This paper proposes a Web Based Online Outage Cost Assessment and Information System(WOOCAIS) for power system outage cost assessment. The proposed WOOCAIS is a kind of web based survey method for outage cost assessment. While conventional survey methods have done outage cost assessment based on survey paper lists collected by post mail or visiting customers, the proposed WOOCAIS is a web based online survey operation and assessment system. Therefore, it can curtail expenditure for survey and also is more convenient than conventional method. It will be set up for actual outage cost assessment system of KEPCO in South Korea in the near future. The WOOCAIS will be applied in various research and actual planning and operation areas. First of all, the assessed results may be not only applied as one of objective function for generation system and grid expansion but also operational planning problems in power system.

As student-centered learning grows, formative peer assessment practices have been universally used in various fields. According to the review of traditional peer assessment practices, the formative peer assessment has five common stages: planning, assessing (giving feedback), receiving feedback, reflection, and revising. As the each stage of traditional formative peer assessment has some weaknesses, the study discusses solutions that are recommended for dealing with the problems by introducing the potential benefits of web-based peer assessment. Then, desirable future trends of web-based peer assessment are suggested. The author hopes that understanding the potential benefits of web-based formative peer assessment will promote the proper use of peer assessment and render positive effect on student learning.

본 연구는 Web기반의 CAD를 이용한 지리정보시스템으로 시스템 설계자, 운영자, 이용자에게 보다 편리하고 다양한 기능을 제공하기 위해 이루어 졌다. 시스템 구현은 공간자료를 이용하여 HTML, Java Script, ASP, Whip ActiveX Control로 사용자 인터페이스를 구현하였으며 다음과 같은 특징을 갖는다. 첫째, 시스템 설계자는 기존의 Web과 CAD에 대한 기초적인 지식만 있으면 구축이 가능하도록 하였다. 이를 위해 시스템구조는 2계층(2-Tier)으로 단순화하였다. 위치정보는 DWF를 이용한 파일시스템으로 구축하였으며, 속성정보는 확장성을 고려하여 DBMS를 이용하였다. 둘째, 시스템 운영자에게는 고가의 공간엔진을 구입하지 않고도 기존의 Web 방식만으로도 지리정보시스템을 독립적으로 구동할 수 있도록 함으로서 경제성을 갖도록 하였다. 셋째, 인터넷 이용자에게는 고차원적 GIS 기능은 없애고 표현과 검색 기능 중심으로 간략 명료하게 설계하였다. 주요기능은 정보검색, 지도조작, 인쇄 기능 등으로 하며, 필요에 따라 손쉽게 기능추가가 가능하도록 하였다. 이상과 같이 구현된 시스템은 기존 문자나 이미지 중심 방식보다 벡터 방식을 이용하므로 용량이 적을 뿐만 아니라 속도가 매우 빠르다. 또한, 이러한 시스템은 도시의 주요 상권 관광 홍보에 이용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지자체에서 보유하고 있는 벡터지도를 이용할 경우 적은 비용으로 손쉽게 시스템을 구현할 수 있다. 또한, 민간 인터넷 시장에도 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

The Purpose of this research was to investigate the financial service tools for financial planning on the internet. First of all, what kinds of financial service tools were available was looked into and secondly, the sufficiency and the validity of the tools were examined. The deep search of 20 financial service related web-sites was confirmed on June of 2002. The results revealed that there were a variety of calculator for banking and investing and other planning tools. The financial service tools for financial planning looked somewhat abundant, however, the validity of the tools was not high sufficient.

This study was conducted to develop a web expert system for nutrition counseling and menu management. This program manipulates a food, dish and menu and search database that has been developed. Clients can select a recommended general and therapeutic menu using this system. The web expert system can analyze nutrients in menus and compare nutrient contents of menus with Korean Recommended Dietary Allowances. It can access the food, dish and menu database. The expert menu database can insert, store and generate the synthetic information of age, sex, and therapeutic purpose of disease. With investigation and analysis of the client's needs, the menu planning program on the internet has been continuously developed. This system consists of the database that reaches to the food composition, the dishes and the menu. Clients can search food composition and conditional food based on nutrient name and amounts. This system is able to draw up the food with its order in dish. The menu planning can be organized and nutrients analysis can be compared with Korea Recommended Allowance. This system is able to read the nutrient composition of the each food, the dish and the menu. The results of analysis is presented quickly and accurately. Therefore it can be used by not only usual people but also dietitians and nutritionists who take charge of making a menu and experts in the field of food and nutrition. It is expected that the web expert system can be useful of nutrition education, nutrition counseling and expert menu management.

This study was intended to develop an efficient web-based instruction materials in clothing unit. The clothing unit was chosen because this unit was supposed to be appropriate to analyze and utilize web. By using languages of html asp, the study developed web materials to use this unit and constructed this unit into web site. Finally the study tried to examined educational effect by performing the constructed web site and representing some ways which can be applied in the classroom. The result of this study can be summed up as follows: $\circled1$The web materials were developed with steps of planning longrightarrowdesigninglongrightarrowdevelopmentlongrightarrowevaluation. In each step detailed activities, content analysis examples of developed materials, which presents the concrete procedures and directions were specified. $\circled2$The web materials were developed to be able to change an add up the materials in the web site. $\circled3$The web materials were developed by teaching-leaning model and the lesson plan, and then they are applied. $\circled4$Instruction materials were developed according to the lesson plan and in concrete ways.

의사결장지원시스템은 다양한 분야에 적용되어 왔으며, 그 중 수자원 및 수질 관련 분야에도 다각적으로 적용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 미 농무성의 자연자원보전국(NRCS, Natural Resources Conservation Service)에서 개발한 유출곡선법(Curve Number Method)과 EMC(Event Mean Concentration)을 사용한 L-THIA(Long-Term Hydrologic Impact Assessment) 수문/수질 모형을 강우자료 데이터베이스, 웹기반 지리정보시스템, 웹 사용자 편의 시스템과 통합한 수문/수질 L-THIA web 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다. L-THIA web은 도시계획가나 지방자치단체, 또는 지방의 공동체가 사용할 수 있도록 쉽고 단순한 사용자 편의 시스템을 제공하고 있으며, 미국의 50개 본토의 주와 카운티(County) 이름으로 기상자료와 수문토양분류(Hydrologic Soil Group)을 인터넷 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 제공하고 있다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 및 지역공동체의 실무자를 사용자로 수문/수질 평가 및 관리를 위한 시스템으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Recently, industrial business environments have rapidly changed and face severe competitive challenges. The effective inventory system enables to product and deliver the products quickly for meeting due date of customer's order in this environment. This study have developed a web-based inventory system framework using RFID for a plastic injection molding industry. The system analysis inventory problem issues such as inventory planning, warehouse assignment. In this study, web-based inventory system using Java language is proposed and implemented. As the result of implementation of the system, we expected that it manages to inventory planning continually and systematically.

At present, EDI system is indispensable process in Port and e-logis industry. Using EDI system service has been variably applicable Client/Server system base on 2-Tier, Web EDI and skill oriented distribution object. Up to date, EDI System has been Closed. Moreover it raised several points on User. For settling the problem, A study make progress with Web EDI system, XML/EDl system, distribution object technology based on 3-Tier. This Study produce several EDI system and Service. With a Result of study as the central figure, All kinds of System and Service make a comparative study synthetically in port and e-logis industry. As a result of Study, this paper make an Model Construction Planning for estimating the Port EDI System.
