Design and Implementation of Customer Personalized System Using Web Log and Purchase Database

  • In this paper, we propose a customer personalized system that presents the web pages to users which are customized to their individuality. It analyzes the action of users who visit the shopping mall, and preferentially supplies the necessary information to them. When they actually buy some items, it forecasts the user's access pattern to web site and their following purchasable items and improves their web page on the bases of their individuality. It reasons the relation among the web documents and among the items by using the log data of web server and the purchase information of DB. For reasoning, it employs Apriori algorithm, which is a method that searches the association rule. It reasons the web pages by considering the user's access pattern and time by using the web log and reasons the user's purchase pattern by using the purchase information of DB. On the basis of the relation among them, it appends the related web pages to link of user's web pages and displays the inferred goods on user's web pages.

  • WebShell is a web script file created by a hacker to remotely commands to a web server. The hacker can bypass the security system using the web shell, access the system, control the system such as file modification, copying and deletion, install malicious code in the web source code, attack the user's PC, And so on. There are many types of WebShell attack, but we study about attacks on PHP and JSP based web server which are used as representative ones. And we propose the method of web page management, method of development, and several other methods. By using these countermeasures, it is possible to effectively prevent damage caused by WebShell attacks.

  • It is required to enhance the value of ISBN as a tool for book search, identification, browsing, and improve the accessability and search capability of library OPAC. Bookmarklet is a small size javascript which can be saved as URL in a web browser bookmark or web page hyperlink. Open source bookmarklet can extract ISBN from web pages and search a book from library OPAC using the ISBN, so it is recognized as a simple but powerful search tool. In foreign countries, commercial library system vendors, libraries, OCLC, etc. are providing bookmarklets which allow a user to search for library holdings and loan information in a real time while he/she is travelling in an online bookshop web page. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed international bookmarklets application examples and proposed LibraryLookup service in which library OPAC and online bookshop can make use of the bookmarklets.

  • With explosive growth of Internet users, the market share of electronic commerce becomes wider. Therefore the Internet is standing in the spotlight of a new medium of advertisement, and several Internet advertising methods have been implemented. However the banner advertising that is the typical internet advertising method is showing low click rate because of user's unconcern. Accordingly we propose a new Internet advertising method that makes expose advertising content on the background of web browser when user puts mouse pointer over a specified text. Internet users are willing to click a interesting text, just at that moment the advertising content is appeared on the background of web browser. Therefore we could expect high effectiveness of advertising and moreover after clicking the text, the advertising content is shown continually on the web browser. The proposed method, unlike banner advertising, various shapes of image can be applied and makes use of whole background of web page.

  • When producing a wireless web contents by using wire web contents for PC environment, we should consider how to represent lots of information being suitable with PC environment to wireless devices having narrow performance. Therefore, we propose mobile page editor for manager to select and modify specific contents with the existing wire web page. Also, we try to define an intermediate language based on DID(Digital Item Declaration) of MPEG-21 multimedia framework which defines source of converting information and wireless web contents generating at mobile editor in considering real time service problem when transcoding multimedia information in a web server into wireless device having low resolution, narrow performance of media process, memory, and so on.

A Research for Web Documents Genre Classification using STW (STW를 이용한 웹 문서 장르 분류에 관한 연구)

  • Many researchers have been studied to reveal human natural language to let machine understand its meaning by text based, page rank based or more. Particularly, it has been considered that URL and HTML Tag information in web documents are attracting people' attention again to analyze huge amount of web document automatically. In this paper, we propose a STW (Semantic Term Weight) approach based on syntactic and linguistic structure of web documents in order to classify what genres are. For the evaluation, we analyzed more than 1,000 documents from 20-Genre-collection corpus for training the documents based on SVM algorithm. Afterwards, we tested KI-04 corpus to evaluate performance of our proposed method. This paper measured their accuracy by classifying them into an experiment using STW and one without u sing STW. As the results, the proposed STW based approach showed approximately 10.2% which Is higher than one without use of STW.

  • The Internet has become a part of our lives. As the number of devices with Internet accessibility increases, users can use web services with those devices anytime, anywhere. Web contents on the web page can be delivered to user in various forms for various devices and users want to use seamlessly the contents with an appropriate device. Web browser extension is function to add features that are not supported by default browser. All browsers support extensions that provide the same services for cross-browser. In this paper, We proposed object migration architecture between heterogeneous browsers by expanding our proposed mechanism that identifies objects and the information of those objects to be migrated in the web page, extracts the object and creates object after migration. For this purpose, we analyzed the extension architecture of representative browsers and investigated necessary files to develop objects migration extension. In addition, We investigated how to send and receive message among files in each browser extension and the interaction mechanism among those files. Finally, We implemented the object migration mechanisms between heterogeneous browsers.

  • After the end of the service of Internet Explorer, the use of ActiveX ended, and the Non-ActiveX policy spread. HTML5 is used as a standard protocol for web pages established based on the Non-ActiveX policy. HTML5, developed in the W3C(World Wide Web Consortium), provides a better web application experience through API, with various elements and properties added to the browser without plug-in. However, new security vulnerabilities have been discovered from newly added technologies, and these vulnerabilities have widened the scope of attacks. There is a lack of research to find possible security vulnerabilities in HTML5-applied websites. This paper proposes a model for detecting tags and attributes with web vulnerabilities by detecting and analyzing security vulnerabilities in web pages of public institutions where plug-ins have been removed within the last five years. If the proposed model is applied to the web page, it can analyze the compliance and vulnerabilities of the web page to date even after the plug-in is removed, providing reliable web services. And it is expected to help prevent financial and physical problems caused by hacking damage.

  • 온라인 접속이 기존 컴퓨터가 아닌 스마트폰과 타블렛 PC로 확장되면서, 웹에서 보여지는 방법, 즉 웹 디자인에 큰 변화가 일고 있다. 스마트폰, 타블렛 PC, 컴퓨터, 이 세 가지 디바이스에 모두 최적화된 웹 혹은 각각의 디바이스의 환경에 맞춘 웹 퍼블리싱 서비스가 크게 증가하고 있는 것이다. 또한 지금까지의 인터넷의 역할이 콘텐츠, 검색 쪽이었다면 모바일 기기 사용이 증가함에 따라 사용자들은 그들만의 개인화 서비스에 대한 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구에 맞춰 가장 눈에 띄는 변화는 바로 "One Page Design"의 증가와 반응형 웹 디자인이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 모바일 웹 환경에서 개인화서비스를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해 One Page Design과 반응형 웹 디자인에 대해 알아보고 이를 현재 개발진행중인 포털사이트에 적용해본 후, 이에 대한 문제점과 개선방안에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다.

  • 1990년대 중반에 일어나기 시작한 인터넷 열풍은 웹을 통한 인터넷의 확산으로, 웹 기반 서비스의 발전을 가져왔다. 현재 대부분의 인터넷 서비스는 HTTP를 사용한 일정한 형식의 웹 페이지로, 사용자가 최종적으로 받아보게 되는 형식은 HTML의 태그로써 나타내어진다. 어떠한 태그를 어떻게 사용하였느냐에 따라 그 웹 페이지는 사용자가 사용하기 편리할 수도 있고, 사용하는데 불편할 수도 있다. 따라서 웹사이트의 개발자는 사용자가 편리함과 친숙성을 느낄 수 있도록 웹사이트를 개발해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이률 해결하기 위해 웹 페이지 분석을 위한 Web-Picker를 제안하고자 한다. Web-Picker를 이용하면 사용자들이 자주 방문하는 웹 페이지의 태그를 분석할 수 있고. 이렇게 분석한 정보를 통해 새로운 웹사이트를 개발하는 개발자들은 사용자가 친숙성과 편리함을 느낄 수 있도록 웹사이트를 개발 할 수 있다.
