본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 교육매체에 익숙해져 있는 유아를 대상으로 하는 웹기반 환경교육용 2D 애니메이션을 설계하였다. 유아들에게 환경오염의 심각성을 일깨우고, 지속적인 환경교육을 통한 교육 효과의 질적 향상을 위하여 유치원에서 환경교육 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 환경오염 중에서 토양오염을 주제로 애니메이션을 제작하고 내레이션을 통하여 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 구현하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to take a look at the current use of multimedia technology in the casino gaming industry. In Las Vegas, there are many things competing for attention, and capturing viewers' interests cannot be effectively accomplished with static posters or flyers at the front desk. What is at stake is billions of dollars in revenue. So understanding the use of multimedia technology in the pursuit of that revenue is a must. Las Vegas has developed some very innovative ways for the use of multimedia technologies that the rest of the business and medical world will soon adapt. Vegas recently faces major competition from Maco for the international business. Maintaining a high level of customer service is paramount in keeping its customer base.

일반적으로 플랜트에서 선비나 기기의 이상이 발생한 경우 신속히 발견해서 조치를 취해야 한다. 따라서 기존의 감시제어 시스템 에서는 운영자가 항상 운영실의 컨트롤 모니터 앞에 상주하게 된다. 그러나 이러한 방식은 인력활용 면에서 비효율적이며 시간적, 공간적 제약이 뒤따른다. 그러나 웹 기반으로 제작된 감시제어 소프트웨어는 인터넷을 통해 배포되고 설치되며 또한 인터넷 망을 통한 중앙시스템 접근이 가능하므로 시간적, 공간적 제약을 상당히 줄일 수 있다. 본 연구는 웹 환경 기반의 분산제어시스템 소프트웨어 개발에 관한 내용이다.

본 논문은 Web 환경에서의 사용자의 권한을 검증하고 권한에 대한 이중적인 접근제어 서비스를 제공하는 역할기반의 WAC 시스템의 블럭 설계서를 제안한다. WAC 시스템은 User Interface Block, Access Control Block, Cipher module Block, DataBase로 구성 되며, WAC 시스템의 기능분류모델을 이용한 Block의 세부사항과 WAC 시스템 기본 Bock(Access Control Bock)의 기본 기능 설계 및 사용자 접근제어 기능 설계, DES 기반의 암호 Bock 기능 설계, 인터페이스 설계 대한 WAC 시스템의 전체적인 Block 설계 에 대하여 기술한다.

We enhance the stability of SaeManGeum Drainage Sluice Gate Bridge. We prevent a destruction disaster of it. We extend the life cycle of it. So We have developed the safety control system to manage the facility of bridge to the continuance. In this study, sensitive sensor and measuring instrument has been taken to consider the characteristic of the box-girder type concrete bridge. And CDMA type has adapted for wireless communication. Control program has been developed on web base. In this program, the advanced systems have applied like this; the setup of control range for management from the statistical analysis, the evaluation system for force and deformation and the control system for a heavy vehicle permit.

협력적 여과 시스템은 사용자가 검색하고 읽었던 웹문서를 기반으로 사용자 군집을 생성하여 웹문서의 정확한 추천을 가능하게 한다. 이러한 목적으로 설계된 다양한 알고리즘이 있으나 속도가 느리거나 정확도가 낮다는 등의 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 협력적 여과 시스템을 위한 효과적인 사용자 군집 알고리즘인 CUG알고리즘은 사용자 군집을 생성하기 위해 Apriori 알고리즘, Native Bayes 알고리즘을 이용한다. Apriori 알고리즘은 연관 단어 지식 베이스를 구축하고, Native Bayes 알고리즘은 구축된 연관 단어 지식 베이스에 가중치를 추가하며, 사용자가 검색하여 읽은 웹문서를 클래스별로 분류한다. CUG 알고리즘은 분류된 웹문서를 기반으로 하여 사용자 군집을 만든다. 이러한 방법으로 설계된 CUG 알고리즘은 사용자들이 사용할 문서를 미리 검색하여 저장함에 의해 정보검색의 효율성을 향상시키는데 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 설계한 CUG 알고리즘의 선능을 평가하기 위하여 기존의 K-means 방법과 Gibbs샘플링 방법에 의한 군집과 비교한다.

지식 베이스(Knowledge Base)는 주어진 질의 문에 대한 잠재적인 답과 답에 대한 단서가 될 수 있는 구조화된 형태의 정보를 포함하고 있기 때문에 질의응답 시스템에서 매우 중요하다. 하지만 비록 DBpedia, Freebase, YAGO 등과 같이 이용 가능한 여러 개의 지식 베이스가 존재함에도 불구하고 이러한 지식 베이스에 포함되어 있는 정보는 웹(Web)상에 존재하는 정보에 비하면 매우 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 무제한 정보 추출 기술을 이용하여 정형화되지 않은 텍스트로부터 트리플(Triple)을 추출하고, 추출된 트리플의 각 개체 및 관계 어휘를 대상 온톨로지(Ontology) 상의 어휘에 사상시킴으로써 지식 베이스를 확장 시키는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 무제한 정보 추출 방법과 명확화(Disambiguation) 기술이 지식 베이스를 확장시키는데 어떻게 사용될 수 있고, 어떠한 요소가 전체 시스템의 주된 성능 저하를 일으키며 개선되어야 하는지 알아보도록 한다.

전국에 분포하고 있는 분산형 전원설비의 구성요소와 발전소에 대한 정보를 축적하여 개인 사업자 및 공급자가 해당 정보를 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 웹기반의 통합관리시스템을 구축하였다. 대표적인 분산형 전원설비인 태양광 발전소와 풍력 발전소의 구성요소 사양들과 전국 발전소의 설치 및 발전용량들에 대한 데이터를 축적하여 데이터베이스화하였다. 축적된 데이터베이스는 웹기반의 통합관리시스템으로 구축되어 사용자가 쉽게 정보를 검색하여 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 각 발전소의 실시간 모니터링을 통한 데이터는 통계기법을 통하여 수익성을 평가할 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용 가능하도록 하였다. 향후 비즈니스 모델을 활용하여 통합관리시스템의 지속적인 운영이 가능하도록 한다.

This paper is to provide a provision, in the system of virtual studying on the base of web, that can be used when learners(student) don't feel interesting anymore in the situation of unit studying and wanders in virtual space. No doubt, It's possible to provoke learner's interesting with providing such as fine multi-media, graph, and animation. But This study propose a method for learner who is apt to tired of studying although activity program is developing.

It is needed to evaluate information systems actively which has already developed to improve future performance of the organization and foster the activation of information system. The introduction or development of information system also can bring about a organizational success. To measure exactly the organizational performance of information systems, it is needed to develop a new valuation model for a specific information system from a objective pint of view, as well as to equip a standard methodology using BSC measurement. The information system valuation from a objective point of view is of importance as the basic information for the decision to obtain information system. This paper takes aim at investigating a new information system valuation model and developing a information system valuation system using case-based reasoning for predicting currency value of information system in each organization. A new information system valuation system is developed as a web-enabling base. Using this, users are able to estimate the value of specific information system on a real time efficiently.
