The World Wide Web (Web) is one of the most popular internet tool on now, In this reason most of common user, they understand the Web is internet and Web content is also important issues on this side. However, commonly Web content created by one of Web content creator and sometime they refer the another document and link. In these kinds of environments cause tile delivery of incorrect information or linking to another Web user. There are lots of way to protect the incorrect information deliveries to Web user and the most famous one is Computer Supported Cooperation Work (CSCW). This supports the multi-user environment on single system environment, but this needs more additional things in the current internet environment Current internet defined as distributed information network not tile traditional client-server environment. Specially, Intranet environments need to support the heterogeneous system environment like several Rinds of database, systems like PC, Mac and UNIX workstation, and etc. In this reason, we need collaboration and this would serve the common user interface to all of Web user. In these paper, we review the current concept of CSCW and grouoware that are major concept of collaboration and definition, classification and problem analysis of the collaboration. Finally, we suggest the construction method of collaboration environment for Web.

A light guide panel (LGP) is an element of the LCD back light unit, which is used for display devices. In this study, a laser marking process is applied to the fabrication of light guide panels as the new fabrication process. In order to obtain a light guide panel which has high luminance and uniformity, four principal parameters such as power, scanning speed, ratio of line gap, and number of line were selected as important factors. A Web-based design tool was developed to generate patterns of light guide panel, and the tool may assist the designer to develop optimized patterns. Topcon-BM7 was used for luminance measurement of each specimen 100mm$\times$100mm area. By Taguchi method optimized levels of each parameters such as 40W of power, 30mm/s of scanning speed, 100:50 ratio of pattern gap, and 90 line of pattern were found by Taguchi method.

Topcon-BM7 was used for luminance measurement of each specimen with $100mm{\times}100mm$ area. By Taguchi method optimized levels of each parameters were found, and luminance of $3523cd/cm^2$ and uniformity of 92% were achieved using the laser machined BLU.

Government R&D Project Management in Korea has had considerable difficulties because of the lack of project monitoring systems and insufficient communication. The National Program for Tera-level Nanodevices (TND Program) is a ten-year R&D program for commercialization in the area of nano technology. Collaboration and communication among the various participants such as business companies, universities, and government R&D institutes are key success factors in this R&D program. TND Program office has developed a Web-based project management system. This system consists of mostly four sub-management functions: (1) Milestones management of all R&D projects; (2) DR (Design Review) management as the mechanism for checking the performance against milestones; (3) Project activity management using the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure); (4) Budget management. Additionally, it also has many R&D supporting functions such as technology information bulletin board, community management, and visual summary of project progress and performance. This system is effective for monitoring research project as well as measuring project performance of the overall research program. This Web-based system has become the useful tool of R&D moving target mechanism and effective communication and collaboration tool. System features and adoption process of the system are also suggested.

Various contents are needed by many users as more developing the internet technologies. However, the conventional contents service structure can't support these requirements sufficiently. Therefor, the UCC that novel contents type is made based on the Web 2.0 concepts. It is needed the contents authoring tools that can use easily for creating multimedia UCC. In this paper, we analyze problems of exist ActiveX based contents authoring tool and local application based contents editor. we design and propose new authoring system that solve problems of exist system.

Nowadays, Internet shopping malls have been popularized since the broadening of users of Internet and the advantage of on-line purchasing, Small and medium-sized enterprises, however, are still having difficulties in building Internet shopping malls due to the lack of technical knowledge and burdensome expenses. In this paper, we present an implementation of the Web Mall Admin Tool System by the integration of admin menus based on a public program. The system has several advantages of (1) reducing expenses for building a mall site, (2) making possible to build an shopping mall well-suited for the work environment of companies (3) providing available maintenance. Therefore, this provides the solution to enterprises that have trouble with building their own web malls because of expenses and maintenance.

It is required to enhance the value of ISBN as a tool for book search, identification, browsing, and improve the accessability and search capability of library OPAC. Bookmarklet is a small size javascript which can be saved as URL in a web browser bookmark or web page hyperlink. Open source bookmarklet can extract ISBN from web pages and search a book from library OPAC using the ISBN, so it is recognized as a simple but powerful search tool. In foreign countries, commercial library system vendors, libraries, OCLC, etc. are providing bookmarklets which allow a user to search for library holdings and loan information in a real time while he/she is travelling in an online bookshop web page. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed international bookmarklets application examples and proposed LibraryLookup service in which library OPAC and online bookshop can make use of the bookmarklets.

Objectives : Recently, in Sasang Constitution Medicine (SCM), many researchers have studied to construct objective diagnose tool for the SCM type. It is most important to collect correct constitutional clinical data in these studies. Methods : In our work, we construct a web-based system for collecting constitutional clinical data effectively. Results & Conclusion : The system offers 4 types of input programs, which helps to collect clinical information from various hospitals, and performs verification service to minimize input errors. Currently, we have collected about four thousands data using the our system and we will provide several analysis tool in the system for researchers.

인터넷 급속한 발전은 사용자들에게 웹을 통해서 다양한 설문조사를 하는 서비스를 제공한다. 일반 사용자가 웹을 통한 설문지 작성하기 위해서는 웹에 대한 많은 비용과 시간이 필요하고, 전문지식까지 요구된다. 사용자들은 사용하기 편하고 이해하기 쉬운 프로그램을 원하기 때문에 시각 프로그래밍 기법을 이용하는 WYSIWYG 방식의 저작도구가 필요하다. 시각 프로그래밍 기법은 프로그램에 대해서 구체적으로 표현하기 때문에 사용자가 프로그램을 이해하기와 배우기 쉽다. 본 논문에서는 설문지 저작도구로서 시각 프로그래밍기법을 이용한 WAST(Web Survey Authoring Tool)를 구현하였다. WAST는 설문지를 작성할 때 편의성과 신속성을 제공하여 설문지 작성의 효율성을 높이는 설문지 저작도구이다.

The web-based multimedia development tool was implemented to create and edit multimedia contents under the graphic user interface environment with icons. The development process enables the developers to verify the contents being developed by checking for errors, exchanging feedbacks and utilizing the pre-execution feature. By applying the tree structure to the internal data format, the tool uses inherent display features among media objects with time and spatial relations to efficiently process the synchronism of media objects that participate in the presentation and asynchronism according to user interaction.
