R-134a 냉매용 냉동기유 선정을 위한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on Selection of Refrigeration Oils for R-134a Refrigerant)

  • One of the chlorofluorocarbon compounds. R-12 deplete atmospheric ozone. It leads to international agreement to reduce CFC production. R-134a has similar thermodynamic properties to CFC-12. It has zero ODP(Ozone Depletion Potential). This Paper focuses on the lubricating oils for using with R-134a PAGs(Polyalkylene Glycol's) and esters are primary lubricants that are now being tested for use with R-134a Because of extreme polarity of R-134a. there are many problems in the selection of lubricating oil. This investigation analyzes compressor working conditions and calculates wear parts friction for simulation testing. Miscibility and material compatibility is proved by sealed glass tests. Friction was tested on the closed type pin on disk wear tester. This equipment simulates actual refrigerating compressor. Environment controlled test made more reliable result than field test Conventional oils(mineral oils, Alkylbenzene, PAO(Polyalpha Olefin) are immiscible with R-134a. PAGs and ester oils are miscible with R-134a. Friction coefficient is similar to conventional system(mineral oil/R-12 systems) at operating condition. At start & stop condition, PAGs/R-134a system has high friction coefficient. It provide reliable result on the lubricity, miscibility, material compatibility of R-134a with these new lubricants. It suggests proper selection of refrigeration oil that may improve compressor durability of performance.

  • For depth machining in die and mold, Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is used generally. To make deep hole and deep shape efficiently, cemented carbide endmill for depth machining is necessary. For this purpose, cemented carbide endmill was designed using design of experiment (DOE). To improve cutting performance, endmill was coated with multilayer surface treatment, TiAlCrSiN and TiAlCrN, for higher wear resistance. In order to evaluate the endmill, Transverse Rupture Strength (TRS) test was tried for investigating the relationship between surface treatment and strength in endmill body. Scratch test was also used for measuring adhesion force of each surface treatment. To evaluate hardness of surface treatment, Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) analysis was carried out. Wear test was executed for characteristics of each surface treatment in high temperature. Consequently, TiAlCrSiN was superior to the TiAlCrN coating in case of high temperature environment such as cutting.

  • Piezoelectric elements, backing and shoe material are the important components of the ultrasonic transducer. In this study, characteristic constants in the domestic and the foreign PZT ceramic elements are investigated, The acoustic properties of the domestic and the foreign backing and shoes are characterized. The effects of components characteristics, the kinds of the piezoelectric elements and the thickness of the wear plates are investigated for the manufactured normal beam ultrasonic transducers.

  • In this paper, a fault diagnosis system for ram in PHWR plant is developed. The developed diagnosis system can detect the ram stuck phenomena due to increased ball wear and damage in ball nut using discrete wavelet transform before the ram is stuck. The validity of developed diagnosis system is shown via experiments using ball nut characteristic test equipment.

  • Electronically controlled magnetic bearings offer two major advantages over conventional ball bearings: there is no mechanical wear, and the shaft position is under precision control. The former characteristic is useful in rotary systems, which require reliability under maintenance-free conditions. In this paper, we introdue development tendency and technology of magnetic bearing.

  • KTX Railway rolling stock wheel run its course to corrode, deteriorate and wear away through out the time. So it is natural that the performance and ability of wheel gets declined. The frequency characteristic analysis were accomplished to above trend and shock wave flow to wheels were examined. The result will be used to find Railway rolling stock wheel crack and maintenance method hereafter.

  • Domestic freight car holding amount is possessing much amount than other vehicle model about 14,000. Problem is happening in bogie device of cast steel structure because is structure that there are many wear departments. Therefore, the KNR is restricting running speed of empty car by 70km/h low. In this research, presented speed elevation way as dynamic characteristic analysis result that use ADAMS and confirm running safety by main line test.

  • So far,in deep drilling process there are several manufacturing problems such as hole deviation, hole over size, circularity,straightness and surface roughness. Whit regard to these problems, we atudied the abrasion process on carbided tip of BTA drill and got the follow test results through the abrasion characteristic test and analysis on cutting mechanism for the drill tooth and guide pad. 1) In SM55C drilling process, the most stable and reasonable drilling speed range for optmum abrasion characteristic of drill tooth was 60m.min. 2) The total drilling torque was about 60kg .deg.cm on condition drilling speed 60m/min and 0.15mm/rev. These results show that the theoretical burnising torque is well accord with the tested torque which is working on guide pad.

  • This paper will investigate the friction characteristics of a 100m Hexagonal Array, Micro-scale Dimple Pattern, on bearing steel. These characteristics are researched by utilizing a pin-on-disk wear test machine, under various test conditions. The reduction of friction is a necessary requirement for the improved efficiency of this machine. As the speed increases, there is a decrease in the effect of the dimple of friction characteristic, with substantially little change to density. Conversely, as the load increases, the dimple pattern grows larger, resulting in a difference in the texture of these two components. At a dimple density of 10% the friction characteristic is easily demonstrated, with a consistent change in both speed and load.

패션 브랜드 슬로건의 언어적 특성별 소비자 반응 연구 (Research on consumer responses according to linguistic characteristics of fashion brand slogans)

  • In this study, it is explored how fashion brand slogans are categorized by linguistic characteristics and which linguistic characteristic is effective to improve consumer responses. Only 28% out of 1,346 fashion brands that are investigated are using slogans. Sportswear and men's wear are two product categories more often adopting slogans. A total of 11,113 consumers participated in the experimental study to evaluate slogan characteristics (familiarity, understandability, newness, pleasure), slogan attitude, and brand recall of 30 slogan-brand sets that were categorized by Park's 10 linguistic characteristics. In findings, slogans generating positive attitudes toward slogans and a good rate of brand recall tend to have no brand name in slogan, be written in the second-person view, include a futuristic message, and have information weighted on specialties. Slogan typology suggested based on results may be used for the future research as a basic guideline for the research on fashion brand slogans.
