안한 시스템은 기존의 방법에 비해 학습자 스스로 성취도를 평가하기에 용이하며 이후의 학습 계획을 정하는데도 도움이 된다. 이는 구현된 시스템의 이용자들을 대상으로 한 설문에서도 확인할 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 자바 언어를 학습하는데 있어 효율성을 증가시키기 위해 인터넷 기반 자율학습시스템이 제안되었다. 제안된 자율학습시스템은 JWP(Java Web Player)라고 불리며 Java Web Start 기술을 활용하여 웹상에서 실행이 가능한 자바 애플리케이션 프로그램이다. 또한 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 언어를 학습하는데 있어 3가지 중요한 일련의 과정인 개념학습과정, 프로그래밍 실습과정, 그리고 학습 성취도 평가과정을 Java Web Start 기술을 이용하여 JWP에 통합하였다. 제안된 시스템은 학습과정을 교육공학적인 측면에서 멀티미디어 요소를 강화하였기 때문에 학습자가 흥미를 가지고 자발적으로 학습을 할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 더욱이 JWP 에는 효율적인 자바 언어 학습을 위해 학습내용에 대한 설명이 음성으로 출력되며, 이때 이와 관련된 이미지와 텍스트들이 동기화되어 동시에 화면에 표시된다. 더욱이 소스파일의 코딩, 에디팅, 실행 그리고 디버깅 등을 쉽게 할 수 있는 컴파일러가 삽입되어 있어 편리한 자바 언어 실습환경을 제공한다. 마지막으로 각 단원별 돌발퀴즈와 마무리 테스트를 통하여 학습자가 자신의 학습상황을 체크하여 반복학습을 할 수 있도록 유도하였다.

This paper presents web-based virtual laboratory system for electronic and digital circuit experiments. Through our virtual laboratory, the learners will be capable of learning the concepts and theories related to circuit experiments and how to operate virtual experimental equipments such as multimeters, function generators, digital oscilloscopes, DC power suppliers and bread board etc. The proposed virtual laboratory system is composed of important components: Principle Classroom to explain the concepts and theories of electronic and digital circuit operations, Simulation Classroom to provide a web-based simulator to the learners, Virtual Experiment Classroom to provide interactive multimedia contents about the syllabus of off-line laboratory class, Assessment Classroom, and Management System. With the aid of the management System every classroom is organically tied together collaboration to achieve maximum learning efficiency. We have obtained several affirmative effects such as high learning standard, reducing the total experimental hours and the damage rate for experimental equipments.

본 연구는 학습자의 창조적인 사고력 신장을 위한 하나의 시도로서, 교과교육에서 구성주의에 기초한 웹 기반 교수과정이 어떻게 접목될 수 있는지를 탐색하는 가운데, 학습자의 사고력이 신장될 수 있도록 돕는 웹 기반 수업방식에 대한 학습자의 만족도를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 학습자들은 전통적인 수업 방식에 비해 웹 활용 수업 방식에 대한 흥미도와 만족도가 매우 높아 교과에 대한 흥미를 진작시킬 수 있었으며 웹을 통한 학습자의 다양한 상호작용 및 협동학습을 통해 질 높은 교육의 결과를 기대할 수 있다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 본 실험과 함께 실시한 웹 기반 수업방식에 대한 설문 조사에서 학습자의 만족도에는 놀이와 유용성만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 용이성은 만족도에 별 다른 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 유용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 요인은 용이성뿐이며, 용이성은 다시 효능과 지원, 그리고 태도에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this project was to develop an international web-based expert system using principals of artificial intelligence and user-centered design for management of mental health by Korean emigrants. Using this system, anyone can access the system via computer access to the web. Methods: Our design process utilized principles of user-centered design with 4 phases: needs assessment, analysis, design/development/testing, and application release. A survey was done with 3,235 Korean emigrants. Focus group interviews were also conducted. Survey and analysis results guided the design of the web-based expert system. Results: With this system, anyone can check their mental health status by themselves using a personal computer. The system analyzes facts based on answers to automated questions, and suggests solutions accordingly. A history tracking mechanism enables monitoring and future analysis. In addition, this system will include intervention programs to promote mental health status. Conclusion: This system is interactive and accessible to anyone in the world. It is expected that this management system will contribute to Korean emigrants' mental health promotion and allow researchers and professionals to share information on mental health.

본 연구는 웹 기반 데이터베이스 품질에 대한 종합적인 평가모형을 설계하고, 평가지표들의 중요성에 대한 인지도를 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 웹 기반 데이터베이스 평가기준은 크게 데이터영역, 서비스영역, 효과성영역 등 3개 영역의 총 19개 평가지표, 45개 평가요소로 구성되어 있다. 데이터베이스 전문가들과 일반 이용자들을 대상으로 웹 데이터베이스 평가요인의 중요도 인식치를 설문 조사하였는데, 분석된 결과는 데이터베이스 평가에 대한 추후의 보다 심도 있는 연구를 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

As climate change and environmental degradation become more evident, the public's concern and knowledge on sustainable development requires planners to have regards to social impacts and long term economic viability, as well as environmental impacts. The main objective of this study is to analyze existing sustainability assessment tools for single detached houses. The most widely used oversea tools are selected. From analysis on the existing assessment tools, "Impact Estimator" by Athena Institute, "Bees 4.0" by NIST, "CASBEE for Home" by JSBC, "Envest for Housing" by Energy Saving Trust, "LISA" by Center for Sustainable Technology, "SBTool" by iiSBE (International Initiative for Sustainable Built Environment), it can be seen that the current sustainability assessment programs are in need of much improvement. The selected programs are analyzed on scope of program setting & running, data input & output, assessment categories, and strength & weakness. This study is to supplement the existing sustainability assessment tools for single detached houses, and provide information for the development of web-based program to assist architects or home owners to plan sustainable houses in Korea in the schematic design stage.
