Purpose As the amount of data became enormous, it became a time when more efforts were needed to find the necessary information. Curation is a new term similarly to the museum curator, which is a service that helps people to collect, share, and value the contents of the Internet. In SNS, hash tag is used for emotional vocabulary to be transmitted between users by using (#) tag. Design/methodology/approach As the amount of data became enormous, it became a time when more efforts were needed to find the necessary information. Curation is a new term similarly to the museum curator, which is a service that helps people to collect, share, and value the contents of the Internet. In SNS, hash tag is used for emotional vocabulary to be transmitted between users by using (#) tag. Findings This study base on seven emotional sets such as 'Happy', 'Angry', 'Sad', 'Bad', 'Fearful', 'Surprised', 'Disgusted' to construct 327 emotional seeds and utilize the autofill function of web browser to collect 1.5 million emotional words from emotional seeds. The emotional dictionary of this study is considered to be meaningful as a tool to make emotional judgment from unstructured data.

The fusion research subjects of Oriental medicine and Information-Technology are actively advanced. These researches provide Oriental medicine the objectivity and support the infra to all study area of Oriental medicine. This paper considers the inside and outside of the country technical development trend of ontology research by analyzing papers and going through case study. It executed information analysis about changes to number of research papers, present state and star higher officer of research facility from the dissertation which it sees. It is known that our country research result is slight so far in quantity and quality as result of analysis. But hereafter it contains many developmental possibilities. Also it reflects the appearance and a growth of new field like bio-informatics biology. In the area of medicine, ontology used to define the terminology for information documentation and the medical terms linked up by high correlation. Also medical information system developed briskly using ontology technology. The ontology of traditional korean medicine play an important role in base infra of traditional korean medicine EHR(Electronic health record).

Current many software development projects gradually develop large volume of complex and changeable system. Architecture driven methodology is used for developing softwares like CBD (Component Based Development) or PLE (Product Line Engineering). To improve the development and maintainability in such an environment, the first of all needs the flexible and extensible architecture. This paper suggests the CBD application framework that has the flexbile and extensible architecture for improving development productivity and maintainability. In this paper, we also show basic performances of our suggested framework, comparing to a well-known web application framework, Struts.

최근 국, 내외에서 생물정보학 데이터베이스 구축이 활발히 진행되어 왔고, 각 바이오 정보 시스템의 데이터 통합 연구가 진행 중이다. 대표적인 바이오 데이터베이스 시스템인 GenBank, DDBJ, EBML 등은 같은 의미의 데이터라 하더라도 각 시스템의 내부 데이터 구조 및 데이터 표현 형식이 상이하여 통합에 어려움이 따른다. 이를 해결하기 위해 통합 데이터 형식을 지원하는 웹 서비스 기반 데이터 통합 방식이 제안되고 있다. 현재 국내 웹 서비스 기반의 바이오 정보 제공 사이트들은 SOAP을 이용한 단순 메시지 전달 기법으로 초보적인 단계라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SOAP을 이용한 단순한 메시지 전달 기법만이 아닌 레지스트리 서버 검색을 통해 서비스 제공자를 찾고, WSDL문서를 분석한 후 사용자에게 검색 메소드를 제공함으로써 빠르고 정확한 서비스를 제공하여 기존에 구축된 시스템의 단점을 보완한다. 또한 상이한 스키마로 이루어진 데이터들을 효과적으로 통합하기 위해 온톨로지를 이용한 웹 서비스 기반 바이오 정보 시스템을 제안하고 구현한다.

In the web, the Personalization considering individual's habits and tastes is attracting the internet service companies and internet users in order to realize a custom-oriented e-CRM. that is, the Personalization is leaping the new competitive strategy of e-business. In this thesis, first I studies on the Personalization which is the base of e-CRM emphasized the custom relationship in the internet. second, I researched the ways of marketing strategy to realize the Personalization using the e-CRM as well as the problems of Personalization based on the current one-to-one marketing. finally, I showed the new Personalization adopting permission marketing of Seth Godin the vice-chairman of marketing department in yahoo.com for the better e-CRM.

Today information is important for man and total fields. Science field is not exception. Currently information age things of information is only useful for man and total industry. So bioinformation is necessary of biodiversity in broadly wide and detailed information. Among information, bioinformation of biodiversity is important and utilization of living things. Among them, the mushroom(higher fungi) are an Important part in ecosystem as a decomposer responsible for recycling materials . Many living things today, however, have endangered by environmental pollution and ecological destruction. The higher fungi also are not exception. Mushroom has been used for food sources, pharmacy and forests resources from ancient times. Among biodiversity, database of mushroom is very necessary for university, institute and industry. This DB contains four items of native mushroom(higher fungi) from Korea. first item contain species, genus, family, order class, ad division according to the classification. Second item contain pharmaceutical purpose, food source, culture, toxic, anti-cancer of the application. Third item contain symbiosis, rotten trees of the ecological resources. Fourth item contain geographical distribution and illustrated literature. Information system is also available using KRISTAL II for searches on the WEB in URL http://ruby. kisti. re. kr/～mushroom

The laser/arc hybrid welding process is a new process combining the laser beam and the arc as welding heat source. The laser beam and arc influence and assist one another. By application of hybrid welding, synergistic effects are achievable, and disadvantage of the respective processes can be compensated. The laser-arc hybrid welding process has good potential to extend the field of applications of laser technology, and provide significant improvements in weld quality and process efficiency in manufacturing applications. This review analyses the recent advances in the fundamental understanding of hybrid welding processes using the works of the data base of Web of Science (SCI-Expanded) since the 2000 year. The research activity on the hybrid welding has been become more actively since 2006, especially in China, presenting the most research papers in the world. Since the hybrid welding process was adopted in manufacturing of the automobile in Europe in the early of 2000's, its adopting is widely expanded in the field of manufacturing of automobile, ship building, steel construction and the other various industry. The hybrid welding process is expected to advance toward higher productivity, higher precision, higher reliability through the mixing of high power and flexible fiber laser or disk laser and digitalized pulsed arc source.

Ministry of Land, Transportation and Marine Affairs has implemented Construction CALS project for improving informatization level of construction industry and for making construction production system efficient. Construction CALS project has been implemented since 1998, however, there has been no attempt to measure how high the informatization level of Construction CALS is. This study measured the informatization level of Construction CALS by using the evaluation index proposed in the former studies. For measuring the level, this study made questions and selected samples, did survey, and analyzed the survey results. According to the results, Construction CALS is excellent for the fast rehabilitation of system errors, the web-base environment of system, the application of standard classification system, and the development of information strategic plan. This study will contribute to find out the informatization level of Construction CALS precisely.

Recently, IT-based environment is changing rapidly as changing in web services platform, evolution of cloud computing environments and expanding the base of a smart market. Accordingly, monitoring development of environment is changing quickly. So a customizable SaaS-based monitoring tool is required to provide monitoring services. It has to support a variety of environmental monitoring and a resource managers with requested information, and by an enhanced monitoring framework in clouding environment of management system. In this paper, the 3D viewer for the management of sensor node management system was designed and built. Through the 3D viewer by enhancing the accessibility and visibility, the sensor network will allow resources to be used efficiently.

The Purpose of this study is to Identify and analyze the factors that determine the survival or success of internet-based companies in the start-up phase. The reason why we focus on companies which are in the early stage of development is because internet business is still at its early stage, and statistics indicate that many internet businesses have failed during the start-up phase. Using the model of new product outcomes proposed by Cooper(1979), we have formulated a conceptual model for more successful internet business ventures. On the basis of this model, the relationship between the financial and non-financial performance and various variables in the model is analyzed. For collecting empirical data, a web-based survey questionnaire was designed. A total of 97 usable questionnaires were gathered from internet companies nationwide. The results showed that controllable variables such as the commercial entity and information acquired during the new business process are related to the non-financial performance, while environment variables such as the compatibility of the resource base of the firm with the business, including a few controllable variables, are related to the financial performance. Future research needs to explore more precisely how the success factors are different according to the types of internet businesses and/or the stages of growth of the business.
