A Study on User & System Characteristic Factors Affecting reuses of a website (웹사이트 재사용에 영향을 미치는 사용자 및 시스템 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand a information technology acceptance model and to test empirically using field survey. In order to achieve this purpose, first of all, I examined literature reviews about the theory of reasoned action(TRA), the theory of planned behavior(TPB), and the theories of technology acceptance model(TAM). Based on literature reviews, I proposed a technology acceptance model and empirically verified it through using field survey. As a result of, this study was designed to predict and to explain the factors of affecting reuses of a website. The data that were surveyed 193 users of internet were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.0. The major results of this study as follows : First, the perceived complexity is influenced by the skill & experience and the quality of system. Second, the quality of system affects the perceived usefulness. Third, the perceived complexity affects the perceived usefulness and the perceived playfulness. Fourth, reuses of a web site are influenced by the perceived usefulness and the perceived playfulness. Finally, the quality of system affects the perceived usefulness and the skill & experience affect the perceived playfulness.

  • Due to the change to the digital environments, the offer of services on the on-tine differs from one on the on-line. This paper Identifies what functions internet business organizations should fulfill to provide on-line services of good qualify and analyzes whether these functions lead effectively to the expected performance of Internet business firms. The components of service orientation in the Internet business organizations appear to be the servant leadership, customer treatment from the Internet service encounter, Internet service failure prevention and recovery, Internet service standards communication, Internet service training, and internet service rewards. Therefore, these determinants should be incorporated in the practices, Procedures, end routines of Internet business organizations in order to create and provide excellent Internet services. Furthermore, it is demonstrated that Internet service orientation has a significant effect on satisfaction by employees and customers, the value and quality of Internet service, and the firm's performance. This implies that the service orientation is an Important factor In the on-line service organizations and that the internet business can be successful when the service orientation is diffused throughout the firm's organizations. It is also shown that the important factors, which connect Internet service orientation and its performance, are the service quality, value of Internet service and customer satisfaction. That is, the service orientation can ultimately lead to the corporate performance when customers are satisfied after confirming the value and quality of Internet service by visiting the web site.

  • The purpose of this study is to get a grasp on the current trend of apartment facilities by analyzing the bathroom facilities of the brand apartments, which are currently being sold in the metropolitan area. Twenty eight apartment complexes from top seven brand apartment, ranked by its construction ability in 2007, were selected as the subject of the study. Research was conducted by studying bathroom facilities of each complexes through e-catalogues in their web-site. The results of the analysis are as follows. Functional improvements as well as digital equipments were added to the basic facilities. Also in order to upgrade the quality of bathrooms, various and high-quality facilities and finishing materials were used as well as glass partitions for separation of dry and wet area, sunlight windows and so on. The conclusion reached to the fact that those various bathroom facilities need to be considered in the aspect of providing high quality living environment, not just supplying various bathroom to the future customer.

  • The pre-existing medical treatment was done in person between doctors and patients. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System computerizing medical history of patients has been proceed and has raised concerns in terms of violation of human right for private information. Which integrates "Identification information" containing patients' personal details as well as "Medical records" such as the medical history of patients and computerizes all the records processed in hospital. Therefore, all medical information should be protected from misuse and abuse since it is very important for every patient. Particularly the right to privacy of medical record for each patient should be surely secured. Medical record means what doctors put down during the medical examination of patients. In this paper, we applies fingerprint identification to EMR system login to raise the quality of personal identification when user access to EMR System. The system implemented in this paper consists of embedded module to carry out fingerprint identification, web server and web site. Existing carries out it in client. And the confidence of hospital service is improved because login is forbidden without fingerprint identification success.

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze Korean and Japanese junior high school and high schools students to inquire into the attitudes these students have towards credit, the importance of credit related education, and the necessity of education on online credit. This will provide an insight into the problems associated with teenage credit related consumer education, and allow a solution to be brought up. The results of the research and the proposal are as follows. First, younger Korean teenagers are more passive in consumption than the same age group in Japan. Second, for Korean teenagers, the amount of allowance and savings were an important factor in the attitude towards credit. In Japan there was a discrepancy between gender groups in the attitude towards credit. Third, personal education sessions for teenagers and follow up is necessary. Fourth, since the current teenage population have been familiar with the internet all their lives, credit education should utilize this medium as a tool. Fifth, when looking into the requests Korean and Japanese young teenagers made on credit web sites, the contents and quality of information is more important than the outlook of the site itself. Sixth, there is a need to provide teenagers, who are accustomed to visual data, information, an experience opportunity, and access to related web sites.

Rating Individual Food Items of Restaurant Menu based on Online Customer Reviews using Text Mining Technique (신뢰성있는 온라인 고객 리뷰 텍스트 마이닝 기반 식당 개별 음식 아이템 평가)

  • The growth in social media, blogs and restaurant listing directories have led to increasing customer reviews about restaurants, their quality of food items and services available on the internet. These user reviews offer a massive amount of valuable information that can be used for various decision-making purposes. Currently, most food recommendation sites provide recommendation scores about restaurants rather than food items of the restaurant and the provided recommendation scores may be biased since they are calculated only from user reviews listed only in their sites. Usually, people wants a reliable recommendation about foods, not restaurant. In this paper, we present a reliable Korean food items rating method; we first extract food items by applying NER technique to restaurant reviews collected from many Korean restaurant recommendation web sites, blogs and web data. Then, we apply lexicon-based sentiment analysis on collected user reviews and predict people's opinions as sentiment polarity scores (+1 for positive; -1 for negative; 0 for neutral). Finally, by taking average of all calculated polarity scores about a food item, we obtain a rating to individual menu items of the restaurant. The proposed food item rating is more reliable since it does not depend on reviews of only one site.

Developing the Total Quality Management System of Teaching and Learning Materials (교수·학습자료 질 관리 시스템의 개발)

  • If we followed to be based on the result of survey for researching on the actual condition about e-Learning of the MOE(2004), the critical problem has been suggested managing the quality of teaching and learning materials(37.68%(1775/4717)). If we also reviewed the research of the KICE(2002), the superior material's rate of 70,000 teaching and learning materials of the web site, the educational organization, and teachers was 8.7%. There was some suggestions about the quality problem of the teaching and learning material, but there wasn't the alternative policy: there wasn't the systemic program for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The purpose of this study was to develop the alternative system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. The alternative system of this study's result will be the basic to build the system for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials. I expect that my system will be the useful tool for managing the message quality of teaching and learning materials.

Automated Training Database Development through Image Web Crawling for Construction Site Monitoring (건설현장 영상 분석을 위한 웹 크롤링 기반 학습 데이터베이스 구축 자동화)

  • Many researchers have developed a series of vision-based technologies to monitor construction sites automatically. To achieve high performance of vision-based technologies, it is essential to build a large amount and high quality of training image database (DB). To do that, researchers usually visit construction sites, install cameras at the jobsites, and collect images for training DB. However, such human and site-dependent approach requires a huge amount of time and costs, and it would be difficult to represent a range of characteristics of different construction sites and resources. To address these problems, this paper proposes a framework that automatically constructs a training image DB using web crawling techniques. For the validation, the authors conducted two different experiments with the automatically generated DB: construction work type classification and equipment classification. The results showed that the method could successfully build the training image DB for the two classification problems, and the findings of this study can be used to reduce the time and efforts for developing a vision-based technology on construction sites.

Evaluation of Internet Information on Childhood Fever Management (아동발열관리에 대한 인터넷 정보의 평가)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of internet information about childhood fever and fever management. A total of 48 web sites with information about childhood fever and fever management in Korea were analyzed. Each web site was evaluated in terms of degree of the latest, creator, source, disclosure, and the accuracy of information. Accuracy of information was checked by comparison with published childhood fever management guidelines and current best evidences. The quality of internet information about fever and fever management was generally poor and not consistent. Moreover, it did not reflected current scientific evidences. It is important that parents should aware of these deficiencies and internet information can not substitute for consultation with health care professionals. Moreover, there was an urgent need to improve evidence-based fever management information on the internet.
