This study will focus on status and structure of Japanese public reverse mortgage that has been changed since 1980. Especially, on newly introduced long-term supporting system for living fund after 2003. Private housing construction companies studied preceding cases of real estate products with reverse mortgage theory and also induced learning point from the change of Japanese public reverse mortgage market. From this on the purpose of this study is suggesting a better plan for successful reverse mortgage introduction in Korea. The data and articles of Japanese reverse mortgage are used for this study, also reverse mortgage related data are collected from web-site and research reports from the inside and outside of the country. From the total postal survey in September, 2004, the system contents after Year 2003 are described here. As described above, reverse mortgage is a way to support public social pension system and expected to play an important role as an assisting method for stable housing and supporting living cost to the aged. Eventually, it is necessary to find a way for introducing a public reverse mortgage as a welfare system for low income people.

본 논문은 인터넷 상에서 무수히 많은 음란 문서를 검출하는 방법을 제시한다. 제시된 방법은 정보검색 기술에 퍼지추론을 적용시킨 것이다. 먼저 음란 사이트 주소를 몇 개 선정하고 이 문서들로부터 어휘분석과 스테밍과정을 통하여 음란 사이트를 대표하는 후보단어들을 추출한다. 추출된 후보단어가 음란문서를 대표할 중요도를 계산하기 위해, 각 후보 단어별로 용어 빈도수(DF), 휴리스틱 정보(HI)를 계산하고 이 값들을 이용하여 퍼지추론을 수행한다. 이렇게 계산 된 후보용어의 중요도들이 주어진 사이트가 음란사이트인지 아닌지를 판별하는데 최종적으로 사용된다. 소규모 테스트 데이터를 갖고 실험한 결과, 본 논문에서 제시한 방법이 음란 사이트 자동 검출시 유용함을 알 수 있었다.

Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) has constructed online database of the Korean Astronomical Almanac as a part of the 'Knowledge and Information Business Project 2009' supported by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. Throughout this project, KASI provides both digitized images and extracted text from the almanac covering approximately 240 years. The primary purpose of this paper is to serve as a reference for users of the almanac database. Hence, we introduce the calendar history and kinds of the astronomical almanac used in Korea, and explain the contents of the almanacs according to its appearance time. We also briefly mention the steps employed in constructing the database system and Web site. Since ancient times, astronomical almanacs have been an essential part of daily life. We, therefore, believe that the astronomical almanac database constructed by KASI will prove its usefulness in various fields, and particularly in the study of historical astronomy.

The purpose of this study is to get a grasp on the current trend of apartment facilities by analyzing the bathroom facilities of the brand apartments, which are currently being sold in the metropolitan area. Twenty eight apartment complexes from top seven brand apartment, ranked by its construction ability in 2007, were selected as the subject of the study. Research was conducted by studying bathroom facilities of each complexes through e-catalogues in their web-site. The results of the analysis are as follows. Functional improvements as well as digital equipments were added to the basic facilities. Also in order to upgrade the quality of bathrooms, various and high-quality facilities and finishing materials were used as well as glass partitions for separation of dry and wet area, sunlight windows and so on. The conclusion reached to the fact that those various bathroom facilities need to be considered in the aspect of providing high quality living environment, not just supplying various bathroom to the future customer.

도심지 지하시설물 노후화가 진행되고, 도로 굴착 안전사고에 불안이 형성되고 있는 가운데, 국토교통부에서는 「지반침하 예방대책」과 지하공간의 효율적 활용방안의 일환으로 2015년부터 지하공간통합지도를 구축하기 시작하여 그 범위를 매년 확산하고 있다. 현행 지하공간통합지도 정보는 웹기반으로 데스크탑 환경에서 운용되고 있는 바, 굴착 공사장과 같은 현장 환경에서의 활용에는 제한되는 부분이 있는 것이 사실이다. 웹기반 환경에서 구축 운영되고 있는 지하공간통합지도는 대용량 3차원 데이터이다. 따라서 데이터를 현장으로 지체 없이 전송하여 서비스하기 위해서는 지하공간통합지도 데이터를 가볍게 할 방안이 필요하다. 또한 현재 지하공간통합지도는 3DS, COLLADA등 데이터포맷이 일원화 되어있지 않으며, 좌표체계 방식도 상대좌표, 절대좌표 등으로 상이하다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 선행연구와 기술적용 사례를 분석하여 모바일용 지하공간통합지도 데이터포맷 및 경량화 방법을 제시하고, 제시된 포맷의 모바일용 지하공간통합지도를 생성할 수 있는 기술 개발을 실시하였다. 또한 현장에서 빠르게 데이터를 전송받을 수 있도록 3차원 데이터 압축기술을 적용하여 경량화율을 테스트해 보았으며, 현장에서 압축된 3D 데이터를 해제하여 활용할 수 있는 기술개발을 하였다. 아울러 향후 본 연구에서 실험적으로 개발한 기술을 보완하고 추가 연구실시하여 굴착현장에서 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어로 제작하여 활용에 쓰이는 것을 목표로 한다.

요즈음 인터넷을 통해 물건을 구매하는 경향이 증가하고 있다. 또한 물건을 구매한 소비자는 리뷰, 댓글, 비평 또는 블로그 등의 형식으로 온라인에 그들의 사용 후기를 작성한다. 또한 작성된 사용 후기부터 많은 구매자들은 물건을 구매하기 전에 자신이 구입하고자 하는 물건에 대한 정보를 얻는다. 따라서 회사나 공공기관은 대중이 다른 사람의 의견에 관심을 기울인다는 점 때문에 대중의 의견을 수집하고 분석할 필요성에 직면하였다. 그러나 온라인상에 댓글이 너무 많고, 중복적이면서 짧은 경향이 있다. 이러한 환경 속에서 텍스트 문서의 감성을 인식하는 시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 텍스트로부터 작성자의 의견이나 주관적인 생각을 추출할 수 있게 영어에서는 단어에 속성이 주어진 GI와 LKB가 있으나 한글은 아직 속성이 주어진 사전이 존재하지 않는다. 이 논문에서는 한글 품사 중 4개의 품사(명사, 동사, 형용사, 부사)에 속성을 주었다. 그리고 학습 군을 만들어서 감성 단어의 패턴을 구성하고, 문장에서 단어 사이의 공기관계를 구성하여 학습 시켰다. 이 학습을 바탕으로, SO-PMI을 이용하여 문서를 긍정과 부정 2가지 극성을 분류하고, 4개의 품사(명사, 동사, 형용사, 부사)를 각각 조합하여 최상의 조건을 구하였다. 마지막으로 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 새로운 감성 표현, 구성형식, 단어 연관성을 반자동적으로 삽입하고 교정할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하였다.

최근 공간정보기술의 발달과 산림지리정보의 확산으로 기 구축된 산림행정 자료의 갱신과 수정에 대한 요구는 급격히 증가하고 있으나 여전히 많은 자료가 종이 형태의 수기 대장으로 관리되고 있는 실정이다. 더욱이 FGIS 등의 다양한 응용시스템이 현재 개발되고는 있으나 실제 산림행정 담당자들은 DB자료의 구축과 갱신에 있어 많은 부분을 수작업에 의존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현업에서 작성 및 관리되고 있는 산림주제도 자료를 GIS기반의 공간 데이터베이스 구축절차에 의해 구축함으로써 표준화 및 일관성 있는 데이터 생산과 관리가 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 시, 군에서 담당하고 있는 산림 업무프로세스를 인터넷 환경에서 시스템화하여 서비스 할 수 있는 웹기반 산림정보 데이터웨어하우스를 구축하였다. 이를 통하여 국내에서는 처음으로 실제 지자체에서 활용되고 있는 다양한 산림정보 표준 서비스 방안을 제시하여 일원화된 산림행정 의사결정 지원과 전사적인 관점에서 산림정보 구축 통합 프로토타입을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Flexural behaviors of the two typical precast beam sections (inverted tee and rectangular) for buildings were investigated and compared. The height of web in the inverted tee beam was generally less than half of beam depth to be adapted to that of the nib in the ends of double-tee where the total building height limited considerably. The inverted-tee beams were designed for a parking live load - 500kgf/$m^2$ and a market - 1,200kgf/$m^2$ from the currently used typical shape of a domestic building site in Korea. The area and bottom dimension of rectangular beams were the same as those of inverted tee beams. These woo beams were also reinforced with a similar strength. following results were obtained from the studies above; 1) the rectangular beam is simpler in production, transportation, and erection, and more economic than the inverted tee beam in the construction test for these two beams with a same dimension and a similar strength, 2) all of the beams considered in the tests were generally failed in values close to those of the strength requirements in ACI Provisions. The ratios of test result to calculated value are averaged to 1.04. One rectangular and one inverted tee beams failed in a value only 2-3％ larger than the estimated volue of the Strength Design Methool the results of the Strain Compatibility Method wire slightly more accurate than those of the Strength Design Method, 4) the maximum deflections of all of the beams under the full service loads were less than those of the allowable limit in ACI Code Provisions. The rectangular beams experienced more deflection then inverted tee in the same loading condition and failed with more deflection, and 5) the rectangular and inverted tee beams showed good performances under the condition of service and ultimate loads. However, one inverted tee beams with fm span developed an initial flexural crackings under 88％ of the full service load even though they designed to satisfy the ACI tensile stress limit provisions.

컴퓨터의 성능과 정보통신의 기술이 발달함에 따라 텍스트와 이미지를 기본으로 한 배너광고에서부터 동영상 및 사운드를 활용한 인터넷 방송에 이르기까지 멀티미디어 제작 및 구현은 더욱 확산되어 가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 제작방법을 분석하여 주된 요소들과 기능들을 유출하고, 즉 객체(이미지, 동영상, 사운드, 버튼, 영역 등)들에 이벤트를 설정하고, 구동을 설정하는 주요기능을 갖는 저작도구를 제시한다. 또한 활용이 가능한 웹사이트에 구현한 결과, 주관적으로 보았을 때에 기존의 방법과는 이미지의 질(quality)에서나 로딩(loading)되는 속도에 있어서도 큰 차이를 느낄 수 없다. 제시한 저작도구는 전문가가 아니어도 누구나 쉽게 제작할 수 있는 간편한 구조로 설계한 도구이며, 웹사이트뿐만 아니라 CD-ROM 타이틀에서도 적용이 가능하며, 이미지에 마우스만 갖다 대도 음성까지 들을 수 있는 멀티미디어 배너광고, 영화장면에 마우스를 갖다 대면 대사까지 들을 수 있는 영화예고편, 자신의 음성을 녹음해 직접 보낼 수 있는 E-카드, 홈페이지 제작 등으로 활용될 수 있다. 특히, 웹사이트의 멀티미디어 배너광고의 활용은 시각적 요소를 벗어나 청각적 요소를 추가함으로서 사용자의 흥미를 더욱 유발시킬 수 있으며. 고가 저작도구와 고급 인력에 드는 비용과 시간을 절감시킬 수 있다. 또한. Intelligent Multimedia Presentation (IMMP) 기술을 응용함으로써 사용자들이 보다. 쉽게 다룰 수 있는 저작도구 개발에 기여가 될 것이다.

라즈베리파이는 복수개의 입출력 주변 장치를 지원할 수 있는 신용카드 크기 정도의 단일보드 컴퓨터로 이기종간 상호연동을 위한 완전한 플랫폼으로 사용할 수 있으므로 다양한 응용에 적용될 수 있다. 라즈베리파이에 와이파이 기능을 결합하면 원격통신이 가능하여 무선센서 노드를 구성하는데도 매우 적합하다. 또한 데이터처리와 의사결정을 인공지능에 기반을 둘 수 있으므로 화재 감시나 화재발생 신뢰도 판단 등과 같은 예제를 이미 개발된 테스트베드에서 수행해 볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 건물 내의 능동적 화재안전감시를 위한 센서 웹노드로서 라즈베리파이 이용에 대한 연구 결과이다. UV 불꽃감지센서가 촛불 크기 정도의 불꽃을 감지하면 라즈베리파이는 GCM 서버를 통해 지정된 스마트폰으로 현장상황을 알리는 푸쉬 메시지를 보낸다. 모바일 앱은 오작동 알람 여부를 판별하기 위한 실시간 비디오 영상을 제공할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 만약 긴급 상황이라면 긴급통화로 즉시 도움을 요청할 수 있도록 구현하였다.
