As the advance of multi-platform and multi-channel online services, brokerages are now offering three representative online trading systems - HTS(Home Trading Systems), WTS(Web Trading Systems), MTS(Mobile Trading Systems). In this study we investigated and compared the impact of different systems on the performance of brokerages. Using the panel data of 29 brokerages of 4 periods, we empirically tested the impact of online trading systems and the commissions of trading services. We found out that there exist some differences between the impacts of online trading systems based on the platforms. HTS was identified as the main platform for online trading services. However the role of MTS was also significantly identified while WTS showed no significant impact on the brokerage performances. Commission also showed significant negative impact in case of HTS and MTS platforms. Finally, offering MTS was identified as the significant dummy variable influencing the performance of brokerages. The results provides some implication for the multi-platform strategy for online services.

There has been an influx of traders and researchers eager to gain a better understanding of the market due to the rapid growth of the FOREX market. Traders with varying degree of experience are also often inundated with information, analysis methods as well as trading rules when making a trading decision on buying/selling a currency exchange pair. Thus, this paper reviews the current computational tools and analysis methods used within the FOREX trading community and proposes the development of a web-based trading platform with e-learning features to support beginners. Novice traders could also benefit from the use of the proposed e-learning trading platform as it helps them gain valuable knowledge and navigate the FOREX market in real-time. Even experienced traders would find it useful as the platform could be used for actual trading and acts as a reference point to understand the reasoning behind the certain technical analysis implementation that are still unclear to them.

In December 1999, the AICPA introduced WebTrust, a electronic commerce assurance service of ensuring safe trading on the web, in order to effect consumer confidence into electronic commerce. Shortly afterwards, CPA associations of other advanced nations, such as Canada, Australia, also adopted this service. This study focuses on introduction of electronic commerce assurance service of ensuring safe trading on the web. WebTrust assurance service expected to be the international standard in electronic commerce in the near future and not only as a source of income for domestic accounting firms, which have simpler income structure than the international counterparts, but also as catalyst for stimulating electronic commerce. The findings of the study are expected to contribute to accounting practice, academy of accounting and electronic commerce firms in the following ways. Domestically, as Korea is considering using the electronic commerce assurance service, this study will help promote adoption of WebTrust assurance service. This study has shown, in the midst of declining income of accounting firms by audit, a way to increase their audit boundary.

In this paper, we design and implement practical application service using VoiceXML. And we suggest new solutions of problems can be occurred when implementing a new systems using VoiceXML, based on the fact. Up to now, speech related services were developed using API (Application Program Interface) and programming languages, which methods depend on system architectures. It thus appears that reuse of contents and resource was very difficult. To solve these problems, nowadays, companies develop their applications using VoiceXML. Advantages of using VoiceXML when developing services are as follows. First, we can use web developing technologies and technologies for transmitting web contents. And, we can save labors for low level programming like C language or Assembler language. And we can save labors for managing resources, too. As the result of these advantages, we can reduce developing hours of applications services and we can solve problem of compatibility between systems. But, there's poor grip of actual problems can be occurred when implementing their own services using VoiceXML. To overcome these problems, we implemented interactive stock trading system using VoiceXML and concentrated our effort to find out problems when using VoiceXML. And then, we proposed solutions to these problems and analyzed strong points and weak points of suggested system.

현재 우리나라에서는 현대인들의 일상이 갈수록 각박해져가고 있어 성인들이 어릴 적 감성으로 돌아가 온라인에서 여러 가지 문화들을 접하게 되면서 몇 년 전부터 일명 키덜트 세대가 등장해 현재 장난감 수집 취미를 가지고 있는 사람들이 많이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 현재 온라인상에서 개인 간의 장난감 거래를 위한 정형화된 시스템이 존재하지 않아 메이저 포털 사이트의 카페를 이용하고 있어 전문적인 지식 습득과 상호 간의 정보 공유가 어렵고 장난감 거래를 하면서 보안이나 사기 피해에 노출되고 있어 이를 개선하는 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 장난감 거래 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 상용화되고 있는 다양한 거래 및 중개 시스템들의 장단점을 분석하여 장난감 수집을 취미를 가지고 있는 많은 이용자들에게 전문적인 장난감 지식과 정보 교류의 기회를 제공할 수 있는 중개 시스템을 설계하고 구현했다. 제안하는 시스템은 보안, 인터페이스, 회원의 신뢰성 등의 부분에서 시스템적으로 기존 시스템을 개선했다. 제안하는 시스템을 통해 안전하고 편리한 거래 환경을 통하여 장난감 시장 활성화에 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

인터넷의 폭발적인 발전으로 인터넷 기반 EDI의 구현이 활발해지고 있다. 인터넷 EDI는 EDI와 인터넷 기술의 장점을 결합한 기술로써 그 종류로는 FTP 기반의 EDI, SMTP/MINE 기반의 EDI, Web 기반의 EDI 등이 있다. 최근, 기존 VAN EDI의 높은 통신비용과 설치 및 유지보수비용 등의 한계를 극복하기 위해 Web EDI의 도입을 하고 있는 기업들이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 혁신특성과 거래 기업들 간의 관계를 나타내는 파트너쉽 특성 등이 Web EDI의 구현에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 국내 Web EDI를 사용하고 있는 기업들을 대상으로 실증연구를 하였다. 376명의 Web EDI 사용자에게 설문지를 발송했으나 실증분석에 사용된 유효한 설문지는 66부였다. 연구결과, 파트너쉽 요인 중 거래업체의 참여도와 상호의존도가 Web EDI 구현에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 혁신 요인 중 호환성, 상대적 이익, 비용절감이 Web EDI 구현에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, e portion of on-line stock brokerage has been rapidly increased to be more than 50%, on the basis of contracted money. The usage of wCTS(Web Based Cyber Trading Systems) has now got into the steady state over the initial diffusion stage, which means wCTS has got more-than-half customer base in on-line service. Therefore, brokerage service providers have their competitive strategic focus on customer retention through the enhancement of customer loyalty. This study provides framework and survey results on explanation of wCTS user's loyalty, what and how factors affect wCTS user's loyalty. We adopt the results of early studies on information technology acceptance and diffusion such as TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and IDT(Innovation Diffusion Theory). We also referred loyalty theory of marketing area and studios on CTS usage. We categorized explanation factors as three groups characteristics of users, characteristics of system, social environment. And we assumed that these three factors could affect the loyalty through two parameters : customer satisfaction and trust to the system. This study firstly shows that the ease of use and usefulness, the major factors of TAM. can also be applied to the loyalty of wCTS with resulting that the usefulness is more important than the ease of use In wCTS. Secondly, it shows that the innovative and risk-sensitive user has the lower degree of loyalty. Thirdly, it shows that the satisfaction and trust impact the loyalty simultaneously, the trust particularly impacts more strongly than the loyalty, due to the characteristics of monetary transaction in wCTS. This study provides meaningful results to the other on-line EC service fields as a first empirical research regarding the loyalty to wCTS which is a typical on-line EC service.

Computer system performance has always had the possibility of affecting business profitability, but with the advent of the World Wide Web where customers interact directly with Web servers, response time can have a direct and dramatic impact on business revenue. This paper is written in the operation environment and system analysis of HTS(Home Trading System) running K Securities. This paper also shows the method for performance improvement through investigation and analysis for the overall systems resources whether HTS has an appropriate performance or not. Performance analysis includes specially CPU analysis, Memory analysis, Disk Input/Output analysis and application analysis. Besides providing more detailed server specification for expansion from now on, system performance can be maintained with effect in the future. Through this study it is possible to manage the performance of HTS more easily and to solve problems such as a bottleneck more quickly.

With the e-business paradigm emerging, the website became a critical resource for most corporations. However, the amount of value creation through internet is still in question. This paper shows the result of an exploratory study on website assessment, following the tradition of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). We viewed the intended usage as the value of the website and added such factors as playfulness, commitment, system quality, and information security as external variables of the model. Website types, visiting purposes, and the user system quality were included as moderators. The website value could differ depending on website types, purposes of the use and system quality. In the case of internet shopping malls, playfulness, compatibility, website quality were identified as key influencers, while for stock trading users, however, commitment and security factors are more important. In terms of user purposes, information search requires both the compatibility and the website quality. Also the website quality was strongly affected by the user system quality. In other words, any investment of upgrading the website system quality can be meaningless unless the user system quality is improved as well. For each variable considered, empirical results are discussed and practical implications are provided.

최근에는 정보시스템의 아웃소싱이 기업의 시스템 포트폴리오 관리의 핵심으로 일반화되었다. 아웃소싱된 의사결정지원시스템에서는 서로 다른 모델링 기법이나 시스템 플랫폼에 기반을 두어 개발된 특정모델을 제공하므로 경영 문제에 대한 의사결정을 해야 하는 의사결정자는 때로 해당 문제에 적합한 모델과 솔버를 선택하여 적용하는 과정에서 어려움을 느끼게 된다. 외부로부터 아웃소싱된 의사결정시스템 활용에 있어서 이와 같은 문제를 해결하고자 본 연구에서는 사용자가 해당 모델이나 솔버에 대한 충분한 지식이 없을 경우에도 적합한 모델과 솔버를 찾아 수행할 수 있도록 해 주는 의사결정지원시스템 아웃소싱 아키텍처를 제안한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 웹서비스 접근법을 기반으로 개별 모델과 솔버를 캡슐화하여 이종 모델과 솔버의 원활한 통합이 가능하도록 하였다.
