  • Culture contents are in our life with various parts. There are much try and research managing and keeping the culture contents with growing of information technique. Digital archive was proposed the technique that is able to distribute and manage the contents. This paper proposed the web based digital archive for culture contents. Each of archive were sorted art, architecture, science technology and etc, and made the structure that can total manage.

A Study on the Direction of Art Policy through Semantic Network Analysis in New Normal Era (뉴노멀(New Normal) 시대 언어네트워크 분석에 의한 예술정책 방향 연구)

  • This study attempted to analyze language networks based on the theory of art policy in the New Normal era triggered by COVID-19 and domestic and foreign policy trends. For analysis, data containing key words of "Corona" and "Art" were collected from Google News and Web documents from March to September 2020 to extract 227 refined subject words, and the extracted subject words were analyzed as indicators of frequency and centrality of subject words through the Netminor program. In addition, visualization analysis of semantic networks has been attempted for the analysis of relationships between each topic languages. As a result of the semantic network analysis, the most frequent topic was "Corona," and "Culture and Art," "Art," "Performance," "Online" and "Support" were included in the group with the most frequencies. In the centrality analysis, "Corona" was the most popular, followed by "the era," "after," "post," "art," and "cultural arts," with high frequency, "Corona," "art," and "cultural arts" also dominated most centrality. In particular, the top-level key words in the analysis of frequency and centrality of the topic are 'online' and 'support' and 'policy'. This can be seen as indicating that the rapid rise of non-face-to-face and online content and support policies for the artistic communities are needed due to the dailyization of social distance due to COVID-19.

  • With the rapid development of deep learning and artificial intelligence, generative models have achieved remarkable success in the field of image generation. By combining the stable diffusion method with Web UI technology, a novel solution is provided for the application of AI painting generation. The application prospects of this technology are very broad and can be applied to multiple fields, such as digital art, concept design, game development, and more. Furthermore, the platform based on Web UI facilitates user operations, making the technology more easily applicable to practical scenarios. This paper introduces the basic principles of Stable Diffusion Web UI technology. This technique utilizes the stability of diffusion processes to improve the output quality of generative models. By gradually introducing noise during the generation process, the model can generate smoother and more coherent images. Additionally, the analysis of different model types and applications within Stable Diffusion Web UI provides creators with a more comprehensive understanding, offering valuable insights for fields such as artistic creation and design.

  • Web services promise a new level of service on top of current web. However, in order to employ their full potential, appropriate descriptions means for web services need to be developed. Recent efforts to describe web service composition lack important features needed to enable a real automated and declarative combination of services. In this paper a set of requirements for effective Semantic Web Service composition are presented, aiming to clarify the state of the art in the area and at providing guidelines to define next steps to be accomplished. We will provide an analysis of BEPEL4WS, DAML-S and WSMF, the most important initiatives in this direction, based on these requirements, describing to what extent current efforts have developed the potential of Semantic Web Service composition.

  • This paper tries to find the implications applied to art institutions of Korea by analyzing what the content and consequences of services of the Cleveland Museum of Art provided after the Internet of Things adoption in the theoretical perspectives strengthening service marketing through the Internet of Things increases visits and participation in the museum. For analysis, journal articles, statistics, and government press releases, news articles, web pages, web page articles are collected. The results are first, the application of digital and social media is positive in visit to the museum and monetization. Second, the introduction of the Internet of Things will enhance the museum's 'Education', 'Accessibility', 'Communications' services, as well as significantly increase on and offline participation by activating experience. Third, technical support from related companies with the support of local government funds is essential to build the system. Consequently, in order to enable the participation of the spectators in the galleries it is proposed aggressive adoption of such digital technology in domestic barren market of Internet of Things.

  • The information technology is quickly changing the paradigm of the overall society. This change has influenced the art field and exceeded the limit of prior art characteristics and methods opening up a new world of art pieces starting among the young artists based on digital art technology. Especially the internet art of the computer technology made the communication of the artist and the viewer to communicate in a bilateral manner different from one way feeding of the past and made it possible for the viewers to choose their involvement in the act of seeing the work changing the reaction into a fluid concept. This thesis is about using the digital media in the net art communication to figure out the fluid interaction by approaching the digital media concept and by analyzing the characteristics of net art communication means and thus take a overall look at the artist related web sites and see the net art as a new communication means.

A Study on Kitschy Characteristics and its Consumer s of Webtoon

  • Most of cultural area which people enjoy and consume is kitsch culture, though the culture is barely acknowledged. In this multimedia era, people create, publish and enjoy contents of 'webtoon(web+cartoon)', which is relatively faster and more convenient to enjoy comparing to published cartoon. Contrarily to its physical growth, the webtoon shows difficulty in advancing with other genres, is full of irritative factors and contents, and has tough time to become more sophisticated one. This study derived characteristics of kitsch in webtoon, suggested the way of webtoon as an art by analyzing conditions and usage motivation of webtoon. The conditions of kitsch are uniformity of mass consumption, popular vein, catharsis, vicarious satisfaction, immediate feedback-requiring image flood, and reproduction of techniques. The usage motivations of webtoon are studied as pursuit of information, entertainment, relaxation, socialization, convenience, and effectiveness. Usage motivation factors in webtoon and kitsch culture are almost identical. Contrary to its past of being underestimated and vulgarly considered, kitsch is acknowledged as an 'kitsch art'. By studying the process of becoming an art, the study has its purpose to suggest the experimental and developing way to make webtoon be acknowledged as 'webtoon art'.

  • Driven by the growth of the Internet and the increasing ubiquity of embedded computing systems, the embedded system is exploding in terms of it proliferation of products and the number of complex applications. Intelligent dedicated systems and appliances used in interface, monitoring, communications, and control applications increasingly demand the services of a sophisticated, state-of-the-art operating system. In the case of industrial controller, it is required to use a real-time operating system (RTOS) as a good building block to enable Internet connectivity. However, commercial RTOSes are increasingly less desirable due to their lack of standardization and their inability to keep pace with the rapid evolution of technology. In order to overcome these problems, we consider using embedded Linux and embedded web server. Availability of source code, reduced licensing, reliability, open source community support, as well as others, are key reasons for the use of embedded linux by embedded developers. In this paper, we develop embedded linux platform to control the industrial inverter with the Internet connecting feature. The method of web-based management is also proposed by using the embedded web server and Java applet. We show the feasibility of remote management for the commercial inverter controller with the proposed three-tier web-based remote management system.

Two Stage Deep Learning Based Stacked Ensemble Model for Web Application Security

  • Detecting web attacks is a major challenge, and it is observed that the use of simple models leads to low sensitivity or high false positive problems. In this study, we aim to develop a robust two-stage deep learning based stacked ensemble web application firewall. Normal and abnormal classification is carried out in the first stage of the proposed WAF model. The classification process of the types of abnormal traffics is postponed to the second stage and carried out using an integrated stacked ensemble model. By this way, clients' requests can be served without time delay, and attack types can be detected with high sensitivity. In addition to the high accuracy of the proposed model, by using the statistical similarity and diversity analyses in the study, high generalization for the ensemble model is achieved. Within the study, a comprehensive, up-to-date, and robust multi-class web anomaly dataset named GAZI-HTTP is created in accordance with the real-world situations. The performance of the proposed WAF model is compared to state-of-the-art deep learning models and previous studies using the benchmark dataset. The proposed two-stage model achieved multi-class detection rates of 97.43% and 94.77% for GAZI-HTTP and ECML-PKDD, respectively.
