Due to the complex registration & downloading process of the native applications, and, software and their non-standardized APIs, mobile web application is now being an alternative software for smartphones. Hybrid web application, one of the types of mobile software, because develop and has reasonable performance by using the webkit engined in smartphones. It can be easily developed by using the exiting programming skill such as HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Additionally these programming techniques can be easily used in any smartphone regardless of its platforms. Most smartphones have a webkit engine or web rending engine for high performance and smooth display in web browser. Webkit is now equipped in iPhone and Android phone. In this paper, we try to find out by comparison that the various aspects of webkit APIs of iPhone & Android phone, such as screen font size, screen orientation, touch event, gesture event and their performance. We also evaluated which one is more convenient for developers when making web programs using webkit. As a result, we found out that webkit in iPhone has more excellent performance than Android.

Internet application for education has drawn interests in recent time. Usually the method of communication was unidirectional, which means teachers posted educational material on a server and students received them. Even the usage of WWW can't overcome the restriction of unidirectional communication problem. In order to solve this problem, researchers and commercial vendors began to provide packages for bidirectional solution. WBT(Web Based Test) is important subject in this viewpoint. In this paper, the development and application of the 'Module Study' will be presented. The system realize the powerful personalized tutoring, which is even beyond the capability of conventional WBT, and propose a new direction of Web Based Learning.

This paper discusses the development of the educational simulator for the electricity spot market in korea. The interaction between lectures and users can be much enhanced via the web-based programs which result in the student's teaming effectiveness on an electricity spot market. However the difficulties for developing web-based application programs are that there can be the numerous unspecified users to access the application programs. To overcome the aforementioned multi-users problem and to develope the educational simulator, we have revised the system architecture, the modeling of application programs, and database which efficiently and effectively manages the complex data sets related to an electricity spot market. The developed application program is composed of the physical three tiers where the middle tier is logically divided into two kinds of application programs. The divided application programs are interconnected by using the Web-service based on XML (Extended Markup Technology) and HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) which make it possible the distributed computing technology.

Various web_based ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) are developed as the Internet is popularized in If or non If fields. Web2.0 refers to a new service models based by a community oriented philosophy. This creates new opportunities for technology providers and service. The agricultural technology information service in the base of open source technology provide opportunities for increased distribution and visibility to farmer and general user. We would like to find out vest service models and platform that will find new ways of agriculture technology information service. This study suggests that these new agriculture information service strategy in new paradigm of web 2.0. should be revised and adapted to Open API and new applied strategy in agriculture should be developed considering the impact of web 2.0.

To develop a business system of enterprise, there are so many problems such as increasing development time, cost, expanding network traffic, extension cost of network, and efficiency deterioration. In this paper, we propose the web application development tool based on XForms that is standard that can come up with solution problems of existing web program. This tool applied concept and specification of XForms to development environment. And it can efficiently implement X-internet.

광범위하게 이용하고 있는 웹은 기존에 텍스트나 이미지만을 제공하던 정적인 정보에서 사용자 위주의 서비스 중심으로 변화하고 있다. 웹 환경의 변화는 Web Services를 등장 시켰고 산업계에서 이미 이를 위한 표준화 작업 및 표준에 따른 Web Services 개발을 주력하고 있다. 이에 Web Services를 이용한 어플리케이션 개발이 또 다른 소프트웨어 공학적 이슈로 대두되어 그를 위안 연구가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 Web Services 어플리케이션 개발을 위한 목표 지향 분석 방안을 제시하고 결론과 시멘틱 웹 의 표현 기준의 하나인 DAML로 변환하는 알고리즘이 향후 연구되어야 할 과제임을 논한다

In a web 2.0 environment, as a wide range of web services are being utilized, it requires quick and convenient way to develop web applications. For this purpose, the framework has been recently introduced and has been applied to web applications. However, software quality application model has not been presented for the web application using framework. In this paper, we develop web application, online library system using a number of frameworks. The system allows users to freely share book information. In order to evaluate the system, we present new software quality evaluation model for web applications using framework. The five quality attributes, functionality, usability, efficiency, maintainability, stability are defined based on the international standard for software quality evaluation, ISO/IEC 9126-2. We also propose the evaluation metrics for the web application using framework and perform quantitative evalzuation for the online library system.

Owing to the rapid supply of mobile devices, the requirements of users for new mobile software has increased and software vendors (developers) should be able to provide software fast and appropriately. On the other hand, the mobile application in a mobile platform architecture should pass through a complex process to provide the modified mobile application to users and cannot provide an update quickly and immediately. On the other hand, the use of the mobile web is growing because a mobile web can provide an immediate modification of various update requirements to users. Therefore, this paper proposes a dynamic configuration technique for enhancing the productivity of the mobile web development and maintenance in this paper.

In middle and high school to learn engineering principles to Experiments in space and time constraints and difficulties for the study of engineering principles to the problem is superficial. In this paper, Pascal's principles etc. learning about fluid mechanics and implemented in Web Browser, In connection with flash and HTML, and simulation and virtual experiments is to implement interesting. Of fluid mechanics education through engineering design and web design through the actual web server is implemented on the Internet over broadband. Department of Education, this study fluid dynamics and the Internet will contribute to the development of distance education.
