A Case Study on EAI Implementation for Enterprise Process Integration: Focusing on EAI Project in Deakyo Co (기업 프로세스 통합을 위한 EAI 구축사례: 대교(주)의 EAI 프로젝트를 중심으로)

  • The company cannot optimize its computing environment just with individual solutions such as ERP(enterprise resource planning), SCM(supply chain management), CRM(customer relationship management), and KM(knowledge management). EAI(enterprise application integration) has emerged as an alternative that can optimize computing environment of the company through integrating such solutions and systems of distributed computing and mainframe environment. This paper reports the case study of Deakyo Co. in successfully implementing EAI. It describes project goal, project organization, project plan, the implemented EAI configuration and its features, the EAI effectiveness to the firm, and the critical success factors of the EAI project. This case study is thought to be useful as a practical guideline in carrying out EAI project of the company and to provide significant basis for constructing the theoretical framework of EAI project methodology.

Analysis of the Causal Relationships Among the Factors that Influence the Use of Mobile Phone Services (국내 이동전화 서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • A lot of researchers have been interested in the factors influencing the use of mobile phone services. Most of the previous studies, however, verified only the research models developed by the authors. They did not consider which model agrees better with the real situation. This study presents six alternative models based on various previous studies, and compares the data fitness of the models. A Web survey of mobile phone users collected 2,217 cases. Statistical analyses, using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), show that the fitness of the simplest alternative model is better than that of any other model. The simplest model has no causal relationship among exogenous factors, and proposes that all of exogenous factors have direct impacts on the customer satisfaction. In addition, the analyses say that corporate and brand image and additional service are more important than the other exogenous factors such as communication quality.

  • Many enterprises are performing the effective database applications with VAN(Value Added Network) or WAN(Web Added Network) . But it is very difficult and expensive. So we suggest low-cost database system within long distance area through personal computers. This system is very powerful for flexibility. It may be estimated it's value highly because they develop the program without high programming skill. This study would be used between company with company and/or between branch with branch, for example, customer claim information, inventory information, product order etc. It is important not importing document but importing data in document. Then end-user can accomplish analysis and decision-making with their own database. It would enhance productivity in many enterprises.

  • Airport is shifted airport 1.0 to airport 4.0 called smart airport and services paradigm is changed into direction to point the customer targeted benefits. Smart airports make use of integrated Internet of Things components to provide added-value services. By integrating smart components, airports are being exposed to a larger attack surface and new attack vectors. Self-services such as web or mobile check-in, self check-in/tagging/back drop/boarding, etc. should be strengthened to make airport processes smarter, and technologies such as automatic immigration, smart security search, and automatic AI-based baggage search should be applied. In this paper, we describe the necessity and importance of smart airports and next generation security screening technology. Further, we describe a walk through-type smart security screening system.

  • 최근 커피에 대한 수요와 스마트기기를 이용한 어플리케이션의 사용률이 급증하고 있다. 기존의 시스템들은 예측 기능이 없었기 때문에 고객들은 정확한 시간에 서비스를 제공받기 어려웠다. 그러나 바쁜 현대인들에게 시간 개념은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 도착 시각을 예측하여 고객이 카페에 도착하자마자 따뜻한 커피를 바로 제공할 수 있는 커피앤코(Coffee&Co) 시스템을 제안한다. 커피앤코 시스템은 도착 시각 예측 시스템을 의미하며, 본 논문에서는 웹의 인터페이스 구현과 내부적인 기능을 소개한다. 커피앤코 시스템을 통하여 사용자들은 미리 주문한 커피를 카페에 도착하자마자 바로 제공받을 수 있고, 카페 입장에서는 매출을 올릴 수 있는 수단이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Analysis on Review Data of Restaurants in Google Maps through Text Mining: Focusing on Sentiment Analysis

  • The importance of online reviews is prevalent as more people access goods or places online and make decisions to visit or purchase. However, such reviews are generally provided by short sentences or mere star ratings; failing to provide a general overview of customer preferences and decision factors. This study explored and broke down restaurant reviews found on Google Maps. After collecting and analyzing 5,427 reviews, we vectorized the importance of words using the TF-IDF. We used a random forest machine learning algorithm to calculate the coefficient of positivity and negativity of words used in reviews. As the result, we were able to build a dictionary of words for positive and negative sentiment using each word's coefficient. We classified words into four major evaluation categories and derived insights into sentiment in each criterion. We believe the dictionary of review words and analyzing the major evaluation categories can help prospective restaurant visitors to read between the lines on restaurant reviews found on the Web.

The Effects of Social Media Advertising on Social Search in China: Evidence from Luxury Brand

  • This study examines the relationship between social media advertisement and customer interest in the context of luxury brands. Further, this study investigates the effective ways to utilize visual types (pictorial advertisement and video advertisement) and contents types (website link and hash-tag) in social media advertising by proposing a time-series model to estimate the long-term effect of social media advertising on social search. We find that the pictorial advertisements are more effective than video advertisements, which provides a different result from previous existing research. In addition, advertisements using hashtags are more effective than web links due to efficiency of the search feature. Finally, since the number of brand fans also have a positive effect on advertising interest, it is essential to utilize social media advertising for the enhancement of customers' interests. Confirming that the effectiveness of social media advertising varies depending on how the visual contents and text are presented, this research can help marketing managers to assess predicted outcomes of using various methods of social media advertising.

  • In this study, the multi-criteria decision-making model based on Quality Function Deployment Method is proposed. Multicriteria decision-making is an attempt to link QFD method with the TOPSIS. By this effort, a model that makes client's decision-making more rational and objective in design phase is suggested. The multi-criteria decisionmaking model confirming to the Owner's requirements will improve the productivity of the construction industry and the satisfaction of the customer. Further study extending the range of the requirements, not only the Owner's requirement will be necessary to cover the various factors as much as possible. And then, finally as a flexible platform to achieve a sustainable quality management, web-based multi-criteria decision-making model can be utilized by the relevant stakeholders simultaneously with the feed-back and sharing the necessary informations.

A customer who once purchased is registered as reaular and the relationship continues afterward. The registered regular customer get sthe information about objective product shipment and besides it, he contacts with a story of frams, growth of vegetables, sows to harvests. Consumer can purchase with one click necessary foods as he looks at timeline. Sellers give information about news. discounts to customers. Besides it, food storages, recipes can be given to consumers. The good point here is that selling and promoting can be performed within one account. This is better than link is provided for selling an promoting separately. Like this, besides personal connections using SNS, categorization function gives consumers on line shopping mall service. Once the consumer purchase, he is registered as regular. Besides, the consumers who do not know each other, can share information, suggest products, spread the news.
