With the advent of distributed computing and Web service technologies, lots of users have been requiring services that can conveniently obtain and/or support well-assembled information based on Web. For this reason, we are to construct Automatic Linking Support Systems for generating Web-based integrated information and supporting retrieval information according to user's various requirements. Our system organization is based on client/server system. A server environment consisted of automatic linking engine that can provide lexical analyzing, query processing and integrated document generating functions, and databases that are made of dictionaries, image and URL contents. Also, client environments consisted of Web editor that can generate integrated documents and Web helper that can retrieve them via automatic linking engine and databases. For client's user-friendly interfaces, web editor and helper programs can directly execute by down leading from a server without setup them before inside clients. For reducing server's overheads, Parts of server's executing modules are distributed to clients on which they can be executing. As an implementation of our system, we use the JDK 1.3, SWING for user interfaces like Web editor and helper, RMI mechanism for interaction between clients and a server, and SQL server 7.0 for database development, respectively. Finally, we showed the access procedures of automatic document linking engine and databases from Web editor or Web helper, and results appearing on their screens.

With the advent of Web 2.0, OpenAPIs are becoming an increasing trend to emphasize Web as platform recently. OpenAPIs are used to combine services and generate new services by mashup. However because the standard documents for OpenAPIs do not exist, it may restrict the use of OpenAPIs. Previous studies of OpenAPIs mashup have been limited to tool design or language definition for service combination rather than dynamic composition. On the other hand, Web services that are a software technology implementing SOA provide standard documents such as WSDL to explain each service, UDDI to register it, and SOAP to transfer messages. Thus Web applications can interpret and execute services by using these technologies. Recent works have also been performed to provide semantic features and dynamic composition for SOA. If a dynamic and systematic approach is provided to combine Web services and OpenAPIs, Web applications can provide users with diverse services. In this study, we present a SOA based framework for mashup of OpenAPIs and Web services. The framework supports dynamic composition of OpenAPIs and Web services, where the process of composite services is described in OWL-S. A prototype is provided to validate our framework. The framework is expected to add diversity to typical Web services.

Being able to resolve huge problems deriving from integration of information systems in-house or business to business, the web service that uses the XML standard technology has recently taken a quick dominance the next generation e-business bases. It's one constant concern how to integrate, change, and maintain such systems as based on certain technologies according to the changes to information technology, which is on the ongoing process of evolution. To help solve those problems, OMG suggested a new software architecture called MDA(Model Driven Architecture). MDA runs a process that establishes a platform independent model(PIM), which is an analysis model used as part of the existing development procedures, and automatically converts it into a platform specific model(PSM), a design model, based on the established PIM. Such automatic conversion has lots of benefits including easy support for diverse platforms, reducing the coding time that usually consume a great deal of the developer's effort, and facilitating quality control in the aspect of development processes. By applying the MDA development process to a new web service development, you can choose web service as the target platform at the PIM of MDA and express PSM with a web service model, WSDL. This study set out to classify the web service development or integration processes by the provider md requester to identify the types of web service development processes, and to apply the MDA development process to web service development, thus suggesting a new kind of web service development process that can be referred to by both the web service provider and requester.

The article presents an analysis of innovative teaching technologies as a way to increase students' competitiveness. The author found that innovative technologies in education are information and communication technologies relying on computer-based learning. The structure, content of educational software, organization of Web-space are important when using innovative teaching technologies in English classes. We conducted the study in several stages: comparative analysis, synthesis, classification and systematization of the results of psychological and pedagogical, educational and methodological research; study of legislative acts, periodicals in order to identify the state of the research issue, and determining the directions of its solution, as well as subject, goal and objectives of the study. We used modelling to create situations of foreign language professional communication of future IT specialists. Empirical methods involved questionnaires used for identifying the motives of professional development and determining the features of the educational activities of future IT specialists in the process of training. The methods of mathematical statistics allowed to scientifically describe and systematize the obtained data, to identify the quantitative relationship between the studied phenomena, to analyse and summarize the results. We conducted a socio-psychological study during 2016 - 2019. It involved 255 first- and fourth-year students of National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Poly-technic Institute." Innovative information and communication technologies that improve the educational and cognitive activity of students, as well as increase the level of their knowledge have become important in teaching a foreign language in higher educational institutions. These technologies include MOODLE - Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment, business game, integrated pedagogical technology, case study technology. Thus, the information-rich learning process in combination with the use of innovative technologies, well-organized e-learning, interactive training courses, multimedia tools improves the program of teaching and learning foreign languages in general, and English in particular, improves the level of knowledge of future IT specialists and motivation to study and learn foreign languages, allows students to use a variety of authentic materials. We state that all these factors influence the process of individualization of learning and contribute to the successful mastery of a foreign language.

In recent years, with the advent of e-Commerce the need for personalized services and one-to-one marketing has been emphasized. To be successful in increasingly competitive Internet marketplace, it is essential to capture customer loyalty. In this paper, we provide an intelligent agent approach to incorporate human sensibility into an one-to-one recommendation service in cyber shopping mall. Our system exploits human sensibility ergonomics and on-line preference matching technologies to tailor to the customer the suggestion of goods and the description of store catalog. Customizing the system`s behavior requires the parallel execution of several tasks during the interaction （e. g., identifying the customer`s emotional preference and dynamically generating the pages of the store catalog）. The recommendation agent system composed of five modules including specialized agents carries on these tasks. By presenting goods that are consistent with user interests as well as user sensibility, the accuracy and satisfaction of the recommendation service may be improved.

Method of designing and implementing the XML Gateway is proposed for supporting the data movement between the Legacy databases. XML technologies, Oracle XML Utility, and JDeveloper are used for this purpose. The data in Legacy database are extracted by XSQL pages, parsed, transformed by XSL, and finally saved by XMLHttprequest object of XSQL servlet. With the help of the implemented system, an assigned operator does not have to handle the database with the SQL＊Plus tools. In addition, the data movement is easily carried out by using the familiar Web interface offered by system.

Electric utility companies have the responsibility of providing good electricity for their customers. They have introduced the DAS(Distribution Automation System) to automate the power distribution networks. DAS engineers require state-of-the-art applications, such as a way to actively manage the distribution system and gain economic benefits from a flexible DAS architectural design. The existing DAS is not capable of handling these needs. It requires operator intervention whenever feeder overloading is detected while operator error could cause the feeder overload area to be extended. It also utilizes a closed architecture and it is therefore difficult to meet the system migration and future enhancement requirements. This paper represents a web based, platform-independent, flexible DAS architectural design and active database application. Recent advanced Internet technologies are fully utilized in this new DAS architecture allowing it to meet the system migration and future enhancement requirements. By using an active database, the DAS can minimize the feeder overloading area in the distribution system without operator intervention, thereby minimizing mistakes due to operator error.

A special library using Web 2.0 technologies should explore a new service to meet appropriately the needs for users. By applying the RSS and OPEN API, this paper developed a new information service for the Korea Institute of Public Finance(KIPF). In order for the library to sustain in the future challenges, it should participate actively in the developments of new strategic options and technological changes.
