최근 위치정보 기반 광고, 개인용 내비게이션 등과 같은 공간정보 응용 서비스는 스마트폰의 보편적인 기능으로 인식되고 있으며, 고부가 콘텐츠와 연계하여 온라인 지도 편집과 같은 전문적인 기능을 제공하는 웹 서비스의 수요도 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 공간정보 기반 웹 서비스들을 장애인들이 비장애인들과 동등하게 사용하는 것을 쉽지 않다. 물론 이 같은 실정이 공간정보 관련 서비스에 국한된 것은 아니다. 모든 사람들이 동등하게 다양한 분야의 웹 서비스를 제공받고 정보를 획득할 수 있도록 웹 콘텐츠를 다루는 데 필요한 기술적 사양이 필요하다. 이에 월드와이드웹 컨소시엄(W3C)에서는 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침을 개발하여 공표하였으며, 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.1은 이를 참조하고 있으며 이에 대한 인증심사제도가 마련되어 있다. 그러나 국내외를 막론하고 다른 웹 서비스 분야에 비해 공간정보 분야에서는 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 적용에 관한 전문적인 연구나 실무 적용 서비스 사례가 많지 않다. 이 연구에서는 우선 웹 콘텐츠 접근성과 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침 2.1에 관한 내용을 정리하고, 여러 응용 분야 중에서 공간정보 웹 시각화 분야를 중심으로 이 지침을 적용하는 데 필요한 기본적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 과학기술분야 웹 정보원의 평가기준을 제시하고 평가 기준간의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 웹 정보원 평가 카테고리로서 정보 콘텐츠, 기능성, 그리고 디자인 둥 세 가지가 제시되었다. 정보콘텐츠는 권위성, 적합성, 최신성을, 기능성은 탐색성, 네비게이션, 이용자 지원성을, 그리고 디자인은 구조 및 외양 등의 평가 요소를 포함한다. 제시된 평가 기준에 근거하여 과학기술 주제분야별로 총50개 웹 정보원을 평가한 결과, 전기·전자공학분야의 웹 정보원이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 평가 기준간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 정보 콘텐츠와 기능성은 음의 관계를 가진 반면에 기능성과 디자인은 비교적 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The objective of this study was to discuss child privacy issues at Web sites targeting children, Specifically, the study examined l)types of information required for join the membership, 2)whether privacy policies at Web sites for children abide by privacy guideline, and 3)specific examples of recommendable privacy policy and problematic privacy policy from Web sites, Total of 305 Web sites targeting children were used for content analysis, Selected Web sites included recommended sites by Korea Council of Children's Organizations and food business Web sites, The results showed that more than 70% of Web sites required private information when children join the membership. Most of these Web sites provided mailing service for children. Generally, Web sites showed problems in parents' approval procedures. Also, privacy policies at Web sites frequently omitted purpose specification principle and the security safeguard principle. Regulating online service provides and marketers targeting children would be necessary for protecting child privacy. Further, education program targeting parents and children could help them make right choices to protect children's online privacy.

최근 웹 기술은 통합화, 가상화, 사회화의 세 가지 원동력에 의해 발전해왔다. 그러나 웹 기술은 소셜 네트워킹 능력의 증가를 제공하는 반면에 개인의 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 프라이버시의 노출을 더욱 복잡하고 해결하기 어려운 문제로 심화시키고 있다. 대표적으로 세부적인 관계의 정의나 관리가 불가능하여 컨텐츠의 수집, 요약으로부터 개인의 정보 및 관심사가 추론될 수 있고, 정보 소유자만의 소셜 네트워크 구축이 어려운 문제점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 웹 2.0 환경에서 사용자만의 디지털 컨텐츠를 보호하기 위해 기존의 접근 통제 방법에 관계(Relationship)와 컨텐트 시맨틱(Content Semantic)의 개념을 적용한 RCBAC(Relationship-Content based Access Control) 모델을 제안한다. 이 방법은 개인적인 성향 등의 프라이버시가 노출되지 않고 세부적인 관계의 정의나 관리가 가능하도록 하여 정보 소유자가 자신의 소셜 네트워크를 구축할 수 있고, 이것을 웹 컨텐츠로 적용 및 확장할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to provide guidelines for the effective operation of Web-Based Training (WBT) for early childhood teachers. Based on content analysis and questionnaires administered to the 174 current trainees, this research analyzed (1) the educational effectiveness and learner satisfaction, (2) the operation and management, and (3) the system, interface, interaction and communication, motivation and content design of $WBT^{***}$. Results showed that most trainees were very satisfied with the WBT because the program provided plentiful professional information enabling them to pursue their educational objectives along with flexibility of time and space. On the other hand, system stability, communication, motivation, and content design need to be improved. Based on the research results, 8 strategies of effective management of web-based early childhood teacher training were proposed.

The purpose of this study was to examine how computer conferencing might facilitate collaborative learning for students to engage in meaningful discussion. The participants in this study consisted of the instructor and the students in a graduate level course. Different sources of evidence were used to triangulate the data: in-depth interviews, content analysis of transcripts of discussion, and other archival data including course syllabus, presentation materials, and lecture notes. Participants perceived web-based learning as collaborative process, providing opportunities to share the idea, respect and evaluate different perspectives, and co-construct new insights. Analysis of the data revealed several challenges related collaboration in a web-based learning environment: absence of a sense of community, technical problems, adaptability to different types of learner, and managing the discussion. The data also indicated that a variety of strategies were used to facilitate learning: building a sense of community, technical support, developing instructional methodologies, class size, and design of the content.

Universal accessibility of web sites Is critical in a highly interconnected world. The web site should be usable by anyone, regardless of Individual capabilities and disabilities. But in reality, the users with disabilities are discriminated by inaccessible wed sites. This research analyze the accessibility of major web sites of Korea based on World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guideline 1.0. The result shows that the average number of accessibility errors per web site is 2.77 much higher than that of Unites States. Automated testing and manual testing of web accessibility provides complementary results.

Web is becoming a necessary element of information acquisition methods for us who live in an information and knowledge-oriented society, as it is today. It is deriving a revolutionary change on various parts of our society, such as education, culture, etc. Also due to epoch-making development and diversification of web-related technologies and content types, the knowledge, technique and complexity of web users also accompanied it. In this research web-related education of schools for the visually handicapped and current situation of web access of such students are seized, their problems related to web access are analyzed, and efficient alternatives for web implementation to solve those problems were suggested. On the other hand, since this research is a survey targeting information and computer related teachers of 12 schools for the visually handicapped within Korea, it has the restriction that it does not include the analysis of current state of charity facilities which are not regular education institutions. Moreover, the content of the survey is composed by considering totally blind students, thus more detailed survey should also be conducted for weak-sighted students as well.

Recently the importance of website becomes confident in realizing the long distance education (teleeducation) as web. The purpose of this research is evaluating the websites of cyber university and analyzes web usability and web accessibility and analyzes to suggest the good quality content and several personalized service. Also we tried to improve website quality and contribute the reliability of the long distance education with all these. For these we applied the of professor Hyung Nam Moon's SM-ABCDE website evaluation model and developed the check list suitable for cyber university and evaluated websites in the five views of Attraction, Business, Content, Design, Engineering. Totally Kyunghee Cyber University, Busan Digital University, Hanyang Cyber University is selected best in sequence. But every website doesn't keep the basic observation rule of the web accessibility.

웹 기반의 디지털콘텐트 전송은 웹 객체를 단위로 이루어진다. 따라서 웹 기반 콘텐트 전송의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 웹 객체의 참조특성에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 웹 객체의 참조특성을 분석하였다. 또한 이 분석결과를 통해 웹 객체의 전송 효율을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
